Historically my electricity consumption ranged at about rs per month.in the month of june, when the electricity operator came to collect the reading he mentioned that there was some fault with the meter. Please disconnect the electricity supply for my house as i have shifted at chandigarh, now it is not in my use. You are requested to depute the staff to disconnect the electricity supply immediately. I am not responsible of any electricity bill if any raised by your department.

Why electricity cut started in mukerian at midnight? It gives lot of trouble to babies... Weather we are paying full bill acc highest unit rate. Then why we facing this prb at mid night... And there is no any electricity inuiry number for inquiry in mukerian.. Children cannot slept well nd disturb all night and cannot attend their school. We want inquiry for this as per rules under rti....

We residents welfare society platinum tower peermuchalla are facing serious problems in depositing our bill. We went with draft of 70000/- plus for deposit but not accepted with advice to pay in bank. Our bank say tell them your bank details like bank name, ifsc code, ac no etc. How to get it. Sir, with due respect, it is submitted that, the pspcl has priorly started a service and with the help of that service if anyone has any electricity problem he was able to make a call to the customer care number and a complaint number was issued to the concerned person and after the needful was got done a confirmation call was received to him by the customer care service but know a days whenever someone make a call to the nearest electricity...

I have made a payment from online hdfc payment gateway mentioned in pspcl website of rs 7405. It shows payment got aborted and i confirmed from bank that i money from their side is released and with pspcl. But pspcl customer care is not responding and immediately hanging the call when asked about this. I have many reviews stating same concern.

I have been receiving electricity bill of a/c no. [protected] from june.19 on average basis with the meter status showing d. I have been making the payment of the bills but did not notice the status of the meter.

You are requested to kindly get the meter checked and is the same is needed to be repalced then kindly do the needful on priority.

Sir i am a pspcl consumer. I have a bill of rs 7190. I have paid my all bills there is no due bill. I dont know why sundry charges are added of rs 2476. Please i request you to look in to the matter as soon as possible. And one more thing electricity is also stolen in my area many officers came to check but they did nothing please keep my data private......

In our area industrial area b labour colony near pahwa hospital gill road ludhiana, there is no electricity at our home no.674. So many problem have to be faced. Kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible. Only few house don't have electricity from late night since 12 am on 18th august, 2019. Please do consider the same.

This is to inform you that we received much higher electricity bill in the month of march'19&april'19 than our normal consumption for which we raised issue to line man and he took away the meter (Receipt date - 14/5/19, amount rs 142/-, acno - z74zr401253w) for checking and asked us to pay 50% of the bill, took faulty meter for checking, most recently couple of days back on asking the outcome of the faulty meter no proper reply or any receipt...
