Dear sir/mam

I am from faridkot and own a shop in main bazar.
Power in different parts of the city are cut on alternate days, for changing wires.
Due to this business suffers a lot.

Although i agree that changing lines is necessary, but i am of the view that
Timing of power cut can be changed.
E. G power is cut from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm which are the main hours from business point of view.
Instead of this time, 7.00 am to 12.00 noon may be chosen.
Pl. Do the needful.

Hiii i m getting excess bill every 2 months. this time i was not at home for about 18 days still i have been charged with 3400rs in my bill. My electricity consumption is not that much. Only 2 person stay at home still this much amount of bill. my consumer no is g65pn653195x

    Hello my name is surendra kumar. I'm living in moga city tomorrow at full day, electrical contractors added newton's wires incorrectly, due to which electricity is increasing and decreasing in the entire street due to which the entire house power has been damaged, such as the fan fridge refrigerator and besides this there is a lot of loss of things i have also complaint about that power loss to the sdo his no.[protected]

      Respected sir,
      This is in reference to the account no:n36rk160772y on the name of manju kaushal vpo rurka kalan, jalandhar.
      There are only 2 members residing in our home from the 10 years but the amount of electricity bill we are getting from the past 2 years is way too high. (Both members working and used to come back home in the evening). There are total 2 rooms which are currently in use (No air conditioner). But the units we are getting in the form of bill is not justified. Now the upper limit of paying this unnecessary amount has been over. Since we like fools had already paid very big amount which is totally not justified. If nobody stays at home for the whole day and only comes at night, how does it make sense to get this much bill??? I. E. Rs2000/- to rs3000/- in continuity.
      It will be highly appreciable if i will be getting positive response from your end. Because this time, from the past 4 months i am the only one working and living in our home and responsible for paying the bill. (Still the recent amount of bill was also high).
      Moreover, i don't stay much at home.
      Kindly change the meter which is linked with our account number as soon as possible. Because everyone used to say me to write an application in punjabi rather than submitting an online complaint.

      Hope to see some quick action from your end and this will be resolved very much earlier than i am expecting.

        Dear sir,
        Please be informed that on 18th march 2018, my electric meter, located at under given address, got malfunctioned and electricity got disconnected and there is no display on the same. Immediately on the same day i called up number [[protected]] at around 4:00 pm but i found no response from the other end. No one pick my call.
        Again i tried to call the same number [[protected]] on next day around 10:00 am but i again found no response from the other end.
        Finally on 20th march 2018 i got success in getting connected with and then i lodged my complaint for my faulty electric meter and the person from other end advised me to call on the number which they will send through message on my mobile number [protected]. As per saying they do sent me message and herein they gave me my complaint no.: 9872741 and there was mobile no.[protected] of the staff who was supposed to be mechanic to rectify my complaint. As per the guidelines given to me, i do call the number mentioned there in the message. The called person picked my call and confirmed my address and asked me that he will come after 1 or 1.5 hour as he is presently busy. I accepted his words but that person didn’t turn up as per his promise.
        Now in the evening a new another person called me and asked me to confirm address and now after this call two persons on motorcycle visited our address and after seen the meter advised us to take photo of this meter and meet with sdo to get it corrected / replaced.
        Sir, as per advise given to us, here i am submitting my complaint letter along with photo of faulty electric meter and copy of latest paid up bill to you for your kind consideration and extend your helping hand to us to let come out of dark days.

                    In this month i received the bill from units 4171 to 4800 units of 120 day. On march 17.
                    Last bill i received and paid of 2610/- from november to january cycle. That bi l l was from unit 4171 to 4517..
                    Thid time bill should be from 4517 to 4800.
                    Now i got the bill of 120 days (4 months) inplace of 60 days.
                    Please generate my bill from 4517 to 4800 units (283 units) in place of 629 units
                    Because i have already been paid of 346 units in last bill.

                    I have tried so many times to complaint for no power supply from last night on 1912 but every time connected to Haryana vidhut Nigam but no contact to PSPCL. Total failure. Pls update any new emergency number otherwise no use of providing such fake nude number s.

                      We have applied for a new connection two months ago by depositing the requisite fee and all the necessary documents, for our newly built house at - shiv nagar, near swami bagh, jalandhar this place fell under your adarsh nagar sub office.

                      For this account no has also been allotted viz. [protected].

                      But despite of our repeated reminders and visit to your sub office, the meter and connection has not been installed till date, for the reasons best known to them.

                      Furthermore, we also understands from your said sub-office that meter for this connection has arrived but the concerned officials are not ready to install it.

                      In view of the above this is to request you to please look into this matter urgently, and get the connection installed, without any further delay so that we are not deprived of our basic needs.

                        sundry charges in electricity bill

                        I have received my current bill for Rs. 14700/- which includes Sundry Charges of Rs. 11897/-. My all previous bills have been paid and nothing is over due. I am failed to understand what are these charges for. Sir, i am unable to pay this much bill as i belongs to a lower caste family. Please look into this matter and send me the correct bill.

                        Punjab state power corporation ltd has instsalled electric wires on a telephone piller near our housse gate. These are very risky. Children often play nearby and touch this piller. Moreover in coming rainy season it will be more risky. Please remove these wires. We have asked there workers to remove these but they paid no heed to our requests. Thanks

                            From november to january which was the bill it is paid.
                            Why. The bill again for two months included in this bill
                            The tariff also increasd due to 4 months consumption.

                              I have paid last month bill for 3/11/2007 to 1/1/18. Bill number is 11550947. But in the current bill, the adjustment section is showing 1065 rs adjustment for the last bill. Current usage is 206 unit and the bill is 2390 which seems to be wrong as per pspcl energy charge rate. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                              The domestic energy rate in this slab 100kwh to 300kwh is approximately 6rs. I am surprising how the bill is 2390 for the consumption of 206 unit?

                                Sub - bill not explained in detail as per charged

                                Dear sir, i am residing at house no.86, street no 3, adarsh nagar, derabassi. We have recive 62000 electricity bills. It's to high but sdm of derabassi give me some help to pay it in installation. I paid 18000, 20000 and 10000
                                But after that we have received the bill of rs.42000/- and even meter reading on bill is showing the consumption of only 1049 units than how it comes to rs.42000.
                                I have approached your office regarding this issue but they have told that the dealing person will come on day after tomorrow and we again visited your office on said time. The dealing person says its the last year pending amount when on your complaint we had sent your meter for testing of wrong charging and that reports had come negative as they found there is no fault in the meter. For that period these are the charges. When we ask them for the details of that particular period they refused to provide the same.
                                I have deposited the bill in full on[protected] for amount rs.42000/- through state bank bank by check.
                                But now again he said that your 30000 bill are balenced
                                I am not a very rich person. I am a renter my landloard is a nri that's why all responsibilities of bill is mine.
                                Please provide me the full details of current month bill along with its period and units for which you have charging me this huge amount
