My name is Abhijeet Resident of zirakpur. I have consumed only 50 units of electricity as showed in Electricity bill and by meter but pspcl has put a cost of 1220 Rs which is wrong and discriminatory. They keep harassing public. The bill has been attached for reference.
This has happened 2nd time with me. Last time too they put sundry charges in heavy amount. But this time They have put an exorbitant amount of 1220 rs for consuming only 50 units of electricity, as I was out of city hence my units consumed was 50 .

Today i have Received wrong electricity Bill and in this electricity unit & Amount was totally wrong bill old reading was 9217 & till date Correct is 9412 but
meter Reader write 10353 Unit which is wrong.

I got bill amount of 1136 unit which is wrong

actual Consumption is[protected]= 195 unit

why i should pay wrong unit amount

Dear sir,
With regard to the bill number issued vide bill cum notice no6577420b[protected] for contract a/c no [protected] in the name of nitin loomba, i would like to bring to your kind notice that in above bill an amount of rs 25176 as sundry charges is included. When i visited on[protected] to your agar nagar ludhiana branch i came to know that amount charged as sundry charges is for pending bill of temporary meter dated 03.08.2017 a/c [protected] which i never received before. Also temp meter bill shows consumption of 375 units which was neither intimated nor any acknowledgement taken at the time of removing temporary meter in 2016 or 2017. Further if pspcl can include temporary meter bill amount in my current bill dated[protected] why the same was not included in my earlier bills for permanent meter a/c [protected] which i am paying regularly without any default. Due to lack luster approach of pspcl in communicating the due amount and also in intimating meter reading at the time of removal of temporary meter, today bill of rs 29540 is issued which include interest/sucharge.

In view of the above said facts, i would like to request you to look into the matter and re issue me correct bill after rectification of excess amount charged as sundry charges.

Please also note that due date for payment of current bill is 4-3-2020. So i request to resolve the issue at the earliest.

I pawan thapar paid rs 1760 of my pspcl bill through my atm of bank of baroda under a, c no [protected] kamlesh thapar on 29/02/2020 at 10:07 am
The amount is deducted from bank but not credit in my pspcl a. C please check status and send me the recipt for the same my registered mobile for the same is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

I paid Rs. 1320/- from my HDFC Bank account against the bill generated Account Number G31CF251043H, Bill No. 000737 in the name of Dinesh Kumari on 27/02/2020 using net banking. Amount was deducted from the bank account however bill receipt was not generated & in the receipt history also there is no receipt.
I request you to look into the matter and get the needful done or I will end up paying double bill for the same bill cycle.

I did complaint regarding lightning stolen in my area, near gill feed fectory makhu 142044. The sdo of mallan wala reveal my identity to my neighbor lovepreet singh s/o pargat singh (Duty in thatha) is employee of pspcl and flying caught him red handed he don't have connection of light he stoled lightning. After that he payed 40, 000 as fine and today he came in our house and throwns sharp stones on me and my father. Please help me bcz it happen bcz my identity was reavled from your employees.

Saturday i complained about lighting stolen in my area. Near gill feed fectory makhu 142044. Today i got call from sdo mallan wala they ask me about my name and parents identity. They all are on same plate and they do everything with the knowledge of everyone. Now jeevan singh and many other sataff member threaten my family and ask about me. It means we don't have right take step against wrong things? They misbehave with my mother and they threaten us. If something unpredictable happen with me or my family who will be responsible?? Jeevan singh also say that it will not good for you in upcoming time it means they directly threaten us now tell me what i do??? Mallan wala sdm reveal my identity and jeevan singh tell this in front of all our neighbors now they threat and tease and pressurised to me take complaint back and feel sorry. How can i feel sorry when all the stuff is caught by flying. They caught red handed people (Stolen lightning).

Dear sir,

As today i made an online payment of rs.4510/- against bill number 71659 of account number z74zt005326n from hdfc net banking having reference number[protected]. The above said amount debited from our account but pspcl receipt of that payment has not being generated. So please let me clear is this payment credited against my bill or not. If yes then please send me the receipt if not then please refund my payment. The screen shot of that debited amount is attached with this mail.

Sir, it is very humbly submitted that kindly correct the meter location shown on my electric bill (A/c number [protected]) issued today by your department. My consumer number is p120p3700039f. The location of my electric meter is printed as inside on the bill while it has been fixed outside on a electric pole by your department a long time ago.

I am getting too much excess bill since 2 months. The bill appears to be inflated as i know for certain that our consumption of electricity is not so high as to warrant such a high bill. I request you to please look in this matter seriously. Please inform us the reason why am i getting so much excess bill and when are you going to send your person to check our meter. I appreciate if this matter o[censored]nfair excess billing is resolved at the earliest.

Against bill no:[protected] dated 26/10/2019 but in system, bill receipt is not shows the payment detail ans show still pending and penalty is added to bill amount. The amount is deducted from my saving account vide transaction id of pnb no ecom[protected] pspcl ltd dated 20/12/2019.
Please do the needful.

Dear enforcement team,

I am writing this complaint against above mentioned account no. As this person are making fool to whole society and to our pspcl department by theft electricity by doing some setting in his outside meter and i am surprised to see his bill is just 1/3 out of his consumption. More over in summer session where in house if any householder use 4 ac his or her bill will comes atleast 20000 but to my surprise his bill is just below 5000 in summer too. More over the owner of this meter is old property owner mrs narinder kaur and concern person does not making any effort to change ownership in his own name because he want to show that i have buy this kothi as it and he want to show that if any checking occur he is innocent in this theft. But the main thing is that current owner is culprits and he try to be fool all society.

Kindly check and avoid loss to pspcl at the earliest...

My complaint dated 10.05.2019 recorded with PSPCL Abohar at diary No.267 on 15.05.2019 and marked to Eng Sushil Kumar for resolved the problem .
An Transformer installed near my house in absence of me and my family due to transferred to Mumbai in Bank Of India.
Due to this transformer, we not to live smoothly as there is fear of current as the naked wires having 11000 KW near my house and children are not to play on our roof due to the above problem .
Any indecent to be occurred any time.
Please shift the above transformer at another place.
I have also contacted JE, SDO and Xen during this period, but no solution seen .

I have received my current bill for Rs. 69280/- which includes Sundry Charges of Rs. 66118/-. My all previous bills have been paid and nothing is over due. I am failed to understand what are these charges for.
Sir, Please look into this matter and send me the correct bill.
Also, i am enclosing herewith the current bill for your perusal.

Sir i paid bill for a/c no z74zs181000k in the name of baldeep kaur of zirakpur punjab division of amt: rs 6640/- dated: 17/12/2019 via online transaction bearing ref no[protected]
Payment has been debited from my account dated 17/12/2019 and credited to your a/c no. But receipt for the same has not been generated yet & its still stating unpaid. Please look into the matter reply me in revert mail

On my bill the amount is to be paid is 1510 but on pspcl it is 300... How to fix the online status because bill seems correct as per my units consumption.. Jassian road, haibowal kalan.. Ludhiana..
I am living on rented house so i cant pay this bill because i have to pay the full amount.. I have used to avoid any dispute with my landlord... I hope u'll understand and solve it as soon as possible
