I, dewakar shahi s/o indu bhushan shahi r/o h.No;160, thekedar gurnam singh street, mohalla-pandusar, nabha kindly state that i received a bogus electric bill of my a/c no.[protected] on my [protected]@gmail.Com on 9th april, 2018 worth rs.9860/-having consumption of 1177 units without reading. On[protected] meter reader came, took reading but my bill neither shown nor handed over to me. On being asked he replied to give me bill next day. But till today i have not received my bill.Today on 23/04/2018 i noticed the reading in my meter as 7498 while in my online bill it is shown as 8374.Today the reading is 7498, then how can it be 8374 on 09/04/2018 i.E.14 days before. Photocopies of mail, mailed bill and meter showing today's reading are attached.You are requested to take action for such negligence and provide me the accurate bill. Thanking you.

From last 15 hrs we are not having light at home and the more painful is and most painful is that from last 6-7 hrs we are complaining at 1912/[protected]/and many other numbers but no one is answerable. They are behaving very rudely even

I have proper recordings of customer care.. The concerned employees of ppscl but what i have to do with them?

We are being asked to wait but for how much long?

It seems we are living in hell.in these months of summer, we knlw electricity is needed very much but we are not getting electricity supply from 11 am to 7 pm from last 10 - 15 days. How can one live.?? Our nearby power grids (Power grid malerkotla) are supplying power 24 hours but power grid, kup kalan does not. Please do something its enough. We cannot bear this anymore

Updated by Singh_11 Complaint is about Power Grid, Kup Kalan (District Sangrur) We are not getting whole day electricity supply from last 15 days.. There is no electricity from 11 am to 8 pm.. Why.? Even wheat harvest season is over. Please do something for us please its a request..

Sir, my electricity connection in near goindwal bypass tarn taran. Sir, where the power cable is so low that a big accident can occur. Lots of school buses and many people through in street & many children play on where. When a big accident happens when we head, we bash ourselves down. Its regarding the tranform located at budhuwal under dhilawn division. Which was under warranty andstaff taken it 17 days ago n not got replaced till date every day they say its already in transit. My grand father age 87 stay alone so cant go there again and again. Already they said it replaced than why its no t reaching to us alredy we bear a loss of cattle grass and our vegetable got damage wirh out water and our cattle got sick with polluted grass already we bear a loss around 10000 to 20000 still count not stopped so please help us regarding the same

I sonu kumar jaiswal am a consumer of pspcl (Punjab state power corporation limited) having a/c no. [protected].
In the elect bill dt[protected] meter reading appeared as old 5047 new 38338 consumption 33291. The new reading is totaling wrong because my connection is domestic. This type of mistake has already been happened earlier by pspcl. Copy of current bill and previous bills are enclosed for your ready reference.

So we request your goodself kindly correct the new reading as actual and amend the bill accordingly enabling us to pay.

# 650 of shiva enclave, zirakpur, near dhillon farm, bhabat is involved in electricity theft by using kundi connection from last 1 month. Electricity deptt. Had cut their connection last month and from that day onward the owner of the house (Pawan) using kundi connection and using all electronics devices (Ac, fridge, fans & lights). Please take strict action against this person. If everyone is following same path and start using kundi connection then how electricity deptt will work and how goverment get funds. Please look into the matter.

Please go to house no. 48-c or 49-c friends enclave zirakpur, near motia city best prize they are using kundi he is running a pg joh allowed bhi nhi h vaha, roj raat ko voh kundi lagata h pg m bill bachane ke lie jaye or usse pakde or challan kate uska address smjh na aye toh mujhe contact kare pichle 2 saal se voh chori kar raha hain chori ko roke or usse range hatho pakadne ke lie raat ko 9 baje k baad jaye or.. Apne samne hi pakad le varna agar nhi ja sakte toh voh chori karta hi rahega

I'm very disappoint with PSPCL' s blunder. Now I want the Money back that i have paid extra to PSPCL Waiting for justice.

मेरा बिजली का कनेक्शन जिसका खाता नंबर [protected] और यह पवन कुमार s/o sh. जोगिन्दर पल, सरहिंद में है मेरा feburary 2018 में rupay 533/- और april 2018 के बिल में भी 533/- रूपए adjustment के नाम से डाले हुए थे जब में यह बिल sdo office sirhind ऑफिस में दिखाने गया तो वह के स्टाफ ने कहा की हमें इसके बारे में कुछ नहीं पता है यह तो हेड ऑफिस पटिआला से ही लग के आये है इसमें हम कुछ नहीं कर सकते मैंने वहां के स्टाफ से ये भी कहा के बोर्ड के रेगुलेटरी एक्ट में यह भी लिखा हुआ है के अगर बोर्ड ने adjustment के नाम से कोई खर्चा बसूलना भी है तो बोर्ड इस खर्चे का बिल अलग से issue करेगा न के रेगुलर बिल में add करेगा
मेरी आपसे यही निवेदन है की मेरे दो बिलों में रूपए 533/-, 533/- adjustment के नाम से जोड़े हुए है उसे wave off किये जाये

My domestic account number n21hc 510107a of village gulpur balachaur no1 under garhshankar div. One vehicle at night time, broke service wire, to my home, around 42 days back. Concerned official and officers all know this. I don't think, i live in punjab in 21th century.

Dear sir or madam,
Actually, this is a general request not a complaint. I am writing in the concern of power line changes, which your department is doing today in street no. 12b, dashmesh nagar, dagana road, hoshairpur-146001.
Our house is in corner of two streets and one poll is at corner of our main gate. Main supply lines are going just close to roof grills. As now they are changing these wires. You are humbly requested to put angles to keep these power supply wires away from roof grills.
Grills are made of iron and it is dangerous if touch with supply wires. Family members and children always visit to roof and holds these grills, which could be dangerous at any bad time. Please look into the matter on urgent basis as work is currently going on.

A roll of cable has been kept on our homes terrace by electricity board people while repairing transformer from past one year. This cable is coming out of transformer directly. Especially in rainy season wates chokes on the terrace. There is always a threat of current in such situation. So please make proper arrangements for the cable. Thanks.

My customer account number [protected] with name of hajit kaur at pawan nagar amritsar, previous bill feb 2018 generate 3000 rs of only 44 units consumption, now bill apr-2018 generate 1110 rs of only 59 unit so its to much amount according to consumption, so please respected sir/madam solve that problem very soon if possible

Updated by Sharma SP I am Sat Pal Sharma resident if House No 9876Street No 8 Joshi Nagar Hai botal Ludhiana. Due to heavy thunderstorms and rain on Wednesday 11.4.18 morning there is no electricity in my house. All other neighborhood have full load power. We made at least 20 odd complaints to your complain office as well as to the senior officials. Every time there is reply that the complaint shall be attended shortly and the fault shall be rectified.
But sorry to say that even after the lapse of 14 hours of the first complaint, no person has attended to the complaint.

Does it mean that the pspcl is not charging me any bill or there is pick and choose policy or there is shortage of staff.
You are once again requested to rectify the defect and do not charge rent for the days the defect is not rectified.

I have problem in my bill calculation. I explain below:
My last bill consumption was 232 units and bill amount was 2200rs.
Current consumption is 151 units and bill amount is 2180.
In both bills, unit difference is 232-151= 81 and amount difference[protected]= 20rs.
It means 81 units stands for only 20 rs.

Can you please solve or explain it.
I have attached my both bill's photographs.
