I paid online electric bill for consumer no.[protected] belong to the name of vashdev singh of amount rs. 9870 on dated[protected].

The amount was debit to my account but the receipt does not show. Please refund the paid amount as soon as possible
I have already registered this complaint but i did not written correct pspcl.
So registered again

I am komal rani, resi h, no-62, near gujjar colony rahon road, on main road, ludhiana. Gurnam singh is tenant in my shop and there is no power supply in the shop. And also court case is going on ludhiana court against no power supply, now he is tried illegal way for meter, and i am against this meter and no permission give, i requested please stop this meter....

I paid my bill online on september 28, 2017. However when i checked my card details, i was charged the same amount twice. When i checked under the sections "payment history and advance payment" the money had not been updated in to either.
Please resolve this by either updating the amount in my account or refunding the money.

My pspcl account no. Is [protected] on my father's name late: karam chand i received my electricity bill before 3 days according to this bill pspcl send me bill from 5 may-2017 to 29 september-2017 but i already pay my bill of 26 may-2017 to 7 august-2017. When i give complaint to meter reader he says that bill is accurate how can this possible. Please help me.

I write with reference to my earlier e mail letter dated 25th august 2017 vide which i have highlighted the problem faced by me due to the wrong connection given to my house after replacement of cable from pole to the meter.
Please note that i have incurred expenses amounting to rs 12270/- in connection with the replacement of burnt out inhouse wiring components etc.
The photocopies of expenses are being sent separately thru speed post for your kind information and necessary action.

I want to say that i applied for meter connection on 07/07/2017 since then the meter has not been installed the receipt no. Is[protected]. I have contacted the responsible je mr. Karamvir singh on his contact no. Is [protected] several times but he always finds an excuse. I am widow and need your support for this matter to resolve it as soon as possible. As you are aware how electricity is necessity of today.

This is to complaint against the wrong installation of a newly set up transformer

My neibhour mr. Aggarwal residing at plot no.3153. Has installed one part of transformer in front of my wall which i want to get shifted with immediate effect

Sir this complaint is regarding totally damaged street light pole at near house no 853-c urban estate kapurthala back side neelkanth mandir. The owners of the house have lodged complaint many times and every time people come, inspect the pole and give assurance of repairing the same. Day before yesterday also staff of pspcl came and told that the concerned je will be intimated, but nothing has been done so far. Like this there are many electricity/street lights pole in urban estate kapurthala which are in totally depleted condition. If the poles are not repaired immediately and particularly that of 853-c the residents would be compelled to highlight the matter in newspaper and to file case in court/forum

My act no is [protected] and i have deposited paynent vide receipt no 6827 at counter id ts2769 on dt 26.9.17
But now when i check bill online at web site it still shows pending bill

Our meter is burned on street & we are paying bill on average basis which is much higher than it should be.

Complaint :
1. Meter burned - most of the meter in the box are burned and as the box is open it is a danger to a life also (See pics attached)
2. We are getting bill on average basis which is much higher than it should be

I have made the payment through debit card but gateway charges have been recovered which is uncalled for. Pm is promoting digital banking whereas you people are discouraging
Digital payments. Perhaps concerned officials are not conversant with the banking terminology. What is the difference between net banking payments&payments through debit cards?

Actually today no power supply in my house in the evening time. When i complained to mr hardeep singh mobile number[protected]. He is drinking. And said me in drinking voice that i am working some where. Kindly work on my complain. Still no power supply in my house.

It's highly shameful to experience long power cuts of around 8-10 hours in today's time. I have been experiencing power cuts of such long durations which becomes very difficult for us to survive. These days are crucial for students since their exams are going on and it's isn't easy for them to study in such an atmosphere which you provide due to maybe your unplanned working. Electricity is one of our major rights which is being neglected and causes a lot of problems especially during summers. I suppose all the changes and working on wires, transformers, etc. Which is being done now could have been planned properly and donw in winters. This would have not caused us much problems unlike now. I hope you take some action against this and work after planning something resourceful so people like us don't have to suffer so much.

We are from sant nagar trimmo road near fatha halwai and jaggi electronics gurdaspur punjab high voltage wires passing through our roof tops from these wires the top most wire related with earth wire which is becoming weak day by day it will create great problem in future if it will break down as near about more then 50houses are getting the same wire take appropriate action immediately

Sir, i have not recieved my bill account no.[protected]. But recieved warning sms about due bill. It is difficult to pay my bill without any written bill and without knowing my bill. Could you please provide me bill. On the other hand my electricity meter also burned down from last nine months. No one lives in this house but i recievevd average 11000 bill in every cycle. No of times i have visited concernd office but no one reply. I would be gratefull if you change my meter as well. Meter is on the name of bhullu mehta.

As per subject, a junction box is attached to our residential house. It is having atleast 10 open joints, due to that, sometimes we feel current running in our buiding. Its very dangerous. Someone can loose ones life due to it.

There is a khamba (Steel) near to it, so, this junction box can easily be shifted over there.

I request yourself to do something immediately and save some precious life

I am staying in zirakpur - flat no. 601, block - c10, surya tower, zirakpur. The problem i am facing is of very high bill of electricity. Last month i recieved a bill of rs-10000/- which is too high, as i am staying in single room set. So please solve this issue and please send someone from department in order to check the meter. So that he can resolve the issue.

Sir, i am bakhtaur singh from village jodhpur bagga singh phallar, teh-talwandi sabo, bathinda my account no. Y11fg230333k and i pay my bill on 24/03/2017 to amount 5950.00 rs. But it bill didn't add in my meter account so this payment addition is every bill again and again. I went to sub devisional office at mandi dabwali many times but they didn't solve my problem. I have receipt of that bill which i was fill. But not add my account.

Every time when there is little rain or drizzling electricity has gone to take rest.. Whenever we called at helpline they said light will come soon.. Totally lie..
However when there is no major issue, why power cut? I would request the senior officer in the electricity department to direct their officials to do the needful and make sure there should not be unnecessarily power cut..
I called all the numbers given by helpline to call whosoever i. E. Lineman etc.. But they all have the excuses nothing genuine reason..
Kharar is the major tehsil of distt sas nagar but in respect of services it stands no where.
From the known resources i get to know that the main supply of guru teg bahadur nagar, kharar has linked to the village line that's why there is frequent power cut..
Therefore, you are requested to take serious action against the faulty as soon as possible

I hope early action would be highly appreciable..
