Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] Complaints & Reviews

The Punjab State electricity board has been cutting off electricity to chaheru, Kapurthala(144701).From the last 2 months since May 2021.The consumer has the right to be provided with electricity in need.The power cut lasts to upto 5 hours and even more.So kindly consider this issue and resolve it at the earliest.

I paid my bill 15 FEB 2021 for 1330/- and have receipt no.[protected].
On my latest JUNE bill it is showing as UNPAID BILL and added to this months bill.
Please correct this error.

For past 12 hours there is no power supply in my area. Guru Amar Das Avenue, airport road, Amritsar.
The light wenr off at around 11pm after strong thunderstorm, i called 1912 around 1:30 am to check the status of power supply and register the complaint. i was told at 3am light would be restored . Its 10am in the morning now and no power supply is here. i called just now again at 1912 and the rude customer care lady told me this is the complaint i have registered just now and now line man will go and check, she also said that no one is liable to go and check at night in rain and if you want to complaint write in mail. No one is taking liability and responsibility, what sad state pspcl is in. resolution does not come early and normal citizen like me suffer for hours and hours. so does our work.

1912 complaint no given is totally fake service. Only give complaint reg no but no resolution at all. when I call on thiss no response received is always that THIS NO IS NOT REGISTETED. it's toataly fake system. I have registered my no already and downloaded the pspcl app .
Even another no given here i.e. +[protected] is also fake making fool of people, everytime we dialed, received msg that THIS NO DOES NOT EXIST.

I have daily registered complaint on 1912, I received complaint no through msg but further it never assigned to any one, from last three nights power shuts off in evening and come back next morning.
No one is even caring about lodged complaints, who is responsible for this.
How can we work at our workplaces after awakening of whole nights due to poor services of pspcl. It's very shameful thing in such a big city like a metropolitan, but we are still living of a rural undeveloped area because of this power unavailability..

These days frequent electicity cuts, specially night time. Many times one phase problem due non proper division of lights. PSPSL staff takes long time to clear problems. Children feels restless during whole night due to high temp these days. Kindly arrange for proper load division and proper timely service and 24 hours electricity as promised by our CM.
