Hi there,
We are not getting eletricity from last 2 days and we called at local office and they did not respond well just giving us excuses and no one come yet to check or repair it. Please help us to fix our house electricity problem. Our local electricity workers are not helping us. We are out of water just because of your useless workers. So its request to tell them to come our house and fix this problem.

    Daily power cut in swastik vihar for about 10-12 hrs/day. We are in deep trouble. Small kids can't see them crying daily for adjusting with no electricity. What future i am giving to them. I guess this is the worst decision i ever made shifting to zirakpur. It's just a modern village. Not more than that. Shame on the governments and the local authorities who never understand how much comon man suffers.

      My accont no. Is [protected] in the name of neelam jain. House no. 220 a tllak nagar amritsar. We have gon abroad on 6 5 2017 t0 30 1 2018.. We switch off our main switch to avoid any mishappenings. But four bills have been charged on average basis considering the meter defective. After that new meter was installed and bill in between the period as stated above was nil as far as consumption is concerned. It is requested that due to switch off main switch during our stay out side the country. It is thus intimated that average basis bill is due to no reading was advanced in meter as detailed above. Keeeping in view the above facts i request your goodself to adjust the amount charged on average basis as i have made full payment of the pending bill l shall be very thankful to your goodself

        This is gagandeep singh pspcl acc no. [protected] taken connection of 3 phase more than 1 and half year back but it is strange when i got to know that my connection is not started in your systems as i m gettng bill on average readings

        Earlier also i submitted same complaint at pspcl, barnala but it was confirmed to me that same is registered and resolved but still problem is the same

        Pleaae resolve my problem

          I am a resident in vip road zirakpur, we are suffering from frequent unnecessary electricity cuts. There is nobody answerable in costumer care and provide poor constumer services. Kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible otherwise i have to take hard step.
          This is a frequent practice and there is no body to answer this. All customer support numbers mentioned online are fake and there is no one to respond. Every one who is answering are saying they are not from relevent office. We cannot sleep with our children from last month. These are the promesis that govt made.

          Please look into the matter asap.

          If not please treat this as final warning

            Model town area, jalandhar: no current for the past 2 hours today (22/05/18 time: 17:47).
            Everyday there are unannounced cuts, daily and without fail.
            Are we, the most capable state of punjab so incompetent and incapable. What a shame?

            How can we prosper where there is no power for several hours everyday?

            And all the diesel being burnt causing carbon footprint for generating electricity, who is responsible for that?

            Shame on you. Shame on all o[censored]s. Remember powerful people (Ironic): with great power (Again ironic in your case) comes great responsibility. You may remember that or not but do remember this: karma is more powerful and serves without ordering.

            In Mohali, Punjab, there are frequent power cuts leaving us high and dry. We are paying honestly for every unit that we consume. It is sheer inconvenience that they are causing every day.

              Today, i am writing this email to inform you that the staff and representatives are sitting in the pspcl customer care no. (1912) are not serious with their designation as we have called them so many times from last night to till morning even then they have not mark our complaint. When we guys are saying please provide us complaint no. Then they mark our complaint. But still no one take the ownership to resolve the complaint and when we again called them then they said we have short of employees who are working for the same job. Please try to understand the problem of common man without electricity and please recruit good kind of persons for the customer care office and even complaint office who are even serious for their job and give us proper reply against our problem. Kindly take this as our serious concern for electricity and help us to resolve the same. Now, we gave call on number ([protected]) who told us that they are not aware regarding the how much time they need to resolve our problem and even have no proper staff as well. Kindly help us to resolve problem as we are facing the same from last night 11'o clock to till morning.

                Huge amount have been charged on account of arrears of current financial year, arrears of previous financial year, sundry charges without giving any details along with the bills. My previous month bill was in minus and the one issued in the month of may, 2018 is to the tune of rs 27160=00 paid on dated[protected] vide receipt no[protected]. I need my account, checked up to date and furnish details of all the arrears charged and recovered & let me know where is my advance bill paid has disappeared from my account with out giving any information on the subject. When all the bills are regularly being deposited then why the previous year arrears being charged with out giving any details. This information must be given to me within 10 days else i will go to the consumer court and effect recovery, which has been chrged to me with out giving any details

                  dead meter make excess average bill

                  Our electricity meter was dead. We already submit the complaint on 26 march 2018 to sdo sir, they said that we will make it correct with in 1-2 days but sir today is 21/05/2018 approximately two month. They make average bill on behalf of dead meter which is to high amount, i am not able to pay such a big amount kindly take the action as earlier as you can.

                  My self vinod kumar resident of b-iii /112 pakho wala bagh sahoria street barwala 148101. I want to keep your attention on the loose joints of wires bundles on our front wall of our house. These loose joints can be a big reason for an accident of short circuit and misshapening.
                  You are requested to remove these joints and arrange to put a new cable against the same.

                  Your prompt action will be highly appreciated.

                    Hi my every electricity bill has something called sundry charges, additional mmc, infra cess.i dont know what these charges i am paying for. i have asked to pspcl guys on 1912 phone number and they didn't explain anything they have cut my call after listening to my question.                       PSPCL adding amount in the Adjustment column in the Bills. When asked to them they were not able to answer. Just replied that according to the circular that they had from the department System is adding adjustment basis on some creteria. Even officials are not able to give concrete answer why bills are increasing by adding adjustment amount. It is a burden over consumer.

                      For me it happens two times. Rs.1105 has been added two times in previous two bills. When I logged a request on PSPCL portal, they just closed the request by marking a comment to meet "XXX" person.

                      As per me the request should not be closed unless/untill it is resolved. This is not the resolution. I again log the request given the previous request reference and again it is closed by the official.

                      So, in this case what is the purpose of online request if I have to go to the department and meet "XXX" person for the resolution. And officials are not aware of the request resolution process.

                          Tarsem colony, churpur road, haibowal kalan, ludhiana 141001. Punjab. This house metter has been disconnected by pspcl, but they are still using electricity by kundi. This unacceptable firstly they not paid for electricity and after disconnecting they are using illegal way.
                          Please check and take legal action against them so nobody try to do this. If board doesn't take action against these people's, then this is the easy way for everyone. Not paid and then use kundi

                            Yesterday my electricity was found damaged please get the meter checked and it is that needful be done it seems that some one has tried to damage the meter j d madan 82c/2 new green model town jalandhar-144003 mob [protected]. Yesterday lodged. A complaint no 10321759 but no body has come to check the meter and to do what is required to set the damaged meter so is again requested to do the needful

                                    I m sorry to inform you that last night was horrible due to carelessness of your department. I called at 10 30 pm on this no 1912. They helped me with the ticket no 10296230 and assured that your complaint will be acknowledged within 2 to 4 hours. It was a sigh of relief though customer executive gave me the contact no of the lineman whom was supposed to come. On trying that number it was switched off. I called 4 5 times to executive's after the incident happened. They had no answer for me when i asked the current status. I would request you if you can not carry on with this service then do not advertise this to make fool of people's out there.in the morning i have to remind this guy that we have no power since last night. He asked for another half n hour. I hope this complaint will change the system a little.

                                    I paid bill regarding A/C No. [protected] through PAYTM and it was paid successfully or Rs.120 only but the receipt doesn't show . Please provide it as soon as possible.
