I had lodged a complaint on 08 september 2018 regarding wrong billing against my house at awho harbhajan vihar mohali on this site but it does appear here. I have been paying bills regularly even though the house was lying vacant, the last one was paid in august 2018. But now i received a bill for the period december 2017 to 06 september 2018 vide bill no.[protected] dated 06 sep 2018 for re 44490 for 6552 units which is grossly wrong and unjustified as the actual reading is just 000343 till date. It is intimated that this house is lying vacant since i am serving in indian army. These 343 units were used initially when some maintenance of the house was undertaken and it was locked again thereafter. Please cancel the bill with immediate effect. Thanks

    I have a meter 100 ft away from my home. I am a sole earner of my household consisting of a elder sick mother and a small son attending school and thereafter tutions
    I leave early for work come home very late. My mother complains that our supply is cut off in the morning and it is restored only late at night.
    I receive bill of around 25000 to 30000. My mother can hardly walk so no use of electricity, no supply till i reach home around 9 at night
    Meter has no seal. Whose bill am i made to pay?

          I have received electricity bill which shows old readings of meter for the time period which has been paid already and i have been charged more for the same. Even when the bill for previous months had been paid new bill has been sent with old readings hence leading to overbilling and double billing. Bill cycle reads 120 days even when the bill has been paid for 78 days previously. I have attached the previous and the new bill along with the receipt of the paid bill. Please look into the matter as soon as possible and provide any solution for the same

            This meter is do not work properly and there is no solution done by your workers. Even, i complain about that but our problem is not solved and no feedback given to us about this. I complaint about that 11 month ago. And no solution given to us for this. We don't use heavy amount of electricity but i receive a bill of 25000rs. I belong to a middle class family please give me a particular solution for this.

              Reg: electricity bill not received from may 11th 2018 till date.

              Respected sir / madam,
              This is to bring in your kind notice that i have domestic meter at my above-mentioned address, but from may12th, 2018 till date, we haven’t received any electricity bill for this period, neither any person from department has visited there to generate the bill. I have checked pspcl website and no bill has been generated there too. The last bill received for the period march 14th, 2018 to may 11th 2018 for 273 units @rs 2170, which has been paid on time.

              We are paying the electricity bill on timely basis, but this time due to non-availability of bill, we hadn’t paid the bill and it will be a huge burden on us to pay the bill for such a long period.

              My electricity consumption detail is given below:

                I had made a net banking transaction of rupees 3670/-. But transaction got failed. But amount got deducted from my icici bank accout. Later i checked with bank, they said transaction is successful, please check with merchant.

                  In current bill last month's units used is show from unit (7878) to (9800) whereas last month's charges/bill was charged for (7878) to (8834) units.

                  I have highlighted all errors.
                  I pay last bill an amount of 18970/-rs. And now i received current bill an amount of 10120 /_ rs with included prov. Adj amount.in this bill not mention proper deduction. I am not satisfied. Kindly provide me all details of deduction of my last bill and current bill.

                    Dear team this is regarding Phase 5 Shahi Majra Mohali. There is power fluctuation issue in entire area. Issue- electricity come and gone after every 10 mins for 10 mints.
                    It's been 7 hours and there is no electricity in our village kundal comes in abohar region disit fazilka. No one is even bothered to answer calls . Kindly resolve the issue

                        We are resident of sham nagar, baltana, zirakpur. Main power supply line that are going on main chandigarh baltana opp sham nagar is going on at very low rise at 7 feet. It is very dangerous. Vehicle are very much prone to be touched.
                        These high power lines has been installed on wooden pillar/bali of eucalyptus tree. I request you to please check and take neccesary action.

                        We are resident of mubarakpur. When ever we pass through mubarakpur pandwala road in derabassi, garbage is scattered here and there.
                        It is apparently seen that no body is coming to clear the garbage and officials are not doing there duty. They have kept there eyes closed.
                        This is stain on swach bharat mission.
                        I request u to please clear the garbage as soon as possible and proper disposable system / garbage bin must be installed.

                        On main chandigarh baltana road opp tribune colony fence. High power supply line has been bounded on wooden log.
                        In the rainy season it get wet and it can fatal at any time.
                        Many high power line has been bounded with the wodden stick. Photo attached.
                        High power lines are very much loose and on low hight.in the morning many school buses pass through this road and these low height power lines can be fatal.
                        I request u to please look into the matter.

                            I have been applied the new connection metre as on 31-05-18 at new amritsar a663 but your department employee not respond properly. So i have been unnecessary charged the temporary metre charges from. Date of applied the permanent metre. Sir please help us for resolve this problem and also charge the domestic rate from date of apply of new connection. The receipt of permanent metre apply attached herewith. Sir please issue the permanent metre on my residence and remove the temporary metre

                                I am the resident of H.No. 1627, Sector-80 Mohali. My mobile number is [protected]. My electricity account number is [protected]. I have received by electricity bill for the period July August 2018. My electricity meter burnt on 24 August. I received the bill on 28 August. The meter reading was 686 at that time. They have sent me an average bill saying that the consumption is 1014 looking at the last year bill. Just for 4 days o[censored]sage they are imposing a penalty of 328 units in my bill. Moreover the meter burnt before completing a single bill and i have again deposited a security of Rs. 590. This has happened twice since last year. My major household electricity appliances got damaged last month because of the fault of electricity department. I request you the adjust the bill accordingly so that justice is there with me.

                                    2994+570+72+120=3756 has been extra demanded. I have always paid bill on time. This mistake by you has already done. Now again doing so. This is your mismanagement. You are embarrassing customer. My total cosumption os 591 and bill is received 8258. Why are you looking people. And bill should be monthly based. You do this after two months why???. We will go in construction court. Bill should be monthly. And our consumption will remain of 200- 300. And by circle rates bill become half. Pay all such balance with interest

                                        This is to bring your information that when my home metar shift to out side that now its around 2 month and 20 days sir during shifting mitar ur man pawer gave wrong connection to my line to other metar.
                                        My regular bill is not more than 4000 rupess.
                                        Last month wr payed 7000 now its 11400 after compalining on ur respected in mr je change the the connections from both metar with understandind with faulty
                                        Know they dont want to gave us fault money
                                        Plz solve my problem
