The bill has been issued for rs. 26130/- (2880 units) which is on a very high side. The meter has given wrong/inflated reading. Even if take the average it is on very high side.. Finding no respite/solution...

I have notice from last 3 to 4 billing cycle that my meter running is not as per our consumption. I had paid too much high value bill in last 2, 3 billing cycle of pspcl. I am strongly feeling that there is any fault in my meter or wire. Would request to kindly look in to it and resolve...

I made two online payments on 16/09/2018 on receipt i got.
But one payment account no: [protected] for rs. 12940/- through payzapp wallet. Of hdfc bank. But receipt for this payment is not generated yet.
Today is last date of bill payment.

I contact hdfc they told payment is not claimed by pspcl say officials to claim rs. 12940/-.

Because of system problem my bill payment (5130+5130+5130) =15390 rs were deducted three times. So i want to refund extra amount 10260 rs. Receipt numbers are[protected],[protected] and[protected]. My meter no is[protected], house 172a, modren valley, kharar. Last two times bill coming more than, rs10, 000.00 per month, the house is vacant since july 2018 but still meter is indicating consumption. Meter seal is found broken, request you to please check consumption issue and also meter status since presently i am not staying there.

The regional pspcl officer does not attending any complaints.Haibowal kalan jassian road, Sunil park is worst effected with power supply failures, No engeener or senior officer ever available for any queries about complaints, this urban area has been made worst by pspcl bad services.The concerned officer incharge never tried to solve the problem.Power cuts ranges from 8 to 10 hrs .Call centre system of pspcl has worst services to offer to...

This is regarding the wrong bill printed for unit f443, phase 8b for amount 50170. Averahe electricity bill for last 6 months were coming was 5k but this month it is very high 50k (Bill is for 2 months) and we are not able to understand. Request you to check and do the rectification immediately so my tenant can clear the bill on priority.

It is humbly submitted that from yesterday 8 pm in harmilap nagar no electricity in all three face any one face missing for supply. So we are facing problem. There are total very long time to face the power cut. There is a totally nagligence by electricity department. If they taken money from us as bill then provide us per service. So plz solve the issue at urgent bases.
