Sir, i have more charges of electricity bill whether electricity use was less in our house. Please check my metre. My account no. X34DF760504M named by MOHINDER KAUR W/o MOHINDER SINGH and metre no. 504. Please check the metre thats a request. I think there was a problem in our metr. Because our neighbours bill was not so and there electrical consumption was too much.

I booked a complaint on pspcl's customer complant mob no [protected] for 3-phase supply at our BSNL's mobile tower near AB college, pathankot (Acc-G65gt650230k) vide docket no 275 dt[protected].till time even after more than 30 hrs, nobody has attended my complaint despite repeated calls to said mob no.kindly arrange to rectify the fault at the earliest.

Hi my name fateh singh. This month i recieved electricity bill through post loke every month. But this i cant find my bill on internet pspcl website says it is not uploaded yet.
And last meter reading was 9518 and this time reading is written (1065) which is not possible and they charged for 1547 units. They have printed it wrong on they bill and they charged for too much units. I am already in financial trouble i can't pay 13000 rupees it's too much for me. Please help me asap. And they haven't uploaded my bill on their site. Thanks

Sir I call the electricity office near about one hour and no one attending my phone.
I live in ludhiana, Jassian road Haibowal Klan, opposite Juhi enclave. There is no power near about two hours. Sir please do anything about this matter or please give me another phone number to call electricity office or give me the phone number of hed office patiala

Dear pspcl team,

We are very dissappointed from your services.
Transformer named - azad nagar kalgidhar gurudwara having low capacity, unable to cater the load. We are facing fuse problem after every 2 or 3 days.

Today same problem facing and no resolution provided from 14 hrs.
Transformer phase fused from more than 13 hrs, and the time to resolve this issue max. 5-10 mins.
But no one from pspcl team has been aligned for this.
We feel that we are living in village, and have to face unexpected electricity outage for 20-20 hrs.
Multiple times complaints requests has been raised from azad nagar area and lineman contact no. Given [protected] is not reacable (Very funny, person aligned for resolution not reachable from 8 hrs)

Very poor management, same conveyed to sultanwind region sdo, not able to do anything, they has excuse we have 400 complaints we can't help you.
After that again request raised at 1912, and division contacts provided by customer care: Not resolution provided

Whenever we raised request to 1912, and provided lineman contacts are not available most of the time, if available then they are very rude in behaviour, they dnt knw hot to deal with customer.
This is the pspcl management.
We are proud on this.

If possible kindly tell how to get complaints resolved as early as possible,
Kindly share the chain of commands.

Kindly take action against your line men in our area given below as we are facing long power cuts and they are not answering their calls and not do anything about the power cuts and very lazy in their working kindly take necessary actions asap otherwisw we are going to complain in consumer court.

There was electricity failure for the full night in our street and your attendant didn't pick any calls..firstly he attended two calls. But after that he put my phone in block list.. We were harassed for full night because of electricity failure in this hot weather.. We were out of water due to the electricity.. Please register our complaint against the employee with whom irresponsibility we have to suffer whole night

In my city electricity problems are to critical there is no one who takes immediate action about any problem related to power like feuse cut short circuit please do something it's too difficult to handle this type of negllectence our children are affected mentally with this type of ignorance they can not take rest at night it's a serious issue please solve this

I am a resident of near gurudwara & near well wear abohar are suffering from long power cuts the entire day and night hours from last few days & now also long time of power cut and you know that too muchh heating in weather
It is becoming very difficult for us all to sleep its too muchh for all o[censored]s.
I have heard there is some fault in the transformer which supply our area but the problem is not being rectified and we are not able to contact any personnel regarding this.
Kindly look into this matter on a priority basis and do the needful urgently.

We have been noticing from previous few months that we are receiving Excessive electricity bills which are too much more that what we actually Consume... I want my Electricity Meter to be checked and verified upfront of me and How much load is on my meter... Please let me know to proceed with the procedure... Or I will have to go to the Consumer Court as I am fedup of paying electricity bills which are out of my budget..

There is no supply since last night (07.07.18). complaint lodged at 06.51 AM (08.07.18) on phone no 1912 vide complaint no 11140982. They promised to resolve the issue with in 2-4 hours and advised me to line man on [protected] which i did many times. He promised to attend my complaint with in 20-25 minutes but he never turned up, I reminded again and again on complaint cell on 1912 but they did nothing and advised me to contact on [protected]. I contacted thrice on [protected], every time they told me that line man has been directed to resolve your complaint but nothing is happening. Please penalize the erring officials. Its now eight hours without power.

Dear SIr/Madam i am resident of kulffian wali gali backside Bdivision sultanwind road amritsar punjab my compliant is regarding misuse of electricity in our area some houses they don't have even meter even for last more than 2 years even they use AC after 4 pm they use bared points (kundi) to use eletricity we also spoke to our JE that these peoples use street light wire to fulfill their need no response from your department we pay bills on time after 4 pm we face light issue whenever your department persons come they collect some money after some hours again they use same points for misuse of eclecticity please look at your end and sorr this asap thanks
