Hi sir, we are the resident of dashmesh nagar, block e, nayagaon, mohali (Comes under mullanpur substation) are logging the complain related with bunch of electric wire and also lot of connections have been given to different houses from one small wire which may cause of mishappening anytime. Pls support to lay one sufficient cable to resolve both issues.

    I am the owner of 1731/a (1 bhk flat) sector 64 mohali, punjab. I have purchase the said flat. The electricity connection of the said flat was in the name of previous owner smt. Sonia sharma having account no [protected]. I have approached the concerned electricity board authority for change of name of owner with electricity department.in this regard, i have submitted the required documents and fees with pspcl through their subidha center on feb 2017. Instead of changing the name in their records the department has installed the another meter having account no [protected] on above mentioned address (1731/a sector 64 mohali) and lowered the previous meter. I have personally visited 3-4 time to pspcl to deposit the meter and i was finally successful to deposit the meter in august 2017. On that day, the final bill was raised and excess in the account of rs 2672 was transferred to my newly installed meter having a/c no [protected]. After raising the final bill i am again receiving the bill for this account number. Then again i have made the complaint that i am receiving the bill for the meter which is already deposited. The bill was raised on average basis based on previous consumption. After continuously writing on pspcl consumer application portal i have received response from the electricity board on 28.08.2017 that final bill made and nil outstanding against this account no [protected]. But still i am receiving the sms for a/c no [protected].in this regard i have visited subidha center and they have informed that the closure application is still pending with concerned area je. Further i have started receiving the bill for another meter having account no [protected]. The details are as under:-

    After that i have not received any bill.in this regards i have made several complaint since 26.12.2017 that i have not received bill since september 2017 through pspcl online application. But i have not received any bill. Finally i have received the reply that bill issued on 03.11.2017, but same not reflected in application and nor same was not provided at my address 1731/a sector 64 mohali. On 22.01.2018, i have checked pspcl application portal, i found that my bill was updated and details are as follows:-

    I was very shocked to see the electricity bill which was on very higher side. Then i have visited subidha center on 13.02.2018 and inquired about by bill then they have given me two bill since feb 2018 for a/c no a/c no [protected] as details below:-

    In this regards i want to submit that the meter was installed on 10.03.2017 (As per electricity bill), the pspcvl has not taken physical reading and raised the bill on their assumption basis for account no [protected] and submitted bill for appox 10 month in one go and charged higher tariff changes and secondly still submitting bill for another meter which is already submitted to them. Kindly do the needful to correct my bill.

        I am from kurali punjab.. There is a pole which is exact in front of my gate which is causing serious troubles n injuries while moving in and out of the house.. I tried contacting local authorities but they seem to be helpless its been around 6 months since i am contacting kurali electricity board.
        Please look into the matter and get the pole shifted

          The reading of meter no.z74s200537a installed for flat no.1110, Tower 3, South City, zirakpur on 11.02.2018 of 12701 leading to consumption of 1236 units is wrong. Even on 13.02.2018 reading was 11870. Please have the reading rechecked so that we can pay the correct amount.

            It is for your kind information that i got sms for electricity bill payment of rs 9330/-for account no [protected] but no meter reader came for reading and no soft or hard copy for this bill recd till now.in previous i am always getting soft and hard copy of my bill...

            Look into the matter and do the needful.

            As bill sent is not genuine...

            Long time of my complaint but no action has been taken till now.

            Sir, there is no light in some houses of our Mohalla: Udham Singh Nagar Nakodar District Jalandhar, since 11/02/2018 evening. 1912 not picking up phone.
            I live in preet vihar, near U.V.M scholl manakwal road ludhiana.
            We r suffering from power discontinution from last 30 hours still nobody solve our problem . Every number which is given by board to lodge complaint is always busy never get response .
            We never pay for this period of discontinution of electricity.
            Kindly sort the issue...
            There is no light in our some houses of our mohalla Udhsm Singh Nagar Nakodar District Jalandhar, since 11/02/2018 evening. From: Sadhu Ram.

                  Subject: — regarding the misbehave of the linemen
                  Here i bring your kind attention regarding the incident of your linemen dated 01 february 2018 at the village of bari karoan (Nayagoan-mohali). Here as per such your departments linemen’s visited at 6: 30 p. M and connected the line of light to our neighbour, here we request him that please insulate all wires as he opened to connect, but he refuse and said the that government has not issued him tap rolls, we also request him that we will be provided you, but misbehave our ladies. Even your team has been taken the liquor so much. Here i personally do many phones on the j. E number ([protected]) as given by your mohali offices but he has not picked our phone. As you know that bare wires can take any mis-happening. Being government employees his is public servant not dictators.
                  Hence here i am requesting that please see the case on priority basis and give us the justices.

                      Respected sir/mam, my account number is p44ms440009p and the name stated for this account is "the balbehra chawal gram udyog samiti (Regd) balbehra", however after complaining so many times still the bill says incorrect name which is "the babera chawla gram udyog samiti balbera" this is totally incorrect andi request you to please look into the matter and do the required change in name as early as possible. Hoping to see the correct name in the coming bill and if not seen i will have to take some other action. I am not liking to say this but as stated earlier i have complained about it several times still no step has been taken. So please do the needful.

                      wrong name of father Saab at bill
                      I am from madhopur a small town of District pathankot. From 5 previous days electricity is not coming properly.there is only 5 hour electricity came in 5 days . This is the worst service ever by pspcl in our area. This is too bad. You have to solve this problem fast plz it's a request.

                        Bill generated in the email with atttachment which came is 3990 and when you try to pay online on the pspcl website, it comes as 4390. Why there is discrepancy of 400 rs? There is no pending amount of earlier bill, still i am not able to pay 3990 which is the actual amount generated. Why am i getting charged 400rs extra. Please take an action

                              You kind attention is again invited to my earlier reminders dated 1.11.2017 wide which i have requested to compensate me the loss of rs12270/- due to the wrong connection given by your contractor while replacing the mail cable.
                              I am sorry to say that i have not listen a single word from your side as such i consider that you are not interested to solve my problem.
                              Hence, i inform you that this will be my last reminder and if the reply from your side not received within fortnight i will be forced to approach the consumer form.

                                Please be informed that from past 4 months we have been receiving large amount of bill which is more than expected.
                                Even layman could understand that units consumed as mentioned in the monthly bill are much more than the actual consumption by few < 30 watt bulbs, no fans, no ac, no cooler in winters.

                                I would request you to look into this matter as why the consumption is so high when as compare to last year usage is below average. Appliances which are used as same as the last year.

                                  My home meter connection is in name of my father s. Reminder singh with a/c. No.[protected]. My self working as assistt. Prof pediatrics rajindra hospital patiala. A complaint was lodged with no.9597820 with your deptt. On[protected] as half of my home was not getting electric supply. The persons from your deptt. Came and made temporary connection. Again it was reminded to your deptt. For permanent solution. A person from your deptt. Came on[protected] in response to complaint no.9622444 and corresponded with my nephew in rude manner that we need to send a request and purchase wire as one of phase is not working. Such a behaviour on part of a employee is not desirable, they should improve their attitude of working. I request my complaint be rectified at earliest, as more than 1 week has passed since the complaint has been lodged.

                                      Sir Transformer of pspcl which supply to telephone exchange is in worst condition. This transformer always sparkling from there male-female connectors. These connectors almost burnt and on off switch also not hold properly due to this our exchange rectifier cannot work properly and damage after some time. Due to fluctuations in power supply two rectifier approximately cost of 3lac are damaged. This office many time complaint to concerned officer of pspcl maur to in this regard but not parmanent salutation by your department. Sir we are major subscriber of pspcl.
