My bank Account debited for Rs. 2730.00 against the payment of my electric bill no.[protected] dated 29.04.2021 for A/C No.: [protected] through bill desk but receipt not generated, reference no.[protected]. Kindly credit my account and send me the receipt of the same.

This is to inform you that an employee comes from your side against the complaint no [protected], taken the signature with the commitment that the officer is getting retire so do the signature and they will resolve it afterward but unfortunately not resolved till then, the pole is in a critical position and can be dangerous plz take the concern seriously and resolve as soon as possible,
