Hello Sir/Mam,

I am Anuradha, my home electricity account number is [protected], the meter is on my mother's name Kulwant Kaur,

Last month I paid the bill rs. 3907 after the due date and that amount is automatically going to as the advance payment.

This month i received bill again as attached below rs 7380.

I was under the impression that advance amount will automatically adjust in current bill, but nothing happened and even after due date of the bill, advance amount is still showing as it is.

Please check and adjust the advance payment in the current bill.

Sir i am a pspcl consumer. I have a bill of rs 7190. I have paid my all bills there is no due bill. I dont know why sundry charges are added of rs 2476. Please i request you to look in to the matter as soon as possible. And one more thing electricity is also stolen in my area many officers came to check but they did nothing please keep my data private...

In our area industrial area b labour colony near pahwa hospital gill road ludhiana, there is no electricity at our home no.674. So many problem have to be faced. Kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible. Only few house don't have electricity from late night since 12 am on 18th august, 2019. Please do consider the same.

This is to inform you that we received much higher electricity bill in the month of march'19&april'19 than our normal consumption for which we raised issue to line man and he took away the meter (Receipt date - 14/5/19, amount rs 142/-, acno - z74zr401253w) for checking and asked us to pay 50% of the bill, took faulty meter for checking, most recently couple of days back on asking the outcome of the faulty meter no proper reply or any receipt given and line man is asking to pay balance amount for no reason stated, now if you check on billing portal in billing history these month bills have been removed and arrears have been added to the latest bill for rs 3732/- furnishing you the details

You are requested to remove up the arrears of rs 3732/- asap as against the faulty meter reading

Yaha pe nangi yar hai jaha se upar cabel laga hai cabel ke bich me cut kar ke ya log tar laga ke 3 ac chala rahe hai our microwave and all so meri request hai please cable uper se se leke niche tak check kiya jaye jiske name se connection hai wo ek bahut bada fraud hai and bahur bada chor hai

Dear sir, in front of our house, the transformer of 25 feet looks commercial for him. And three phase line will pass right through our house. There can be an accident due to high voltage current. There are small children in the family who play of roof. Due to which any accident can happen. Let's take three phase line from somewhere else

From last few days meter was slow and now it has stopped working completely. Which means it does not give any reading now. We have tried calling and submitted complaint quite a few times before too but no one came to resolve the complaint yet. We are tired chasing pspcl.
I here by like to mention that we shall not be responsible for any panalities in case meter is not fixed by pspcl soon. It's not a consumer's responsibility to fix meter but pspcl.
So, please get the meter fixed asap.

Respected sir last neight 10.08.2019 i have logged three times complaints no is 16472928, 16473135, 16474326 but no body attend it in neight staff & there phone is also switched off issue is transformer is very small load is very high due to the phase break in neight this time also light is gone neight staff ko kya aap salary kum deta ho jo woh complaints attend he nahi karte my consumer code is [protected] please pay attention to the matter

I had paid online bill for account number z74zk611044p on 8 aug 19 at 21.38pm by netbanking trough my sbi account. Amount of 2110 was debited from my saving account. I got sms of amount debited towards payment for pspcl. But no reciept generated. I mailed and called 1912. But they asked me to wait for 48 hours, which i did, still it is not resolved. Kindly do the needful.

One of your department person mr goora he said me when you complete your home then he will install the meter. But this time we complete my roof and we live their without plaster.

Bill no.[protected]dt, 12/7/2019 received on my mobile and on my e-mail id with reading 33004new old 32428=576 units for 35b days for rs, 5140/ (This bill never delivered in phyical at my house) but taking it true paid rs.5200/ on 22/7/2019 through cheque.
To my surprise i recieved another bill6530119h[protected] on 5/8/2019 showing reading 32428 old new 33227 net 799 units and amount rs 2510 0n due date reading 7/6/2019 to5/8/2019.
Though adjustment of my payment made but i had been charged extra according to unit tarrif?,
My meter is ok but imaginary readings without cheking created?
Why bill was not delivered in physical status?

Dear sir i am propriter shiva agro industries village bham distt gurdaspur punjab. Pspcl shrihargobindpur provide me very bad power supply to my industries. Electrcity is shut down regulary full day or more time is full week.
My industry is a big lose due to bad power suplly. I am many complain to sdo shrihargobindpur. Axin qadian, sc gurdaspur. But all are not solve my problem. Plz help me otherwise i am shut down my factory

Sir my account no is [protected] this month i have received bill of ₹3030 that is much lower then my actual bill. They have given me this bill only for 400 units but actually my exact usage is round about 1712 units. I have visited boota mandi office for the same but no one listen to me properly and harass me for 1 hour like go to this room then the person over there told me to go to other room. They don’t actually listen to consumers complain and harass them by sending him to one room to another repeatedly. I just want the justice kindly help me and do the needful.

My name is raj kumar. I live in khusropur near jal cantt. Our shop is in attar singh colony in khusropur. We have applied a meter of febuarary but have not met the meter yet? Bhinga is our power station. Bhinga talked to mr. Balvir several times, he says that the meter has not yet arrived so far the wire is not available. Please put the meter on our shop as soon as possible.

Sir, I am a resident of 145, Gali reliance, chowk chintpurni, Amritsar. There is a huge fluctuation in electricity voltage, which is causing damage to home appliances. No dessert coller or AC is working. Ceiling fan is working as if somebody is rotating it with hand. No field staff is looking after the electricity wires, which are in very bad conditions having a number of joints. No one bothers about the sentioned load of the consumers and irrespective to that no appropriate transfermers is installed.

Plz look I to the matter to resolve it, so that I will not be forced to move to the consumer dispute redressal Forum, AMRITSAR

Hi, around 6 months back we received an electricity bill of 9 lakh rupees while no one was living in my old home in amritsar. I lodged a complaint and that got rectified. Now again 2 months back, again electricity bill of 22 thousand rupees was issued and again no one is living at my previous house. I am currently living in new delhi so its not possible for me to come there and settle it.

1912 complain no is useless they told u that they will send u line man no once u get the no line man didnt answer the phone or after some time he switched off the mobile there is problem.in our area that 5or 6 house light hone at night 3or 4 time in a week and then i complain but after 4 to 5 hours they work of some one force them in anger and even there was 2 days when light is not coming whole night for 12 hours i[censored] know that there is a problem that load is much more or whatever then y they are not fixing it permanently
Now again it has been 3 hours without light and no help from 1912 no too
Pspcl charge 10 rs per unit but there services are too much poor frustrated now

There are 6 air conditioners are in the house and all appliances are run by electricity. And the last bil amount is 1071 rs. I complained in raikot higher authorities but they hav not pay attention. Plz check above meter load and take necessary action. Thanks

Dear sir,
This is to inform you that i karanvir singh resident of #4360 e block aerocity mohali. Sir i have received my electricity bill of 56650rs in which 19912rs are sundry charges, sir i can't pay such a huge bill as i do not have this much money, please respond to my complaint as soon as possible so that i can come out of this problem.
