Hello sir, i was paid bill on 3 march 2018 of rs 905 but the amount should deducted and bill still not paid. My account number is [protected] name: boota singh. This bill should be paid through paytm. So please resolve my issue and refund my money so that i will pay bill once again. My bill due date will be 7 march 2018. Please resolve my issue before the due date rather it will impose penalty on me.
I Dr sauraj nanda holding an account no Z21gt210166h would like you to correct my name spelling on the bill.
The spelling of my name is SAURAJ but you have mentioned it as SURAJ.
So kindly correct it at the earliest.

    I have received rs. 70/- bill for the period january'2018 to february'2018. Although in winter season we usually receive bill approx rs. 150.00 to 200/-. Which seems that there might have some fault in our meter. We request you to check the meter and arrange to repair/replace the same in order to avoid any illegal penalty should not be imposed on us.

      My electricity bill (A/ c no [protected]) has been wrongly billed in the month of feb 2018 showing the bill of rs 353110/- the new reading has been wrongly taken as 86545 while the old reading was 46104. On checking personally on my meter i found the current reading as 47278 as on 01.03.2018. Therefore it is requested to correct the huge and abnormal wrong bill and issue me the correct bill so that i may pay the correct bill by due date

        Bijli chori wali jagah — royal city, urban estate, patiala near noorkhedian, patiala.

        3 ghar daily bijli chori kr rhe hai ek bar pakde bhi gye phir bhi unko kuch na kaha bijli walon ne ab daily 3 times subha ke sme 1 hr dupher ko 1 hr sham ko 1 hr taar laga ke chori kr rhe hai. Taar khambe se latkai hui hai khuli rkhi hai taki jab mrji kundi laga ske 6 months se daily chori ho rha ab tak koi aaction nhi lia gya iske against sadak pe hi taar nangi lagai hui hai aane jane walon ko karant lg skta hai aap kuch kijiye. Ye bijli wale bhi mile hue hai. Iski pehle bhi complaint ho rkhi hai woh banda phir se chori kr rha hai

            I, mr. Kamaljit sharma resident of phagwara (Punjab) on behalf of my and my brother, mr. Hemraj sharma's family filled a complaint against phagwara power corporation. Our meter is not giving correct reading. Our consumption is low but the bills are like any industrial unit. Our meter is not locked and bunch of wires connected with main supply. We suspected that electricity being stolen. Now the present condition is that our electricity bills remain to pay is near about ₹ 50, 000. We are living in joint family. Feb. And march are final exams months. Our financial condition is not so strong to pay whole amount once. Our power supply has been cut off in exam days. We are able to pay only ₹ 10, 000 at present and rest will be paid in installments of ₹ 10, 000/month and i humbly request you to reconnect our power supply.
            We had already requested to respected s. D. O. And exen phagwara. But neither of the two accepted our request and grievances. So, i requested you to please look at this matter and help us.

              I had called customer care no. [protected] and ask my query that we had paid security amount at the time of installing electricity meter so is it refundable or not?
              I got response from the ladies who is talking with me on call that they don't know anything about it they cannot confirm it is refundable or not.
              Earlier that another employee has confirm on same no. That they are talking from electricity customer care office.

              Please register my complaint and ask your employee how to talk with customers.

                I am facing issue in electricity bill received in the month of feb-18 (For over charges). Our electricity meter is idle for last two month & we have received bill for idle period rs. 1930/- without consuming electricity. Also in bill new reading shown zero & consumption shown 290 units.

                Please look into the matter & do the needful.

                  There is a person mr. Harwant singh whose electricity meter is not electronic and rather his meter is very slow which re[censored]s in less units. Kindly change his meter. And every bill cycle he is paying very less bill even though he has one family kept on rent. Now there is construction work going at his house and it was not in the notice of pspcl which is illegal. Plz do the necessary so that every person in the public gets fair treatment. A copy of same if forwarded to news media. Regards

                      I am a resident of kharar and having 3 phase meter (A/c no. [protected]) installed at my residence in my name. The reading of the meter was taken on 5.2.18 and it was brought to my notice by the person taking reading that the meter is dead. I gave an application on 5.2.18 requesting for replacement of meter. I have paid the current electric bill rs.7970/- on 12.02.18. On 15.2.18 i visited the electricity board office and came to know that no action has been taken on my application dated 5.2.18 and on my follow up it was entered in the system on 15.2.18. On 16.2.18 i again inquired about its status and was informed that you can contact mr. Happy on 19.2.18 as 17th and 18th are holidays. On 19th i tried to contact the desired person a number of times throughout the day but in vain. Ultimately mr. Happy picked the phone around 4.45 pm and informed that it will take time as other complaints for replacement have not yet been attended. It is around 20 days but till date the meter has not been replaced. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and intervene for replacement of faulty electric meter at the earliest.
                      Awaiting for an early response.

                        I am a resident of mohali phase 5. I was highly surprised after i got my this month bill. This month i got my electricity bill of rs.3170/- for 84 units. And previous month bill was rs.670 for 107 units. I doubt there is incorrect calculation of my electricity bill. Kindlr help me in this matter.

                            I am a resident of central town, jalandhar. I was highly surprised after i got my this month bill. This month i got my electricity bill of rs.3600/- for 252 units. And to my surprise, previous month bill was rs.1880 for 283 units. I doubt there is incorrect calculation of my electricity bill. Kindlr help me in this matter.

                              Our bill no [protected] is sent with wrong reading of consumption. New status is showing 72013 with old status 70913 i. E. Showing consumption of 1100 unit in feb'18. Whereas presently meter is showing the reading 70803. We presume the meter reading is wrong & on imaginary presumption. Kindly correct it. We did not get bill of this much consumption ever....

                              Sir, with respect i submit that i have an three phase meter at my residence having account no. [protected]. My electric meter is a three phase meter. Out of the three phase, two terminal of the meter is not working due to electric shock damage. Only one phase is working. So in this regard i requested the local authorities and they advise me to deposit to meter replacement charges. So i deposited the charges rs.1920/- on date 13.09.2017 vide receipt no[protected]. But till date my meter has not been replaced. I have requested many timed to the local authorities they always says that there is meter shortage. So request you to look into the matter so that my meter may please be replaced at the earliest.

                                I have purchased a industrial plot in focal point e97-104 mandi gobindgarh from state bank of patiala and gave a request to transfer connection on my name and paid all transfer fees and dues of old connection.
                                Pspcl department issued me a reicpt of connection charges and assured me to transfer within one week. I visited so many times but no response gave to me. I applied to transfer the connection on 23.12.2016

                                  From last one n half yr pspcl sent me avarge bill without letting me know that ur meter is out of order.. Even now when new meter is installed in january, they send another avarge bill.. Please do something.. I hv already paid hefty amount to pseb without any major using of electricity.. My meter no. Is s15df491053m having name dugal bus service, nh-71, dugal kalan.

                                    Hi sir, we are the resident of dashmesh nagar, block e, nayagaon, mohali (Comes under mullanpur substation) are logging the complain related with bunch of electric wire and also lot of connections have been given to different houses from one small wire which may cause of mishappening anytime.
