Hi, i am gaurav kant my mobile no is [protected] having complaint about power cut. We are suffering from mid night to till the time. I have given complaint on [protected]. But they didn't provide complain no. And we also call to line man on [protected]. He gives us only lolypop. Now he is not picking phone. From this problem 10 houses are suffering. Please take action asap...

On may 29, i made a payment of rs. 3940 online for pspcl bill. The amount was deducted from my icici bank account but pspcl website still showing bill pending. It was paid through billdesk online through pspcl website. No receipt was generated.

The customer care of pseb never picks up the call. Seems like they intentionally put the receiver down. I have been tryin to connect the call since last 2 hours. Kindly gear up your services. Pseb department seems to pay less attention in hearing the calls. The customers only need a passive answer to the cause of the electricity cut. For such a long time, continously it is not possible to not attend calls...

I observed since last few days that our home's electric meter is running slow, we complaining many times by various method about the same in last 20 days but there's any no action taken.

I have received my current bill for Rs. 4980/- which includes Sundry Charges of Rs. 1907/-. My all previous bills have been paid and nothing is over due. Our locality is facing a huge electricity failure from the past twelve hours. Light is coming and going after every 10 to 15 minutes. Huge voltage disturbance is there, none of the electrical appliances are working. Even the ceiling fans are not working.

Continuous electric cut taking place in our place. Atleast 2 cut in a day take place and tome of one of them is 10pm-4pm. People of our place is not able to sleep from last 2 day. This is to inform you that pspcl is lacking in consumer sanctification.
Last night there was no power supply in half of our area. When we registered a complain against it, they said we do not have any employees to work after 10 p. M. They said, " government is not recruiting new employees.

Daily power cut in swastik vihar for about 10-12 hrs/day. We are in deep trouble. Small kids can't see them crying daily for adjusting with no electricity. What future i am giving to them. I guess this is the worst decision i ever made shifting to zirakpur. It's just a modern village. Not more than that. Shame on the governments and the local authorities who never understand how much comon man suffers....
