Hello, we residents of south division area of amritsar, colony name is sahibzada jujhar singh avenue gumtala link road, wants to complain about our locality lineman gurdial singh. At the time of emergency his number is switched off. He speaks very rude to the locality people. Whenever we call 1912 they provide us with his number. At night time his number is mostly off or unavailable. Reason he gives is that his duty is only till 9 at night. Then why at night we are provided with his number.. We want responsible lineman for this locality.

Kindly correct the name on bill, vide account no.[protected].
Correct name is Shri Naina Educational society, burra gujjar road, behind Shri Pirkhana, muktsar, the same is written in security deposit slip, as society is running a school and we have required correct address on bill for official use.

Dear sir/mam
I on behalf of my locality with to draw frequently breakdown of fuse issue in anaz mandi transform g n n college area doraha. The low voltage and frequently tripping transform fuse of electricity in this area has become almost twice in month. During the eight hour today cut, no one expect the supply of electricity. But the unannounced frequent breakdown of fuse electricity is simply nightmarish. During the day, there is no rest, no comfort, no protection from the sultry weather. Many times complaints have been lodged with your office but no permanent solution to this menace has been found. There is always some defect in wires or fuse in the transformer.in fact, all the wires or fuse as well as the transformer need to be replaced. Only then the proper supply of electricity can be restored to this locality.
I hope you would look into the matter at the earliest and redress our grievance.

I get excess bill every 2 months. After complaining still no solution yet. Last time on may month i paid 9880 nd this july it’s 15560rs. We are 2 people nd 3 yrs old kid in house nd our usage is normal still so much bill. I need perfect solution for this

My bill dated 21.05.2018 for account no. [protected], sub urban subdivision - f46kn60 was for rs.1560.00 for 81 units only. There was an unknown adjustment of rs.790.00 in the bill as all bills are regularly paid by me before due date. Moreover there are rs.230.00 charged as octroi / cow cess and rs.112.00 as ed+inf cess on sop rs.385/- which appears to be wrong/higher side.

You are therefore requested to look into it and credit the excess amount charged to my account at the earliest.

I'm Ajeet Singh living in plot no. 197, industrial area, phase 9, mohali, punjab 160062.
There is a sparking in the transformer from 1 day
also I'm complaint 2 times by telephonic and no any steps will be taken by the electricity department.

Please fix this problem as soon as possible

My electric bill for july 2018 has been billed for 2380 units previous reading 6365 current 8745 on 17th july but meter shows 6875 till date thus charged excess of rs 16000 appx bill is for 20269 an d due on 01st aug. Despite our rep visits on 25th & 27th jul we are yet to receive correct bill. I am out of country n shall be back in nov 2018.
Please help me to get the correct bill and avoid heavy penelity

It is showing successful at bank site but did not update at pspcl.in
Therefore, you are requested to do needful asap.

I just want to refund this amount from pspcl because i did another payment for the same amount and that is successful.

My electric bill no. [protected] dt 17/07/18 of rs. 5870/- for the period from 18/03/18 to 17/07/18. Which i have already paid.in this regard i draw your kind attention towards my previous
Bill no.10086e[protected] dated 13/05/18 of rs. 450/- in which my old meter readings is 19511 to 19762 and in my current bill meter reading is mentioned from 19511 to 20301. Both the bills are paid by me online.

You are requested to check both bills thoroughly and refund or adjust the difference amount in next bill under intimation to me.

Further, in last few months it was noticed that meter reader was not issuing the correct bill due to this reason, i will have face the aforesaid problems.

Kindly do the needful as early as possible.

My pspcl a/c no [protected] is charged Rs 6270 despite the property is locked and no past 6 months bill is above 1500 rupee. Old reading is mentioned but new reading is not mentioned in bill. Need urgent correction as consumption is not noted down.

My consumer account No. is [protected] in the name of KULWANT SINGH GILL for house no. 411 sector 71 MOHALI.
I get bills every alternate month and my last bill was to be issued in the last month of july 2018 payable by 6th of august 2018.
Since I did not get the bill 5th august, I contacted the office in MOHALI on 6th August 2018. The concerned person immediately gave me the bill worth 22, 560.00.
To my surprise I saw that last date of payment by cheque was shown as 6.8.2018 i.e. the same day. Again the bigger surprise was the reading entered in the bill. It was 110237 shown to have been taken on 22.07.2018.
Actual reading on my meter as on 06.08.2018 is 1070044. i.e. much below the bill reading even after 15 days.
This clearly shows that no reading was taken and the bill was prepared just sitting in office at the whims and fancies of the bill maker. When I made the payment through net banking, the receipt shows the payment as advance payment.
Please pull up your staff to take actual readings while preparing the bills and not by just sitting in the office. Bill copy is attached for your information

We are continuosly receiving excess bill pf average 35000 from past 6 months and our nearby other bank are receiving bill of approx 14000.in july it is rs 93070 there could not be so much difference in banks

It is very sad to write a complaint that i have paid the bill for 23/3/18 to 23/5/18 to the amount of rs 1930 in my present billing cycle again the readings are calculated from 23/3/18 till 22/7/18 to the total of rs 6050.
I would like to request you to please correct the amount and send me the corrected bill so that i should be able to make the payments on time

We people always pay bill online but due to till date bill is not showing online so we are under pressure how to do that if any fault from your side then extend last date. Take action to resolve this issue earlier.

I regret to inform you that my meter reader is not doing his duty honestly, we have consumed about 324 units but we are being charged only rupees 170. This was made possible by the meter reader himself and so we request to check the matter.

I would like to bring to your notice that there is man who is running his business under the name and style keshav electricals at adarsh nagar, naya gaon, district mohali, punjab (Near sharma hardware/gaurav electrical). The name of the owner of said shop is keshav and he is using domestic electricity meter for running his commercial business and moreover, he is selling the electricity to one namely sahil who is running a zymkhana near his shop at the basement of house no.1348/10 (Old house no.590). The said person keshav has his links with some official of electricity department. I request you to kindly send some of your staff person who is not known to the above-said person to get the surprise checking done in the shop as well as zym as early as possible to avoid electricity sale for commercial purpose. I am just informing you about using and selling electricity from domestic connection just be a responsible citizen. Hope you will take action at the earliest. Thanks

Bt from past months my bill is increasing with out any problem..
I was used to pay my bills near about 65-80 thousand bt this month by bill is near 2 lakhs..
Exactly my bill is 174653..
And there is no value o[censored]s in pspcl office they dnt listen us at all at focal point ludhiana..
And there is no head to take care of this disturbance..

We made complaint many a times regarding faulty inflated bills issued from he last one year are issued to us & the department of xen moga (Pspcl) filed the same without solving the problem. We have to visit the department every month for first rectifying then to deposit the bill otherwise we made the payment online.
Kindly take the necesarry steps under which circumstances our complaints were filed without satisfying us & without resolving the problem.

I have paid my last bill in april 2018, according to the bill, starting date was november 2017 till april 2018. I paid it on 20th april 2018, before due date.
Now the issue is that, i haven’t recieved any new bill as a hard copy, but receiving online bill of amount 13000rs approximately, which is again starting from november 2017. The payment i had done, is not updated yet. Due to which extra charges as a late charges are also getting added to my bill.

This is regarding the bill of ca no. [protected]. The consumption units are showing more than 50% rise from the previous bills resulting into around 30% rise in bill. The only change was inthe location of meter to outside where 4 meters placed together. This bill is showing so much increase in the consumption which is impossible as our consumption is too less. Please check your meter asap and fix it.

Paid my bill amounting 20252.42 (Bill no. I262118f[protected] issued on 25-6-18 on 9/7/18 with card ending 0631 with ref no[protected]. At that time amount was deducted from my bank but on 13/07/18 the payment was refunded so i had to pay more money 'cause of late submission today. I request refund of extra money charged on this account i. E. 411 rupees as nothing was wrong by my side. It is some sort of technical issue that is none of my fault. Account no. [protected]

From past few months we are continuously facing problem of power cuts due to short circuit & overloading.
Many a time fire broke up, also the wire webs are so dangerously installed, it may cause any mishappening. Please install new and reliable wires in our locality as soon as possible.
