My money has been debited from my bank account, however, I have not received any receipt and received an error.             Complaint u/s 42 of the Electricity Act
            Sir,
            The complainant respectfully submits as under
            1.That the complainant is a consumer of electricity being supplied by this department through domestic electricity connection no. [protected] and W52DF322871 which was installed in the premises of the complainant at Sant Nagar, Ludhiana. The complainant is a consumer of the said electricity connection and is using less load what was sanctioned to her.
            2.That the said electricity connection had been installed as a domestic connection in the premises of the complainant. The complainant has been paying the cost of consumed units/duty charges etc. as per electricity bills issued by this department in respect of the said electricity connection without any default regularly and nothing is due against the complainant.
            3.That this department had issued bill no. 6569118l[protected] dated[protected] to the complainant in which this department have raised illegal demand of Rs. 31570/- against the complainant towards her electricity connection no. [protected] and W52DF322871
            4.That the complainant has already deposited Rs. 31570/- on[protected] vide receipt no.[protected], Gateway Ref. no. BPS[protected] against bill no. 6569118l[protected] dated[protected]. Nothing is due against bill no. 6569118l[protected]. The payment status in receipt is “AMOUNT REALISED”. It means that nothing is due against the complainant.
            5. That this department had again issued bill no. [protected] dated[protected] to the complainant in which this department has raised illegal demand of Rs. 31570/- against the complainant towards her same electricity connection. This department has raised demand of the alleged amount of Rs. 31570/- in subsequent bills again and again illegally. The complainant had already deposited Rs. 31570/- on[protected] vide receipt no.[protected], Gateway Ref. no. BPS[protected]. Nothing is due against her. The payment status in the receipt Shown as “AMOUNT REALISED”. It means that nothing is due against the complainant.
            6. That the officials of this department have further committed negligence and deficiency in service again and again. This department is not providing any opportunity of hearing before deciding the charge against the complainant. But due to the reasons best known to this department, they have penalized the complainant without hearing her. It is also tantamount to unfair trade practice on the part of this department.
            7. That the alleged demands made by this department are against the complainant without giving her any hearing or notice of the same is wrong, false, illegal, void, arbitrary without jurisdiction and against the provisions of law.
            Under the circumstances stated above, it is prayed that the following necessary directions be given to this department.
            i)To withdraw/quash the illegal demand of Rs. 31570/-.
            iii)To correct the electricity bills dated[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected] immediately
            Any other additional or alternative relief to which the complainant is found entitled to in the circumstances of the case may also be granted.

                Dear sir/madam

                I am Harpreet singh the residents of Fateh Singh colony, Mule Chak, dist. - Amritsar. I writing you to bring your kind attention to the serious electricity problems in our area.

                The problem we are the victims of, is explained below in brief.

                Voltage fluctuations: voltage is very low in this area electricity instruments not working like washing machine geizer ac microwave oven etc.
                .In this area we are facing voltage fluctuation problem each and every day which is mostly start from 6 pm till morning even some time this happened in day time.
                All residents of Fateh Singh Colony, Amritsar are facing this problem from last 3 years. We have already given many written complaints to our local authority but till no action has been taken by them.

                Pspcl complaint not attended properly:
                I have filed complaint to electricity board regarding fluctuations issues.. As you can see above that i have requested so many times but none of pspcl employee ever visited to resolve the issue. I raised this issue while calling on 1912 that every time you are assigning a service request no and after 2-3 hrs. I am receiving a message that your complaint has been marked as resolved however issue is still unresolved. It’s a clearly harassment.

                We have already given many complaints to our local authority. They are always giving us empty promises and doing nothing.

                So kindly am requesting you to look into this matter personally. We all residents of colony, Amritsar will be very thankful to you from the core of our hearts.

                      Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to bring to your notice that there is some theft of electricity has been noticed in Ashok darpan #7534/20/64 St. no. 6E, New amar nagar, ATI road, Ludhiana . he is misusing the domestic electricity.They are using lot of electricity appliances including air conditioners, in-spite of this, their meter reading always noted very less and very less electricity bill amount.This is happening in their house since 7-8 years. I have doubt that with the help of a with your electrician they have fixed some kind of switch inside their home which they are using to stop electricity meter and use electricity without any fear of any kind of checking and bill amount.I request you to kindly send some of your lineman or your staff person to get the surprise checking done in their home as early as possible to avoid more electricity theft. I am just informing you about this theft just be a responsible citizen.Hope you will take action at the earliest. Thanks,

                                  My name is Sham Sunder Sharma, living in Ludhiana and my PSPCL account no. is [protected]. I received a latest bill no[protected] dated[protected]. Latest reading o[censored]nits consumed in this bill is 45485 and the bill amount is Rs.3040/-. But already in previous bill no.[protected] dated[protected], I was charged upto 45795 units consumed. That means I have already paid bill upto 45795 units, 310 excess units that I have consumed till now. Then how are you sending me bill of Rs.3040/- now? Kindly check the status once again and do the solution at earliest.
