I have received my bills as follows:

21st feb 2018- 840 bill reading, 50 days, rs 6550
20th aug 2018-2 meter reading, 145 days, rs 1120
20th feb 2019-2 meter reading, 145 days, rs 1760
20th apr 2019-840 bill reading, 50 days, rs 6930

Now when your line men has checked the reading, it is coming as 1480 then how are were you building my bills earlier. Now please help to generate exact bill.

I kamlesh rani having electricity connection number[protected] in kotkapura sub division. On 27/09/2018 i apply for name change from pawan kumar goyal (my husband) to my name. I have paid all the requisite fees for the same but till now it hasnot changed yet. Kindly look in to the matter

Please refer the advance payment of rs 2500 receipt no.[protected], dated 18-dec-2017. It has never been adjusted in any of the bills since this payment was done. Can you please adjust this payment in the next bill or provide an option during the online payment to include the advance payment of 2500 so that i can pay only the balance = total bill - 2500?
Request you to please resolve the matter at the earliest because this advance amount is more than 1 year old.

There is no electricity during summers. And we have to stay in day time its mostly without electricity and now its in the night time also the situation is same..
Kindly find a solution for this problem as soon as possible. As all are suffering from this badly with sleepless nights and the day times are spent like steamed chickens. Generators and inverters are giving up at this point of time... As almost every day there is no power supply.

I don't know you are checking our emails or not but i'm highly appreciated if you are do something with our problem.
We are starting on may month, and you already know there is highly need of fans or coolers. But i don't know why they keep cut our electricity for one one or two two days.
The weather outside is perfectly fine. No thunderstorm, no rain but they still cut it out. We are very much in depressed because of this thing.
You are our last hope. I don't know this area "railway road, nangal dam, near railway station nangal dam. Pincode 140124" unde4 which electricity board.
All the time we complained they always said go to there... Go to where.. Keep saying this.
Please take some action.

I want to bring to your kind notice that there is electricity theft noticed in the lane of house no’s. 1b to 9b and adjacent lanes, in the area of professor colony, village karheri, patiala.

In this locality, most of the consumers running pgs and other commercial activities under domestic power connections and misusing the domestic electricity. Few meters are without seal and tempered or using hidden kundi connections within the meters junction box in the broad day light. Some powers meters are ‘old black meters’ and tampered for slow speed.

I want your immediate attention to save loss on public exchequer and request to depute high powered flying squad team to check the irregularities.

Even the kids are falling sick because of the lack of light as they are being bitten ceaselessly by mosquitos and other poisonous insects.

Please forward the quick instructions to the staff working there if there is any fault in the grid or supply wires.

It is mentioned that an electric pole installed out side the residence of bhupinder singh h. No. F-22/164, main bazar road, village mustafabad, batala road is titled to one side due to heavy load of electric wires. This may cause some serious accident even loss of human lives in case it is fell down. Moreover, there are loose wires which also cause sparkings when the birds sits on them.
We the residents of this street request immediate replacement of this electric pole and repair of electric wire so that no untoward incident may happen.

My name is nitin, a resident of kashmiri mohalla sujanpur (145023) district pathankot.

The complain is regarding the high voltage (11000 volts) wires on the top of my house. It is very risky because the wires are very near to the house roof so i went to pspcl office sujanpur and requested them to cover it with something or with plastic pipes at least. I have the plastic pipes with me but they are not agreeing to it i don't know why please direct them to do the needful

Lt line (Wires are in vertical line, above each other) connecting from jhill road at neel giri retail shop towards new mehar singh colony at lhs under 66 kv line is sagging to extent that they touch each other when birds fly through or small wind flow and sparking almost daily. Accident may happen at any time. So. Line wires tighten/tensioning may be done immediately and bamboo spacer also should be fixed. Total distance is about 350m.
