I have not received the PSPCL bill deposit receipt yet.
but the payment has been made from my side .
Please can you look into it and confirm the same .

      This is to inform you that, I have been charged average bill in the lockdown period from 21 march to 1 june, under account no:- B14GT140086Y. The day I opened my shop after lockdown I noticed that my electricity meter was burst.       This is to inform you that my electricity Account number is [protected] and registered as sukhbir kaur on address plot number 61, sector 82 Mohali, Punjab. I have paid my monthly electricity bill numberd [protected] in amount of rupees 17, 300 on 23.11.2020 at about 4:05 P:M through Billdesk gateway in which the amount was debited from the bank account but was showing transaction failed on pspcl portal, I had called 20 times on your bill desk contact numbers but they are not answering the call. Kindly answer these query as soon as possible, and update me about the same if it will be refunded or will be processed.

                        For electricity account [protected] today i have paid electricity bill rs 130/- through India post payments Bank upi but bill was not paid but money got deducted from my account.

                        This transaction of rs. 6000 is not reflecting in my account and my bill amount stands same. Kindly check and revert at my registered id

                                10000 debited from my bank account to pspcl.[protected]@hdfcbank UPI but not credited to Merchant. I did transactions to upi address pspcl.[protected]@hdfcbank 10000 INR around 7.40 am IST 22nd OCT 2020 UPI transaction[protected] google transaction CICAgKDNo4KXNg debited from my bank account and not credited to third paty marchant. Also not refunded back to my bank account either. Tried emailing [protected]@billdesk.com but no response for my emails. please help to resolve. attaching my google pay screen print.

The amount of Rs. 42, 840/- have been deducted from my account with HDFC Bank Transaction Ref. No.:[protected] on 15/10/2020. The receipt is not showing on PSPCL Portal and I have not received any payment receipt for the same from PSPCL.

                                    Yesterday on 14th October 2020 I paid my electricity bill online to PSPCL and the amount got deducted from my bank account but I haven't got receipt yet and in their PSPCL app bill is still not cleared. Please resolve this issue urgently because today is the last date of paying bill.

                                      Sir, I have paid the payment of current electricity bill October 6th.2020 of Rs. 4390/-on 06/10/2020 through upi payment method. My consumer account number is R65CK371967W name of vinod kumar s/o she. Chaman lal. Payment deducted from my account. Paytm upi done the payment. But pspcl receipts not showing. So I am worried about it please take some necessary action as soon as possible.
