I was trying to pay my home electricity bill and my account got debited with rs.1860, but bill was not paid.

I request you to refund my amount as soon as possible

Today morning 08 Sep. 2019 1015AM, I made payment of Rs. 3340 for my electricity bill by internet banking.
The Receipt for the same is not generated, though money has been withdrawn from my bank account.
The payment also is not refledted in receipts section.
My transaction number is IGAGYLCZK1.
Please help.

    This is to inform you that we received much higher electricity bill in the month of march'19&april'19 than our normal consumption as meter was running fast for which we raised issue to line man and he took away the meter (Receipt date - 14/5/19, amount rs 142/-, acno - z74zr401253w) for checking and asked us to pay 50% of the bill, took faulty meter for checking and replaced with other meter, most recently couple of days back on asking the outcome of the faulty meter no proper reply or any receipt given and line man is asking to pay balance outstanding bill amount for no reason stated, now if you check on billing portal in billing history these month bills have been removed and arrears have been added to the latest bill for rs 3732/-. Furnishing you the consumer details

    You are requested to remove up the arrears of rs 3732/- asap as against the faulty meter reading

      This is to inform you that i am residing at below address. This is to bring to your kind notice and information that in front of my house, there is one electrical pole contain 11000 watt current which is very much unsafe an, it is near to my house while raining season and construction work there is spark in the pole which is dangerous to my family as there are small children. All wires are loose there is no safety to my family. Any incident can be happen at anytime
      Requested you to look into this case and instruct your technical department to tight the electric wire and straighten this pole as soon as possible because this pole is too close to my house. Do needful as soon as possible...

        Respected sir,
        I have noticed that the electricity is not consistent in my locality. I belong to rahon road, basti jodhewal ludhiana and i talked with people of pspcl and they replied in answer that your locality. It is very troublesome to live without electricity when it is scorching heat outside and inside the houses. Due to fluctuations our household appliances are going worse day by day. It is matter of personal loss and financial loss for consumers. I request officials to look into the matter.
        I take off with hope that this matter will be fixed soon.

          Hello sir,

          I am a resident of pathankot and i have a meter ac no: [protected]. Historically my electricity consumption ranged at about rs per month.in the month of june, when the electricity operator came to collect the reading he mentioned that there was some fault with the meter. Post that we raised a complaint and the faulty meter was replaced (As it was counting units even when main power line was switched off).
          For july, we did not receive any electricity bill but in the next month (August) we got a bill of rs 55, 650. We reached out to the electricity department and they said that this would take some time as we would need to check at records and get the meter tested.
          It is september now and the bill amount is rs. 70000. I am worried and we don't really understand what to do.

          Could you please help us with the same?

            Kindly refer to my account no [protected]. I have received monthly electricity bill a sum of rs 2920/- for the month of aug 2019.

            I have paid the electricity bill online. The amount has been debited from my account, but the receipt has not yet generated.

            You are requested to arrange to resolve the same, so that the receipt can be generated.
            My current bill is Rs. 7483 but there have been a sundry charges levied of Rs. 4579 and I have been paying all my bills on time. Kindly send me the correct bill.

                This is priyanshu Dixit, I live in #62 palm city, habitpur road Derabassi and I am highly disappointed with authorities work in field of electricity in our area.
                There is no power supply from last 15 hours in some houses of my society, we have registered a ton of complaints and barely got a lineman who just came to our house and went away giving a pathetic excuse that these wires are really big and we can't fix that . We aren't getting any positive support from any of the staff of authorities even they just cut the complaint phone calls. We are suffering here for no reason but just because of the unethical behavior of staff. We are suffering as we have no water in houses & our inveter batteries has already drained.
                Lineman and officials are just giving excuses and numbers . Their behavior is just unbearable and disrespectful.
                I am now hoping for the positive response from higher authorities

                    Why electricity cut started in mukerian at midnight? It gives lot of trouble to babies... Weather we are paying full bill acc highest unit rate. Then why we facing this prb at mid night... And there is no any electricity inuiry number for inquiry in mukerian.. Children cannot slept well nd disturb all night and cannot attend their school. We want inquiry for this as per rules under rti.

                        Sir i am facing a regular electricity failures, and more over my phone number is diverted to haryana customer care i.E. 1912, due to that it is very uncertain to do our works,
                        specially on the computer and appliances like electrical iron, microwave, washing machine etc, despite of the ironical statements or advertisements of the power is surplus in Punjab state, why we are facing such a difficulties, it my humble request with the folded hands please improve the power supply . Moreover we are paying much higher tariffs in PUnjab than neighbouring states like Haryana, Himachal and Chandigarh, where we do not see such a power failures .

                            Sir, with due respect, it is submitted that, the pspcl has priorly started a service and with the help of that service if anyone has any electricity problem he was able to make a call to the customer care number and a complaint number was issued to the concerned person and after the needful was got done a confirmation call was received to him by the customer care service but know a days whenever someone make a call to the nearest electricity office of the concerned area nobody bothered to pick up the phone of the complainent and god knows what they did with their mobile phone number there always hear a computer massage that the number is busy the massage can hear each and every time the number is [protected], please take some serious action about those delinquent officials.

                              online bill payment fraud

                              I have made a payment from online hdfc payment gateway mentioned in pspcl website of rs 7405. It shows payment got aborted and i confirmed from bank that i money from their side is released and with pspcl. But pspcl customer care is not responding and immediately hanging the call when asked about this. I have many reviews stating same concern.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I was trying to pay my Bill No. [protected] using HDFCPay, however, it showed as payment failed from a Citibank Credit Card. Also, I didn’t get a bill paid receipt until after 3 days.

                                  Hence, I paid again using an HDFC Credit Card and got a receipt (Receipt No.[protected] and confirmation that the Bill has been paid. Three days later, I received a receipt ( Receipt No.[protected] for the failed payment too and the amount has been deducted from my Citibank Card.

                                  I would like to get a refund the failed payment which showed as failed under Receipt Number[protected]. If you recommend, I can dispute that transaction with my Credit Card Company. Please let me know what would be the best option to get a refund for the double amount. I can't afford to 💰 the bill twice as I have a stringent monthly budget.

                                    I am Anuradha, my home electricity account number is [protected], the meter is on my mother's name Kulwant Kaur,

                                    Last month I paid the bill rs. 3907 after the due date and that amount is automatically going to as the advance payment.

                                    This month i received bill again as attached below rs 7380.

                                    I was under the impression that advance amount will automatically adjust in current bill, but nothing happened and even after due date of the bill, advance amount is still showing as it is.

                                    Please check and adjust the advance payment in the current bill.
