I live in bt colony. About 10years nd recntly i find out about our whole colony using kundi nd they all use ac on it nd our bills coming about 10-12thousnd nd their only[protected] this is so unfair i request you to please raid on our colont at the time of 3-4 am when they all sleep nd fetch them. Nd plz dont tell about complaint nd about my no. I really want this anonymously. Thnkyou so much

But the name and address on electricity bill is appearing incomplete and need correction of the same.

2. That as per bill the following charges have been levied;-
A). Rs. 3172.00p — fixed charges
B). Rs.28792.00p — energy charges
C). Rs. 73.16p — meter rent
D). Rs. 6637.00p — taxation
3. That the total of all the above items comes to rs.3867- only
4. That from this total of rs.38674/-, the amount of interest of rs.678/- on security is to be decreased.
5. That in view of the above figures, which are mentioned in the bill, the correct amount of bill comes to rs.37996/-,

6. That therefore rs.1904/- have been charged excess, which may kindly be decreased and bill for the correct amount be issued.
7. That it is further requested that payment date may kindly be extended, till the issue of correct bill

Respected sir, i am using electric connection against ca no. [protected] at h. No. 7427-a, new durga puri, haibowal kalan, ludhiana - 141001. I got inflated electricity consumption bill for this time with wrong reading, it shows current units as 17542 but when i checked it that day it showed 15749 in my meter. It seems they had erronously taken wrong reading instead. Request you to please provide help and get meter reading again.

Waiting for correct bill. Please assist soon as the bill due date is 24 july 2020.

My father have been visiting your premises in person but seems no appropriate action so far.

My account number is [protected], we are a small family and our power consumption of bill Unit is 1075, we received the bill consumed units as Rs 19250 and i paid all previous already . It seems that there is an issue with meter reading or someone is stealing electricity from our meter. Kindly visit the meter location and check. My mobile number is [protected] & [protected]. Amount deducted from my bank account but payment failed for pspcl electricity bill payment through bhim upi on 25 march 2020 at 6.16 am and transaction id[protected] but till amount is not refunded. Screenshot of complaint number at bhim app and pspcl is attached...

On 09/07/2020 i paid sum of rs. 10540/- against my electricity bill having account no. [protected]. Payment got debited from bank account but the receipt never got generated. Its been seven days since i made the payment but the receipt has not been generated till today and tomorrow is the last date to pay the electricity bill. If the receipt is not generated the department will levy charges on late payment whereas i have already made the payment but the receipt is not generated neither the payment has been credited back to bank account.
Please look into the matter and help me.

I have received my current bill for rs. 27, 200/- which includes sundry charges of rs. 9915/- and arrears of rs 4, 128.78. My all previous bills have been paid and nothing is over due. I am unable to understand what are these charges for.

Dear sir, I have deposited my electricity bill amount of Rs.3420 online yesterday i.e.13/07/2020. My money has been debited from my bank account, however, I have not received any receipt and received an error. I am attaching the screen shot from my bank net banking mentioning the reference number for the transaction. Kindly look into this. Some time back pspcl has fixed new poles on chander nagar main road ludhiana. But due to negligence and some petty favours given by vendors on chander nagar main road to the people responsible for pole fixing. Pole has been very wrongly fixed.

Pole has been fixed in mid of road. This has shortened the width of road. It is not only matter of inconvenience to residents, but also promotes encroachment by vendors. Infact these vendors have made certain favours to staff to fix pole in center of road.

On behalf of residents of street 7, chander nagar main road ludhiana we request pspcl to arrange for re laying of pole.

As today i made an online payment of rs.13800/- against bill number 71659 of account number K35SH490230H from axis net banking having reference number[protected]. The above said amount debited from our account but pspcl receipt of that payment has not being generated. So please let me clear is this payment credited against my bill or not. If yes then please send me the receipt if not then please refund my payment. The screen shot of that debited amount is attached with this mail.
