Electricity theft complaint.
There are many shopkeepers in bhargav camp jalandhar near nirmal cold storage who are stealing electricity from electricity pole by kundi. The are using 1000watt halogen lamps, heaters, etc. Two main culprits are 'sonu taranka wala' and 'rakesh'. They have shops opp. Gupta bartan bhandar. As a responsible citizen its my duty to inform you.

The details of the bills for the above account are as under. It can be observe that the amount for the current month is very much on the higher side compare to units consumed.

I have applied for electricity connection on 06/09/2017 in electricity office situated at below mentioned address.

Person has kept the electricity meter at my home with serial no 787312. (Pspcl - 10-60a 0047173). I am attaching the sanpshot as well.
Is there any extra fee which i have to give to the person who came for installation, asked for?
Please take the adequate action and install the meters at my home asap. Its already been 4 months i have the applied the meter for. Person who hand over the meter to me is harassing us.

Is g57cf720589w, it's block has been burnt, one of your man came and started direct supply and suggested me to write a detail application to your office and also demanded rs.800/-as fee for change of meter when i enquired about receipt he assured to give next morning. I have complained that our just near the gate electricity meter box is installed and i have complained so many times that it is broken and it is only 3feet up on the street way. And it's very harmful for the children and others. Please change the location. I have complained so many times for this yesterday one line man surinder singh just make a call and refuse to see the meter and talking in very rude manner to check the problem please do needful.

There is a perpetual problem of electricity fluctuation in my house which is causing lot of problems including damage to led tube light sets. The light has to be switched off for hours together. There is a danger of damage to other costly electrical items also.
I have lodged numerous complaints with 1912 at jalandhar. Electricians come and just go off without solving the problem. Today two electricians came again, on being told that the problem is with cable, they spoke to one je and said the je is on leave and problem can not be resolved till the je comes back from leave. This is the state of affairs and consumer is facing imminent danger to safety of his house and household items.
May i request you to please look into the matter personally to avoid any loss to me and my family.

Last year 22 feb 2017 pspcl forcely installed a new transfermor in front of my new build house which is at guru govind singh marg (Ghuman to monie road). My meter was dis-connected and on making full payment the meter was installed. But in the next bill they have charged the arrear and no reason is explained after asking fro the office.
Duty clerks are not listening and no reason is giving and simply saying this is the due amount and you have to pay.
Please look in to the matter and arrear amount is rs.32902/

No-[protected]- & i am having very very bad experience of pspcl department workers when i go to them to solve my issue, every person wants bribe to do my work & till after that no work is done till now.

Dec.'17 of rs. 9570/- stated in subject above is incorrect/inflated. It does not adjusted rs. 7000/- paid in 2 installments - rs.5000/- dated: 06/11/2017 & rs. 2000/- dated: 27/11/2017 for october'17 bill of rs. 7430/-. Detail of 'bill receipts is given below.

Is is pointed out that 12/17 bill's current reading is 15936 units & 10/17 bill's previous reading is 15626 units, so net consumption is 310 units. Hence
Dec.'17 electric bill be corrected after adjusting rs. 7000/-already paid & modified bill be issued prior to due date - 27/12/2017. Due to pspcl online system fault i am being forced to pay additional amount of rs. 7000/- being a govt. Pensioner & senior citizen of 76 years. It is expected pspcl shall not compel me to knock door of district consumer court for redressing my genuine problem.

But they have incured current year arrear which accounts for rs. 3865.00. Therefore total payable amount is rs. 4700. I have paid all my bills and nothing is outstanding on my behalf. Then why this much amount added to my account. Visited pspcl amritsar office but they fail to provide satisfactory answer to my queries. I just want clarification of arrear included to my bill
