I paid my electricity bill on 5th August through PhonePe and received payment status as successful (Attached the screenshot of the same). But somehow PSPCL server still says bill is not paid.

Can you please look into the same? It would be helpful if you could provide me the status of the Reference id: PP011217OF1UEFL2VZJZ

        Respected sir,

        I am resident of Pathankot(Punjab) 145001. My bill number is [protected]. I have consumed only 191 units and my bill without tax is 670. But in calculations my payable bill is 2500. And i am not able to undersand why i have to pay 2500 as i have used only 191 units.
        Kindly look into this matter and resolve my issue ASAP so that i can pay my bill amout 670 to 750 Rs only.

          Dear team i am a response citizen of india and doing all my duties with all rules and regulations. I have a meter connection in the name of Gurinder Kaur with account no [protected].
          My request is that my meter is not working from[protected] i lodge a complaint on[protected] regarding replacement of meter online with request no 26644017 they close my complain as resolved without any solution. After that next 2 months bill receiver of average reading I approach PSPCL of my area for this but no body will visit to replace meter and now this month again average bill received of Rs 11720 due date is[protected]. Again I approach PSPCL for complaint of meter change and refund o[censored]nnecessarily charges but there a person name Dharminder Singh SDO in Chheharta who will not file any complaint and start misbehaving with me and doing mental harassment at that time.
          They said we will not do any thing for you.
          They said that we will take average of previous year will charge on bill payment.
          But as the current sanerio we will not able to do all the thing smothly due to world padmic. Because this is not justify that situation of last year will remain same in current year also.
          So my humble request to do something which is favourable and guide these kind of persons that how to behave with normal public. As it is not fair that due to their Negligence why should normal public suffer which is actually happening here.

              House no 1c, 2nd Floor, Azad Complex, Old Mata Gujri Enclave Mundi Kharar, Kharar, Mohali- 140301.

              Last payment 16/03/2021 to 14/05/2021 and reading[protected]= 186 unit
              Previous arrears and total amount paid 3960/-

              Now current bill 14/05/2021 to 23/07/2021
              And meter reading[protected] = 546 unit and total amount is 3940/- due date is 9/08/201

              Now meter reading is seen on date 1/08/2021
              One is 10666 and second is 11193
              How is possible on 7 days
              [protected]= 473 unit used in 7 days

              Kindly check my meter and give me solution.
              and look at this matter.

                Bill not showing

                Customer no. Z76ZK597143F is not showing any bill generated but bill is physically received and last date is 02.08.2021. As bill is not generated as shown in PSPCL app and other online app I cannot pay the bill.
                Please update the bill in app or suggest way out....

                My account number is [protected] in name of Sh. Chander Mohan Kalia. I paid the bill of Rs. 15250 on 30/07/2021 through SBI NetBanking but no receipt was generated and no receipt is being shown in Bill Receipts on PSPCL Online Portal

                  I want to bring to your kind attention with reference to Voltage/
                  load Fluctuations..
                  This is with reference to Div Ahmedgarh S/U -1, circle office S/URB LDH,
                  Consumer Ac # U53RA030164H, Consumer Name add. ZORA Singh S/o Lal Singh.

                  The Issue is that on the 19 July 2021 on the night time after 11:00
                  P.M due to heavy rain the voltage fluctuation had damaged my Air
                  Condition Electrical appliance. The Equipment is changed and the
                  Technician had verified that it was damaged by the high Voltage.

                              A payment was made through hdfc atom gateway on 21//7/21 for account [protected] for rs 102460.
                              The same was debited from my account but pspcl bill still showed pending.
                              One more payment for same was attempted on 26/7/21 and was successful.
                              Please look into the matter and refund my amount or put it in advance payment.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                This is in reference to my CA No. [protected] on the name of Nirmal Mahajan, has been wrongly calculated and overcharged for Rs 19020/- in the Bill No[protected].

                                I am a Senior Citizen & retired, and this is shocking to see the monthly bill for this amount. Also, it shows some arrears, wherein I understand there has been no outstanding from my end.

                                Request you to recalculate and send me revised bill to be paid from my end without any delay.
