1. Reference letter no – 2250 dated 31/08/2018 of your department (Sub divisional officer, punjab state power corporation ltd pspcl.
2. I major paramjeet singh (Indian army officer) s/o sub major lakhwinder singh (Retd) wanted to put your kind attention towards the erroneously observation which becomes the harassment to my family.
3. We are resident of village kamonangal, p. O – marrar and a consumer of your department (Pspcl) under a service tubewell connection a/c no - e1523 which is on my father’s name (Sub maj lakhwinder singh).
4. In the month aug 2018 team / representative from your department has visited our farms as part of their routine/surprise check for valid and authorised electric tubewell connection. My father is using an electric motor of isi marked texmo monoset pump 3 hp in our fields, the bill of the motor pump is already attached in the connection file which is with your department. Whereas the inspection team has remarked it’s as electric motor of 5 hp and more over my father being penalised for the same under the bill of rupee11400/-by bill cum show cause notice under provision of reg 37 of supply code 2014 & section 135 of the act.
5. Being a responsible citizen it’s our moral duty to utilise the government resources in a befitting manner. The above it is submitted that erroneously observation of electric motor may please be rectified at the earliest.

(A) photo of letter no – 2250 dated 31/08/2018 of your department (Sub divisional officer, pspcl).
(B) photographs of tube well motor.
Name Correction In Electricity Bill
My consumer No. is H36AB280372H. I received bill for September 18 from meter reading 4383 to 4991 for Rs.3530/-., Whereas I have already paid bill upto meter reading 4721 vide Receipt No.127 dated 09.07.18. for Rs.530/- which is not adjusted in this month. Please adjust & reissue me the bill after adjusting taxes accordingly. Thank you.

    Respected sir/ mam i am resident of (Amloh, disttict fatehgarh sahib-pb) yesterday night we had a problem with our phase we have 3 phase meter and our 2 phases are not working i registered my complaint at pspcl amloh and they said we have no staff at night we will solve it in the morning and they register our complaint.in the morning i call them again they said we had recieved your complaint we will solve but till now they havent solve our problem our complaint no is ref no 12356438 has been registered at[protected]:20:52. Staff with [protected] has been assigned to resolve your service request - ds divn. Amloh against meter no k61gt610050p. I request you please solve our problem as soon as possible waiting for your strict action tnx.

      I submitted last bill amounting rs 200 billing period between 16 may to 21 july 2018. And i also have the receipt of payment which i attached with this complaint. Today i got bill amounting rs 710 which is showing the period between 16 may to 19 september.
      In this bill previous bill is added that is why it is showing 4.2 months period (126 days).
      So it is my hummble request please readjust the bill and update again on the servers so i can pay my remaining balance as soon as updated.

        Sir, my consumer no. Is a22wg691202x and contract ac no. Is [protected]. I have got a bill of rs 13200. My this time comsuption is 396 units. I dont have any previous dues. My last bill was 2690 which was cleared through my sbi ac. I am sending scrrenshot of it. Before this i was got a bill of 1100. I am also sending its screenshot of payment done. Kindly improve your department's mistake and make a new genuine bill.

          I would like to inform you that i gian chand from house no. A-13, new vinay nagar, chakk hussaina, lamba pind, jalandhar. I complained abt electric meter tripped/jumped lots of time due to this our electricity bill crosses above 1.30lac approximate. Till now from january 2018 electricity board people did not confirmed any progress report. Due to this they charging us penalty on monthly basis. Which is now not affordable and they forcing us to pay. Please tell us what to do.. Where to complaint...
          All of sudden a too much bill is given for meter account number G57MF432072F, just two of appliances running a refrigerator and fan . How a bill of rs 5400 can come, and another meter where all the appliances are running cooler, fridge, tv lights a bill of rs2900 comes.
          Bill not submitted even though cheque has been deposited by me on 06.09.2018 .via hdfc bank . Pspcl Account number [protected] . House no. 1069 Mohali. Cheque no. 000036 with account no. Ending 8780

            Consumer no. J53gt530191m - contract no. [protected]- bill no.[protected] meter no. 023089. Bill dt.4/9/18 (From 3/8/18 to 4/9/18 - 32 days) sub div. Hadiabad (Code 3243) hadiabad, teh phagwara distt. Kapurthala - punjab
            The bill has been issued for rs. 26130/- (2880 units) which is on a very high side. The meter has given wrong/inflated reading. Even if take the average it is on very high side.. Finding no respite/solution locally, i am approaching you to get the bill rectified and refund the amount. I have paid the bill under protest.
            Kindly act at the earliest for refund
            Please let us know procedure of installing electric meter from inside to outside (home) as in colony electric board installed electric meter outside the residence but our meter in still inside the premises
            I got wrong bill charged for month of jul aug month we have almost 3 time more plus amount for these months its not feasible and justify beacuse our average bill is 2000 to 3000 . Please check again.

              Good day!

              I am consumer of pspcl and having meter no [protected] on the name of tripat kaur dhaliwal.

              I have notice from last 3 to 4 billing cycle that my meter running is not as per our consumption. I had paid too much high value bill in last 2, 3 billing cycle of pspcl. I am strongly feeling that there is any fault in my meter or wire. Would request to kindly look in to it and resolve on top high priority. I am a small family and uses is not as much as i billed by pspcl.

                I made two online payments on 16/09/2018 on receipt i got.
                But one payment account no: [protected] for rs. 12940/- through payzapp wallet. Of hdfc bank. But receipt for this payment is not generated yet.
                Today is last date of bill payment.
                Merchant id for this payment is[protected]
                I contact hdfc they told payment is not claimed by pspcl say officials to claim rs. 12940/-.
                So claim this amount and clear account outstanding of account no: [protected].

                    exhaustive bills continuously

                    My meter no is[protected], house 172a, modren valley, kharar. Last two times bill coming more than, rs10, 000.00 per month, the house is vacant since july 2018 but still meter is indicating consumption. Meter seal is found broken, request you to please check consumption issue and also meter status since presently i am not staying there.

                      My consumer number is[protected]. For last one year i have been getting escalated electricity bills of around 2000 to 2500 rupees every 2 months while my usage is very low this seems to be an average bill. Seems like pc pspcl is only giving average bill for the last 1 year till may after may i have received my bill in september for rupees 8300 for 4 months which is even higher and the meter reading which were not given earlier has now been given.in my area built the metre readings but not specified correctly since a lot of readings have. Since more than a month reading have been collected the slab of the cost of consumption has gone out this is not my fault since the electricity board has sent me a bill after 4 months with escalated values. If a bill is given monthly or even in 2 months with correct meter reading my bill should not be more than 600 to 800 rupees per month since issue with the bill timings. I have been getting such an exaggerated bills every month which i am even not using. Please get my bills corrected

                        In front of my home loose and low haggling wire many times compliant lodged and visited sdo and xen sahib never available on seat
                        Tuesday sdo sahib visited with team as usual government employee told me very lealthy procedure power of attorney from owner of the plot who is in canada give compliant in writing on paper where as our motto is save paper save trees, same answer visit office then why government has spent so much money if some incident happen the pspcl will be responsible following since long
                        Requested many times to check my load no body bothered i visited your site clearly written what service are provided on line but ground realities are entirely different
                        Please train your staff what is the meaning of on line service and how to deal with the consumer
                        I don’t know which era pspcl is working
                        Please solve my problem with in specified time

                          Hi my name is neeraj and from balachaur i am just complaint about a new meter connection in my city balachaur (Sbs nagar) i am already paid full fee for a new connection two month ago now i received a call from electricity office, they said your connection is ready to supply buy we have not available a meter box in our department so you buy from outside then we will fix the meter. My question is if i have already paid a full fee of a new connection then why department saying that you buy from outside that is not only my question, everyone who's applied for a new connection.

                                We are large supply consumer of pspcl having connection no. [protected] running induction furnace m/s dasmesh alloys, village kumbh, amloh road, mandi gobindgarh and our feeder code f d c [protected], feeder name dummy fdr f63l comm to s/s bk06 and power grid is 11 kv, tooran, amloh road, mandi gobindgarh. We are facing many problems of erratic power supply like power outage, unscheduled power off and power trippings due to which our production schedule is disturbed.

                                On dated 10/09/2018 midnight power supply was interrupted at 03.00 am in the morning and remained of[censored]pto 11.00 am (8 hours closed our production). So please reduce fixed charges amount rs. 12, 000.00 (Approximate minimum) in the next period invoice of power off time and we suffer financial losses as well.

                                We humbly request you to kindly look into the matter urgently and fix the responsibility of concerned officials in this regards.

                                Electricity meter is running very fast. Bill for last one year ranges from[protected]; whereas bill for period 18 june to29 aug is Rs. 14580/-. Department must take immediate action to change meter as urgent step and send existing meter for checking in their lab.

                                  I am getting too much excess bill since 4 months. The bill appears to be inflated as i know for certain that our consumption of electricity is not so high as to warrant such a high bill. I request you to please look in this matter seriously. Please inform us the reason why am i getting so much excess bill and when are you going to send your person to check our meter.                                   I paid the bill and i have the reciept.

                                  But again i have recieved a new bill dated 10th may 2018 to 6th sept 2018 with amount 4450.

                                  As my previous bill was paid late by 1 day so Seems my bill paid was not considered by PSPCL.

                                  Please update my bill amount. As it must be from 26th of july to 6th of sept.
                                  And as per that time period the amount should be.

                                    This is regarding the wrong bill printed for unit f443, phase 8b for amount 50170. Averahe electricity bill for last 6 months were coming was 5k but this month it is very high 50k (Bill is for 2 months) and we are not able to understand. Request you to check and do the rectification immediately so my tenant can clear the bill on priority.
