Respected concerned,
I kuldeep singh s/o sr. Saroop singh gurdadpur. My a/c no. Is [protected]. I had paid fee rs. 120 for my supply metter is running fast without any load. I had already submitted a complaint at gurdaspur branch dated 03.05.2018 and also many times met with mr. Varun but till date he didn't done refund process as he is responsible for same process. Please do the needful and refund payment.
Note - i had already many times submitted the same complaint on pspcl app. But no result.

I have been asked to pay rs 597.00 as sundry charges under section arrears in my current electricity bill for the account z74bs229097. I couldn't understand the reason for it's inclusion as i have paid all the issued bills so far and nothing is pending against my name. This is my request to delete these charges and adjust the amount paid by me in the next bill.

Dear sir,
I have received my current bill of dated 31/dec/2018, with electricity bill no. M47jr290804l for rs. 6460/- which includes sundry charges of rs. 4602/-. My all previous bills have been paid and nothing is over due. I am failed to understand what are these charges for. Sir, i am unable to pay this bill due to financial problem. Please look into this matter and send me the correct bill.
Also, i am enclosing herewith the current bill for your perusal.

Your earliest reponse in this matter will be highly appreciated.

Dear sir. I belong to abohar.. Here the conditions of electicity is very bad... We are facing this problem for so many years.
Currently it has been more than 24 hours since there is no light... Yesterday we go to register the complaint they said kl 10 bje aygi... Bhut bura hall h yaha light ka.. Please pay attention to this area...
Kal subh se cut ki hui h light abi tak koi information ni...

We are facing power cut in derabassi ats ext iv on christmas... It's a shame.
Please supply power atleast on this day as soon as possible.
It's been more than 12hours now since we hv no power supply.

We hv an old person in our house.
It's extremely difficult for us without electricity.
It's getting really hard to cook, clean, wash etc in this extreme winter in the dark.

Meter was. Changed in july 2018.
The meter is located outside the house.
But the meter reading is not regularly taking stating that house was closed and once that meter out of order, infact both are untrue.
They have been changing based on average usage every month.
And now...

Khushi ram r/o tej mohan nagar, basti shekh which is already verified last year on[protected]and found incorrect bill no 1296517f18173216 and no one check proper reading which suffering me lot of. I belong to mubarakpur, tehsil - zirakpur. From last so many years, we are facing very serious problem, that is we have heavy voltage wires on our terrist. And wires coming down day by day. So it is very risky for our lives. We want solution before any big problem happened

Its about the current year arrears. I have paid 2 time my arrears without any reason but again when new bill is drawn there is again arrears in it. I had visited local power corporation so many times and requested them to cancel this arrears but they are not resolving my problem. So finally i requesting you to look in this matter. Thanks (2). Bill is not distributed propery and on time. My meter no. Y44pm330748x sub division khuia sarwar... I have clear my bill no:-[protected] with my arrear... And in next bill no:-[protected] there is arrears again... So my humble request you to llok in this matter so i can come out from this mental harrassment

Sir i m kulwant rai from amritsar punjab from a long time i filed many times complaints not updation my bill which is already paid by me. But they never solve it not trying to do it. My account no is [protected] and it's under ds chheharata amritsar.
Sir there are also open wires at roof also can be touch by children's verbly i told to line man but he not did it. Pl take a necessary n favourable action.

I have paid bill through mobikwik on[protected] for consumer no [protected]. Amount has been deducted i. E. 17310/rs. Money has been deducted from that account but receipt has not been generated. Kindly look after the matter as last date has gone today. I am very much tensed because its huge amount as i am not getting support from mobikwik also. So kindly resolve the matter asap.

Ccomplaint given for meter defective vide application no.[protected] dt.20.06.2018 to punjab state power corporation ltd, but no action taken till date and average electricity bills are generating. Please help me to change the defective meter at the earliest as already morethan 6 months passed...

My consumer number is [protected] in the name of yogesh kumar. The bill was already paid by me within time. But there are three issues with my ca number.

1) as of now the bill is not appearing on the portal of pspcl (Message comes "invalid account number")
2) on bill father's name printed as "davinder singh" but it should be "davinder kumar".
3) address on the bill is too short and i can't use the bill for address proof. I have given copy of my adhar for proof, but even the same was not considered.

Dear Sir,
This is regarding safety of childrens and peoples who is residing in society. verbly many times remind to the service line men but they are unable to attend my complaint.
My sincere requesting to you, please make a necessay arrangement to cover this open wires which is hanging on transformer. The most worried observation is, it is approachable height to the childrens who are playing sorrounding this transfomer. kindly initiate your action on immeidate basis.

Hi sir/madam,

This is to inform you that my father was working in pstcl (Punjab state power transmission corporation) as an alm at mall mandi office, amritsar. He got expired in july 2016 and till now we have not received any funds (Pension is not started yet, ex gratia, gpf etc.) yet except leaves encashment.

We are stuck in between the process, nothing is moving on now. Pension is not started yet as it's been more than 2 and half years. Ex grtia is not paid yet which should be done just after the death so dependent family can atleast meet their basic needs please help us as we are not getting proper guidance and response from the employees of the department pstcl/pspcl.

I would inform you that i had already brought to the notice of the sdo of city-2, khanna (Punjab) that after switching of the main connection of the building where no person is residing and the building is kept in lock for more than eight months but the bill of electricity being consumed is being sent by the electricity board (Pspcl). This started happening when the meter have been taken out of the premises and installed on the poles in the street.

That when the main switch is closed or no electricity is being consumed than another meter of another resident is being showing closed but my meter in the name of amrik singh s/o avtar singh, amloh road, khanna whose consumer number is k34kh553184w contract a/c no [protected] is showing working and after every two months a heavy bill is being generated to be paid. Few bills have already being paid on assurance that they would be corrected and refunded but nothing happens. Hence you are requested to get it inspected and get the meter in the box (Set of four meters) to be checked and if their is any fault in wiring connection made by the contractor who had installed meter on poles than the bill should be corrected from the date when the meter was installed on the pole and refund should be made immediately.
