Hi Sir/Mam,

I am writing to you to request a movement of the huge electric poll which is next to the main gate of my house.

I am Bhagesh Puri a resident of #592, Street Number 10, Kishan Bagh Colony, Sangrur 148001-Punjab.

There is an electric poll exactly in front of my house which has huge power cables passing in 2 directions in L shape.

Issue:
• Since the poll is so close to my house its very risky to stand next my entrance gate, terrace and more important i cant plant trees in my garden.
• Secondly, the height of the poll is very less which makes the wires very close to my house.
• Also, I have seen various electric polls where the wires are either insulated or at least tied away from the poll with some iron rods.
• Additionally, every other internet and cable TV vendor puts all the cables on the same poll which had made it a complete mesh of wire making it look very scary (enclosed is the picture).

I have small kids and old parents which make daily life very difficult for me since I have to always keep an eye when someone is near the gate or at the terrace.

Therefore, I would like to request you to kindly either move the poll away from my house or increase its height along with iron rods to be installed to make the wires away from my house.

I am looking for a quick and positive response from your end.

Only a few hours power supply is given by the company. When they give supply, after couple of minutes, power becomes dim which is of no use to us, even fans don’t t work . We can’t even sleep at night because of this.
Worst experience ever we had with company. If we call there customer care number, they don’t respond.
We can’t even complain . Because numbers provided by them not working.
We can’t do any work.
There is not a single response from the company.
Their customer care number set invalid.
Lineman don’t pick the call.
No One is listening to us.

Meter reader calculate old reading from March 2021 to July 2021.
I paid bill of March on 24.5 21 it mention on bill .
He should take old reading from 9 may 2021. Is 5565
And he take new reading 6057 it is also wrong .
But meter new reading is 5636 on 3.7.21
I got bill by emailit rs 4200 unit 528.my bill is totally wrong I consume 71 unit but he make 528. I open my shop 11 to 1.00 p.m and evening 5.30 to 7.30 p.m
U can check my consuption from 2007

Dear Sir,
My all previous bills are paid and cleared. But in this month of june I received a huge bill of Rs 41930/-. The bill had current bill of Rs 5430 and Rs 36, 500 as "Sundry charges" making it total of Rs 41930/-. Please look into the matter as my all previous bills are paid and cleared already. Account number : - [protected], name : Sanjay Ahuja. I am attaching the copy of bill for your reference as well.

My account no.is U41DD130369L. Currently i am out of city and want to pay the bill but no any due amount is reflecting online when i am checking through pspcl online portal. However, I received a hard copy of bill at my home . While waiting for the same to be updated online i missed the due date as well but it is still not up online. Please update the amount online in my account to pay without anymore delay.

Sir, from last 4-5 hour continuously low voltage is supplied in chomon area, Adampur.
As defense person we are facing difficulties in carrying out our duties as no electricity is available ...

In such high temperature weather, PSPCL makes us pay electricity bill for providing POWERCUTS. This pathetic service is what we consumers are paying for? There is neither continuous supply of electricity in the day nor at night. We cannot even sleep well after working all day long. Have some shame and bother to do your work properly. This is complete breach of service where we are paying you in full and on time but in return you guys are not bothering to do your work. Shame on you.

In my area, there is power cut off during nights for atleast 7-8 hours, due to which sleeping isn't possible.
Further during days there are less cut off nearly for 30-40 min. But electric cut off during nights are too big.
On 29th june 2021 there were electric cut off from 11p.m to 6a.m just electricity came for 5-10 min (2-3 times).
And today (30th june 2021) electricity supply has been cut from 10:30p.m onwards
and hasn't come yet.
