Im currently residing in kharar from last few months and there are regular power cuts in kharar sunny enclave due to which we have to face many problems and we can't sleep as well. Kindly resolve our issue because I'm speaking on the behalf of every person residing kharar because we all are fed up and exhausted due to this....

Electricity Theft Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to bring to your notice that there is some theft of electricity has been noticed in Gali no 2/588 or other 5 to 6 houses on this Gali no 2 Gurnam nagar mandir wala bazar sultanwind road Amritsar Punjab 143001 . he is misusing the domestic electricity. They are using lot of electricity appliances including air conditioners, in-spite of this, their meter reading always noted very less and very less electricity bill amount.This is happening in their houses since 3-4 years. That my house electricity very faluctuating before 2 months and my home appliances also damaged for electricity faluctuation.I have doubt that with the help of a local electrician they have fixed some kind of main electricity wire cut sone sides or attached personal wires outside their home which they are using to non stop domestic electricity meter . I request you to kindly send some of your lineman or your staff person to get the surprise checking done in their home as early as possible to avoid more electricity theft. I am just informing you about this theft just be a responsible citizen.Hope you will take action at the earliest. Thanks

Please find enclosed herewith a copy of written complaint addressed to the pspcl authorities regarding failure on the part of online facility at '1912'. My grievance is pending for more than 2-1/2 years and even after 25 complaints filed by me. Matter has been brought to the notice of pspcl authorities vide letter dated 3.6.2022 but in vain. Please get my grievance resolved at the very earliest.

I am residing at Vrindavan Garden Colony Fatehgarh Churian Road Amritsar. I am facing voltage fluctuations from last fifteen days every night due to which my electrical appliances are getting damaged. There is too much voltage fluctuations due to which we are unable to sleep in the night because airconditioner and fans etc are not working properly. It's so hot these days and the temperature is also very high and it is very uncomfortable for every body. Senior citizens who have to take various medicines due to their health issues are also in pain. We have been complaining about this daily on 1912 and getting the complaint registered but still it remains the same. Nobody comes to check and resolve the problem. This is my humble request to the authorities to please look into the matter and help us.

I am resident of an area Baltana nearby Zirakpur. Here we are facing an issue of Electricity cuts for just small area. Light is not available after 10 at night. This issue is not just for a single day we face this everyday. The complaint number given in the website is not working it always show number is busy and lineman is nit available for 6 hours. We really feel frustrated. Please resolve this issue and please give correct no in website so we contact concern person easily.

This is Arshjot Singh residing at Peershah Road, O/S Gate Hakima, Amritsar.
There is a transformer in front of my working place which is placed at the same spot from the last 35 years. Its the only source of power for my factory.
But the guy who has been living in the house just next to the transformer has got some intentional problem and trying to shift it to some other place for his own sake.
He is willing to capture the public land and cover it in his own property for parking purposes. He has got all the stuff required for shifting and maybe bribed the local pspcl workers as well for the job. Two of the houses have already filed complaints and I am the third one doing the same.
I request the concerned authorities to take some strict action against as the whole locality is against this.

On 13 may i had applied for death certificate and completion date of death certificate is 27 may still the death certificate is pending with department. I didn't aspect this service from the pspcl janta nagar ludhiana sewa kendra. Please complete and upload my document as soon as possible. (Application no.[protected]

I wanted to change the name on metre as well as upgrade the load, i collected all the documents and submitted them in the office, they returned me and said that their sir is not their in the morning, this happened two times, kindly help me resolve my case !

My Self Sikander Lal S/O Madan Lal from Jalandhar Punjab.I Have a shop located on cantt rad garha jalandhar.I had closed my shop for a few years. Seeing the shop closed, the people of your department put four poles in front of it and put two transformers in it. The department did not inform me before installing the transformers.I have two sons and both are unemployed. I want to open the shop here again, but because of the installation of transformers, no one even comes near the shop. Your department has done a lot of illegitimate work with us. This shop is the only source of our income.Due to the fact that the shop is located in front of them, people feel very afraid to come near them. During the rainy days, a lot of water gets accumulated near the transformers which can be very dangerous because the children close to it due to the closure of the shop comes to play. I request you to remove them from the front of the shop and put them in another safe place.I request you not to be unfair to me. I hope you will solve my problem soon.
