Every month wrong and inflated electricity bills are issued at royal estate 2 Peermachala. Huge amount is charged in name of 'Arrear of current financial year ' whereas earlier bills are already paid.Is there anyone who can see plight of common man.Rs 3200 has been charged this month.Is there a software issue or something else.Complete system is not transparent and corript.please advise what is to be done.Same case is with many other residents

Find the attached both are bill one of generate by Bill collector officer and 2nd by paid online site

I just want to know why both are different bill are generated by your personnel

It is to inform you that the time of 9PM is the most common time when your firm levies long electricity cuts .
Which create a lot of problems to the people as some don't have backup battery systems .
This is terrible and cannot be neglected at any cost.
Please take some action regarding this .
Moreover during this time the customer care service numbers stay disconnected so no one can make complaints regarding this.

Every month i am getting electricity bill of Rs.[protected] even i dont have that much electricity consumption at my home. And it is not easy to pay that much bill every month. I am resident of 33/5 ; ekta marg guru gobind singh nagar new shimlapuri ludhiana sir in my locality all electricity meters connection is hanged on outside But only one house in my neighborhood connection is in house and owner of this house is a leady name sunita . In that house so many paying guest are residing she use kundi system in heR house continusly sir some time she attach wrong connections due to this our electrical appliances damaged. Sir please take quick aCtion against this crime ..

As i belongs to middle class family, it is very difficult to buy things again and again which got short circuit due to mistake of electricity board. It happens before also but we ignored as it happend ocassionaly but this time from last month it started and still this tjing is happening.
First time our chargers, adaptors and led and 2 fan got damaged.
Second time after 4 days only it clrosses every extent our invertor, filter, fans, lights everything got damaged and it was severe short circuit by gods grace only things didnt catch fire. It was huge lose for us.
Then it happened again but everything got saved as we put voltmeter that time.
But again today sonething happened and our invertor got damage again and some wires outside of house although voltmeter was their.
Everything is starting from our trabsformer, people are coming fron electricity board do their work but this thing is happening again and again.
Its my request my father is working too hard to make everything but it took seconds to spoil everything.
I shall be very thankful to you.

We are very dissappointed from your services.
Transformer named - Village jalal, selmma patti, near gurudwara having low capacity, unable to cater the load. We are facing fuse problem after every 2 or 3 days.

Today some problem facing and no resolution provided from 20 hrs.
Transformer phase fused from more than 20 hrs, and the time to resolve this issue max. 5-10 mins.
But no one from pspcl team has been aligned for this.
We feel that we are living in village, and have to face unexpected electricity outage for 20-20 hrs.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am billed under Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] vide bill no. Z74GT742224N.

I would like to bring to your notice that I had paid my bill amount of Rs. 11320 for the bill dated 01/06/2018 on 10/6/2018, due date for which was 11/06/2018 and I even received a text message on my phone once the paymenr was made which has been attached herewith.

However when the next month's bill dated 27/06/2018 came in, it had carried forward the previous month's expenditure as well, which was paid well before the due date.

I have figured this point of difference by comparing the units used which were 1237 in the previous bill dated 01/06/018 and 398 in the current bill dated 27/06/2018, photos have been attached herewith to depict the same.

Kindly look into this matter and deduct the extra expenses.

Transformer phase fused from more than 13 hrs, and the time to resolve this issue max. 5-10 mins.
But no one from pspcl team has been aligned for this.

Multiple times complaints requests has been raised from azad nagar area and lineman contact no. Given [protected] is not reacable (Very funny, person aligned for resolution not reachable from 8 hrs)

Very poor management, same conveyed to sultanwind region sdo [protected], not able to do anything, they has excuse we have 400 complaints we can't help you.
After that again request raised at 1912, and division contacts provided by customer care: [protected], [protected]
Both contacts not responding after doing multiple calls over 4, 5 hrs.

Whenever we raised request to 1912, and provided lineman contacts are not available most of the time, if available then they are very rude in behaviour, they dnt knw hot to deal with customer.
This is the pspcl management.
We proud on this.

If possible kindly tell how to get complaints resolved as early as possible,
Kindly share the chain of commands.

Transformer named on gurcharan singh, v. P. O - seh, circle-khanna is badly overloaded. Many of the farmers have put in big power submersible s without increasing the actual load. From 20june 2018 our tubewells have worked for 8hours only 2-3days. So it is becoming very harder to grow paddy this year. So i request to take a possible action on this. Plz check the loads of all the tubewells so that actual load can be checked.

Sir/madam,
I am a resident of house no 161, phase-1, urban estate, dugri road, ludhiana, the transformer which supplies the electricity to my house is of 200 kv which caters lot of houses & can't bear the load, due to which we have to face lot of cuts, even 3-4 cuts on day today basis, pl replace with a transformer with higher capacity.

Dear sir,

It is very sad to inform you that we are facing low voltage problems from the last month. Even fan is not working properly this much voltage. All equipment’s are on risk of damage. Mostly people using big stabilisers for their home. But i believe that is wrong ethically. I still hoping and believe in pspcl department and they definitely will do something for this.

I think proper voltage is the right of every one in this country. I hope you are understanding our worse condition in this hot season without proper voltage.
Please look after this matter

I really want to know that why we are getting non-continuous power supply.? Where that portion of power is being used.?
Have you appointed someone to switch it off on regular basis?
Why this problem of non-continuous power supply persists in punjab but not in any other state.?
I really need answers. Quick responses will be highly appreciated...

Myself bhoora singh residence of village bhasaur, district sangrur, my electricity bill account no. Is l82bh370294w, i want to complaint you regarding extra charges applied in my electricity bill, however there is less usage in my home as charges applied were too much high. Moreover the bill print was also unclear. Kindly check what is wrong with this.

My account no. Is [protected], today i received my electricity bill amount to 26730 in which 17680 are stated as sundry charges out of nowhere, whereas i have always cleared my past dues on time and average charges also as in case of meter change sometime ago.
So, its a request to kindly check this error and revert back with the exact amount i have to deposit.
I am not liable to pay such a huge amount out of anything. I[censored]nresolved...

Sir i wnt to knw you that in our locality frm last night electricity was cut out due to the reason of burning of transformer. Dear all,

Electricity cuts are most common and low voltage is persistent. Due to this condition ac and other appliances are not even working properly. 170v has been observed which makes things worse. Please get it resolved soon. We are facing this issue from last month. It is humble request to serve people. It increases rate of risk to get appliances damage due to operating at low voltage
