Respected Sir,

This is to inform you that I suresh jain s/o sohan lal jain general power of attorney holder of sulkashana jain resident of sunam dist sangrur i have facing a problem that three Electric Pole has been installed in our agriculture land to give electric connection to some house where electricity is already running.The pole was installed in between the land without our knoladge or withour our consent.i have requested to SDO sunam and XEN suburban sunam for removal of the pole but no action has taken till date.Sir there is road route is there upto final destination.And I Have came to know that all these done by PSEB JE Mr Sadanand and SDO which isknown to the concerrned party.

Dear Sir

This is to request you that I am a resident of Mohalla Gujrala, Village Janauri, Distt. Hoashiarpur Punjab.We have a re-occuring problem of major voltage flutuation in our vicinity & this causes us a lot of losses due to this.as our electrical equipments suffer this heavy fluctuations we dont have any choice even through we are entering 63 year of independencce despite being a major territoryof electoral rolls.I want you to take corrective action to rectify this problem at the earliest so that we can also have the previledge of runing a fan or fridge like what our representitive for the constituency for state & Nation have have to sleep in peace.I look forward to your immd. action & response as this is causing a lot of trouble due to summers.Pls forward this to rspective heads of constituency & govt bodies.

Dear Sir,
We are reeling under scorching heat for last three nights and two days, since transformer of PSEB is out of order and no emergency measures were taken to replace it immediately. More over, due to overload wires get burnt daily and proper specification wires are not replaced. We about five users areasked to bring wire by the maintenance staff for replacement, when it is the duty of pseb to change their wires as per sanctioned loads. There is no portal at PSEB site to lodge complaint and physical complaints nvite ire of the department when u go to submit.

This is to inform you that my friend Mr. Narinder Pal S/o Mr. Kedar Nath of Phagwara has been facing problem that the Electric high tension wires are passing on his land. He requested the concerned Executive Engineer (XEN), Punjab State Electricity Board, G.T. Road, Goraya. The request had also been made to Senior Engineer Nawanshahar. The final estimate about the shifting charges had been calculated. Now the points to be noted.

1. Mr. Narinder Pal deposited Rs. 1, 23, 157/- vide Book No. D 91505 (Shifting fees) vide Receipt No. 226 Est No. 82001/08100 amounting to Rs.(One Lac twenty three thousand one hundred fifty seven only). On 8/5/08

2. Mr. Narinder Pal met the concerned XEN several times and he send him back on one pretext or another that the cable is not in stock.

3. Then Mr. Narinder paid Rs. 20, 000/- after 4-5 days of filing the application under the table to the XEN concerned and he promised to do the needful within 7-10 days.

4. Then Mr. Narinder Pal connected the XEN to get the job done. He said that I shall talk to the concerned SE.

5. The concerned SE has been retired recently but the job has not been done so far. Though he was the party to receive the amount of bribe.

6. Then Mr. Narinder Pal requested the concerned XEN to provide me the length of the cable required in shifting the cables from the particular site.

7. As the site plan of shifting the High tension wires had been finalized and more than one year has been passed till now, the job has not been done.

8. Today as well Mr. Narinder’s son Mr. Abhimanu called the XEN Mr. Surinder Pal Singh at his Mobile number[protected] from[protected] at 11:32 AM to get the job done, but he keep on making promises to do the needful.

9. When party is ready to pay for the cable in addition to the amount deposited in the department then why not the department is shifting the cables and making this or that promise.

10. I am going to request to the concerned XEN by SPEED POST for getting the job done. Whether there will be any action in this regard.

11. Whether there is any other parameter or the party has to file the suit against Punjab State Electricity board on deficiency in service’s part.

This is to inform you that I Parveen Chandel S/O Late Sh Jagdisdh SinghResidient of Vill sherpur, PO-Mansoorpur, Teh-Mukerian and Dist-Hoshiarpur-144211, i have facing problem that one Electric Pole has been installed in our agriculture land to give electric motor connection to Mr Sarwan Singh S/O S Didar singh.The pole was installed in between the land without our knoladge or any consultation, we are two brothers, i am working with Pvt Company and my brother working with Indian Neavy, and no any gents lived in village and i have requested to SDO mukerian for removal of the pole by letter regd. post but no action till date.Sir there is road route is there upto final destination.And I Have came to know that all these done by PSEB JE Mr Sarvan Singh witch is known to the concerrned party.
So This is my humble request to remove the pole from our land otherwise i have to proceed legelly.
