I made a payment of rs 1390 for a/c no [protected] through phone pe on 31/12/2018 vide transaction number n1812311250466308452301 which was transferred to pspcl vide reference number[protected] by bharat bill payment but the bill is still showing as pending. Kindly help me in this regard. The transaction number at bharat pay payment is bd[protected].

I paid my electricity bill on 5th August through PhonePe and received payment status as successful (Attached the screenshot of the same). But somehow PSPCL server still says bill is not paid.     I kuldeep singh s/o sr. Saroop singh gurdadpur. My a/c no. Is [protected]. I had paid fee rs. 120 for my supply metter is running fast without any load. I had already submitted a complaint at gurdaspur branch dated 03.05.2018 and also many times met with mr. Varun but till date he didn't done refund process as he is responsible for same process. Please do the needful and refund payment.
    Note - i had already many times submitted the same complaint on pspcl app. But no result.

      I have been asked to pay rs 597.00 as sundry charges under section arrears in my current electricity bill for the account z74bs229097. I couldn't understand the reason for it's inclusion as i have paid all the issued bills so far and nothing is pending against my name. This is my request to delete these charges and adjust the amount paid by me in the next bill.

        I have received my current bill of dated 31/dec/2018, with electricity bill no. M47jr290804l for rs. 6460/- which includes sundry charges of rs. 4602/-. My all previous bills have been paid and nothing is over due. I am failed to understand what are these charges for. Sir, i am unable to pay this bill due to financial problem. Please look into this matter and send me the correct bill.
        Also, i am enclosing herewith the current bill for your perusal.

              We are facing power cut in derabassi ats ext iv on christmas... It's a shame.
              Please supply power atleast on this day as soon as possible.
              It's been more than 12hours now since we hv no power supply.

              We hv an old person in our house.
              It's extremely difficult for us without electricity.

                The meter is located outside the house.
                But the meter reading is not regularly taking stating that house was closed and once that meter out of order, infact both are untrue.
                They have been changing based on average usage every month.

                    Its about the current year arrears. I have paid 2 time my arrears without any reason but again when new bill is drawn there is again arrears in it. I had visited local power corporation so many times and requested them to cancel this arrears but they are not resolving my problem. So finally i requesting you to look in this matter. Thanks (2). Bill is not distributed propery and on time. My meter no. Y44pm330748x sub division khuia sarwar... I have clear my bill no:-[protected] with my arrear... And in next bill no:-[protected] there is arrears again... So my humble request you to llok in this matter so i can come out from this mental harrassment

                            My consumer number is [protected] in the name of yogesh kumar. The bill was already paid by me within time. But there are three issues with my ca number.

                            1) as of now the bill is not appearing on the portal of pspcl (Message comes "invalid account number")
                            2) on bill father's name printed as "davinder singh" but it should be "davinder kumar".
                            3) address on the bill is too short and i can't use the bill for address proof. I have given copy of my adhar for proof, but even the same was not considered.

                                  Hi sir/madam,

                                  This is to inform you that my father was working in pstcl (Punjab state power transmission corporation) as an alm at mall mandi office, amritsar. He got expired in july 2016 and till now we have not received any funds (Pension is not started yet, ex gratia, gpf etc.) yet except leaves encashment.

                                  We are stuck in between the process, nothing is moving on now. Pension is not started yet as it's been more than 2 and half years. Ex grtia is not paid yet which should be done just after the death so dependent family can atleast meet their basic needs please help us as we are not getting proper guidance and response from the employees of the department pstcl/pspcl.
