My account no is g56bf620876p & for this bill cycle my bill comes 8130 which is very high, when i saw the bill they charged the bill from 24 march to 26sep, while i had paid the bill till 25may also bill was come late,
When bill cycle is two month then why pspcl send bill after six month.
Also in long bill cycle we have to pay high charges, high taxes.
Why we have to pay high charge while we dont have any fault.
Plz look into this matter & try to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
Because its too high bill & we can not pay this.

    My bill is due around 20000. Last date to pay the bill 01.10.2018.. But today around 15.35 p. M. 2 people they said they are from punjab state electricity department.. More over they abused my wife and kids for not paying the bill and cut the connection... Now request you to please some strict action should be taken against these people for harresing.

      The bill amount for the month of sept is too high and after checking the bill it shows arrears current financial year as rs 2211. This was never the case before.
      There is no clarification why these additional amount is added in bill. Kindly provide resolution and waive off this amount.

      I did complaint of not working of meter at 9am today and do too many calls in complaint office but no one is responding please help me
      We have made the above complaint today early in the morning and were assured that the complaint will be resolved in 1 to 2 hours. But no positive result till now. Nobody visited the site to look into the matter.
      We are facing big problem due to lack of power, water, etc.
      Please resolve the issue immediately.
      Electricity is fluctuating in our area since last night, that is MODEL TOWN, RANI- KA - BAGH, NEAR LAL MATA MANDIR, we have been facing this problem since last night. our appliances are likely to giveup now please try to resolve the problem as soon as possible. we are not able to do any of our work.

        There is a defect in our electric meter since 24 September 2018. Its terminal is not working and electrician has made a temporary direct connection. Meter is not working and we now its a type of penalty for us. Your Customer care no. remains always busy. So kindly repair the same as early as possible.

He is not taken action against those person who loss the electricity department he taken every month money from them vise of this some person names mr jaswnt singh, mr sucha singh, mr anoop singh all are brother r/o baba deep singh nagar rcf near village dhudianwal there electricity meter in there home inside they use cundi connection for their home mr jaswnt singh also informer of mr gurnam singh bajwa deals to caught people & deals them with them money. I am humbled request to you please check these area meter location many are inside home. If action taken against these area secretly them many person caught as like who cheat electricity department. These all brother use ac & many other electricity device in their home also water connection & electricity working in their house outside there they take their many animals but they just paying some electricity bill invoice of this to electricity department because sdo mr gurnam singh bajwa is there friend they pay some rupees to him so please take action against these types of crupted person & also check these person electricity bill, house load.             Hi There,

            I'm in a shock when I'm writing this complaint. I got a bill of INR 18390 for the period of two months and 8 days. When I looked at the value of the number o[censored]nits that I consumed, it shows only INR 5886. After that I scrolled it down and there I saw another amount added in my bill Areear current fin. Yr. INR 12450. I'm a regular payer of my electricity bill. These kind of changes are unexceptionable and I cannot oay such a huge amount.

            I need your explanation on this.

              Dear sir,

              We jtl infra ltd situated at gholu majra, derabassi having account no. Z23ll0200115 had deposited pspcl bill payment of rs. 26, 47, 360.00 through bill desk gateway from our oriental bank of commerce account on dated 24.09.18. Vide transaction no. Ib shp/46525589 dated 24.09.18. The due date of bill is 24.09.18. The amount was deducted from our account but payment receipt not generated. On 26.09.18 we received credit reverse of payment made on 24.09.18 in our bank account. It is due to fault of bill desk site and surcharge of rs. 44, 124.00 is not applicable on us because we had paid our bill on well in time. Now, we have paid again today payment through rtgs to pspcl. Kindly look into the matter and waive surcharge of rs. 44124.00.

                  We are continuously getting higher electricity bills since past few months

                  Last bill was for 65 days and the total was approx 5170 inr. Understandable because that time we did use a bit of ac

                  This time bill is 14710 inr for just 48 days... Point to be noted here is that in this period the use of ac was way less and bill has come 17 days earlier and a huge difference of approx 9500 inr which is shocking for us

                  Another important thing to add here is that one of our neighbour got just bill approx of 1000 only for the 65 days period which is technically not possible and
                  The other one gets less than 1000 almost each time

                  Looks like there are technical defaults in all the meters in my area

                  Kindly get this concern into notice and take an immediate step because we cannot keep emptying our bank balance for something very inappropriate

                    I have been issued a bill of six months although i have paid my previous dues to pspcl. So rather than billing me for two months as it usually happens they have carried balance for past six months and asked me to pay rs 31250 which is nowhere near what has to be actually calculated.

                            I am resident of swami enclave near radha swami satsang beas facing problem of electricity cut from the morning and my inverter service have been vanished and even i don't have any other source for elwctricity i am fed up with elwctricity substation workers of jalalabad west distt..                               Sir i m occupying meter connection in the name of my father... Paritam singh consumer no. J74gc250367h nd contract a/c no.[protected] falling under jurisdiction of sub div model town commercial sub div-4 jalandhar. The meter is running for the last so many years showing normal reading. During last reading of dated26/07/2018. Meter was showing reading nd consumption was recorded but bill was issued on average basis for 66 days from previous normal billing dated21/05/2018. This time highest ever reading was recorded ever since the installation of meter no. 1017995for the last so many years. The complaint is not over here. Inspite of the meter reading, bill was issued on so called average basis just to enhance the reading further so as to charge maximum at peak level both elecricity charges and infrastructure development cess. This has exactly been done as expected in the current reading on 22/09/2018 when total billing was shown for 124 days and bill for 22740/- has been issued including 1039/- as infrastructure development cess. This is how managers are mismanaging the things just to enhance the revenue at the cost of harassment of innocent consumers. Finally, i would request the authorities to look into nd ractify the bill well before the last date of payment i. E.05/10/2018, apart from taking stern action agaist the erroring officials/officers otherwise i shall be constrained to drag them in the court of law for claiming damages and appropriate relief as the court may deem fit.

                                I have applied for installation of meter at my house on 20/04/2018 five months ago and it has not been installed yet and area comes under subdivision abadpura, division model town jalandhar. I have also applied for solar and all the paper work which is duty of junior engineer is also donoe by me but still they are not doing anything from their part. Sdo swaran singh said junior engineer mukul sharma is on medical leave then there should be someone who can do his work. I have been harassed a lot by sdo swaran singh, please take action or assign other officer to this division so i can get my work done.

                                  Sir above mention subject i transfer the account from pooja kohli to anil kumar. Pl struck off the name pooja kohli because i changed it. All documents and fee allready submitted. Sdo commercial assured me that the name has been changed but it is opperating by both different name. Pl solve it. I mentally harassaed by your deptt. The meter reading is not display on the meter and inappropriate amount charged from me. I think average charge is charged. Kindly inform your employees to check my meter reading again and do not charge average amount. Its too important because i am belong to a middle class family.

                                      1. Reference letter no – 2250 dated 31/08/2018 of your department (Sub divisional officer, punjab state power corporation ltd pspcl.
                                      2. I major paramjeet singh (Indian army officer) s/o sub major lakhwinder singh (Retd) wanted to put your kind attention towards the erroneously observation which becomes the harassment to my family.
                                      3. We are resident of village kamonangal, p. O – marrar and a consumer of your department (Pspcl) under a service tubewell connection a/c no - e1523 which is on my father’s name (Sub maj lakhwinder singh).
                                      4. In the month aug 2018 team / representative from your department has visited our farms as part of their routine/surprise check for valid and authorised electric tubewell connection. My father is using an electric motor of isi marked texmo monoset pump 3 hp in our fields, the bill of the motor pump is already attached in the connection file which is with your department. Whereas the inspection team has remarked it’s as electric motor of 5 hp and more over my father being penalised for the same under the bill of rupee11400/-by bill cum show cause notice under provision of reg 37 of supply code 2014 & section 135 of the act.
                                      5. Being a responsible citizen it’s our moral duty to utilise the government resources in a befitting manner. The above it is submitted that erroneously observation of electric motor may please be rectified at the earliest.
                                      6. Documents for your reference please –
                                      (A) photo of letter no – 2250 dated 31/08/2018 of your department (Sub divisional officer, pspcl).

                                      My consumer No. is H36AB280372H. I received bill for September 18 from meter reading 4383 to 4991 for Rs.3530/-., Whereas I have already paid bill upto meter reading 4721 vide Receipt No.127 dated 09.07.18. for Rs.530/- which is not adjusted in this month. Please adjust & reissue me the bill after adjusting taxes accordingly. Thank you.
