Dear sir/madam,

I am resident of guru nanak colony, daffarpur, punjab. I am facing elecricity power cut problem from 31 may 2018 till today 2 jun 2018. Due to this long hours power cut there is difficult to survive with children in hot summer season.
I hope you can understand our problem. So kindly look at this matter on high priority and restored the electricity as soon as possible.

I have received a bill 15 days ago but its not updated on online on PSPCL site, im trying to pay my bill but its not available on Official site billpayments.pspcl.in & tomorrow is its due date.So please put an action to resolve the problem so it will not happen any more in future.I would be thankful for this.

My account no is z74gt745178p.in my june 2018 electricity bill extra charges added arrears curr. Fin. Yr. 3006 rs. But there is no delays or dues from my side. All the payments were. Done before time through online transactions. I have receipt for all years which can be easily provided if asked for. You can check from my account also.

The power is cut out about 10:30 pm now its 2 am just about why power is shutdown. For just 2 min wind the power is shutdown by them there is any problem.

There was some mistake at your end while taking reading
Please rectify it and send the revised bill. I am getting reminders from pspcl to pay the bill. However i am waiting for complaint resolution.
Kindly resolve my issue at the earliest and issue me revised bill with correct readings.

But they didn't provide complain no. And we also call to line man on [protected]. He gives us only lolypop. Now he is not picking phone. From this problem 10 houses are suffering. The customer care of pseb never picks up the call. Seems like they intentionally put the receiver down. I have been tryin to connect the call since last 2 hours. Kindly gear up your services. Pseb department seems to pay less attention in hearing the calls. The customers only need a passive answer to the cause of the electricity cut. For such a long time, continously it is not possible to not attend calls

However electric meter has not been fixed by pspcl, kharar inspite of my repeated requests. Everytime i approach their office they say meter has been released and shall be fixed in a day or two. However nothing has been done till date

Continuous electric cut taking place in our place. Atleast 2 cut in a day take place and tome of one of them is 10pm-4pm. People of our place is not able to sleep from last 2 day. This is duty of electricity board to reduce the number of electricity cuts atleast at night. We also contact to customer care number but they told us that transformer are small to provide proper electricity. I am requesting you to seek redressal to my grievances

Fuse is broken from night. Complaint was registered at 6am. Nobody picked phone even call center was rude in registering complaint. By 845am nobody was there to redress complaint. Even lineman was not picking phone. Complaints no is 10394339

Dear concern,
This is to inform you that pspcl is lacking in consumer sanctification.
Last night there was no power supply in half of our area. When we registered a complain against it, they said we do not have any employees to work after 10 p. M. They said, " government is not recruiting new employees.
What kind of reply id this?
We have to arrange our own local electrician to fix this problem. And you are well aware that this is not our duty.
Pspcl must take some strict action against it.

I hope this kind of problem will not be faced by us or anyone again in future.

Vill. Ramgarh bhudda, near zirakpur, this is the second time when power supply is gone due to wire break may be due to high consumption of load.
My first concern is "no electricity department person has checked load taken vs consumption in each house of this village which is leading to the cause"
Second we are suffering due to those people who are deviating from the govt. Policies just to save a little money
This is not acceptable to me
I hope someone from your department will visit and get to know the reality on ground and give the best solution.
