Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] Complaints & Reviews

Dear Madam/Sir,
My name is Sham Sunder Sharma, living in Ludhiana and my PSPCL account no. is [protected]. I received a latest bill no[protected] dated[protected]. Latest reading o[censored]nits consumed in this bill is 45485 and the bill amount is Rs.3040/-. But already in previous bill no.[protected] dated[protected], I was charged upto 45795 units consumed. That means I have already paid bill upto 45795 units, 310 excess units that I have consumed till now. Then how are you sending me bill of Rs.3040/- now? Kindly check the status once again and do the solution at earliest.
I have attached both bills and receipt of payment of previous bill for reference.

Its requested to you that my nabourer and I are connected with a long cable 90 feet and 60 feet respectively .We are facing due to sparking of cable near meter box.A pole is also situated in front of our house it can shifted to this pole.

I have rented this house since June 2019 to Mr.Dharminder Singh and family.My complaint is that my tenant is not paying the electricity bill regularly for the last 1 and a half year and the bill amount is accumulated to a huge amount of Rupees 40760-, .(Copy attached).
My repeated requests and warnings to pay the bill does not have any effect on the tenant.
So I would kindly request you to take some serious action against my tenant to compel him to pay the bil on-time.If he still fails in paying the bill than I allow you to cut the electricity meter of the above said house address.I appreciate if this matter is resolved as soon as possible.Waiting for your immediate action.

The bill should be under the name - Vikas Dhawan. I want to pay the bill to avoid any fine due to late payment.
Please update the due bill amount on the site.
