Respected all
Every time when there is little rain or drizzling electricity has gone to take rest.. Whenever we called at helpline they said light will come soon.. Totally lie..
However when there is no major issue, why power cut? I would request the senior officer in the electricity department to direct their officials to do the needful and make sure there should not be unnecessarily power cut..
I called all the numbers given by helpline to call whosoever i. E. Lineman etc.. But they all have the excuses nothing genuine reason..
Kharar is the major tehsil of distt sas nagar but in respect of services it stands no where.
From the known resources i get to know that the main supply of guru teg bahadur nagar, kharar has linked to the village line that's why there is frequent power cut..
Therefore, you are requested to take serious action against the faulty as soon as possible

I hope early action would be highly appreciable..

    Shyam saini from mindhwan lower, post office kotla power house, anandpur sahib, ropar pb. Meter no is 66740. A/c no is r17kp680459a. I received bill four days ago of 5000 rs which is very huge amount. We consumes 3 cfl of 12 watts 4 hours a day, 1cooler and a small tv. How it is possible that this consumption will bring this big amount. Clarify.

        I made payment 8/2/2017 of rs 1780 to pspcl online but it's not showing any payment and now this time i get bill of 3800 (Including the previos bill that i has paid)

        Payumoney has send me detail that money has been deducted from my account on that time.

          Dear attendant, i am doing this complaint regarding bill and meter. Last year, we got extra bill on our meter around 11000, 4000, and 2500 and we requested to change the meter. They changed the meter and then we got bill of rs660, 200 and 270 till may. One day, the bill provider person came home and said your meter is stop so we randomly give you bill of rs3980. We again requested to change our meter. Now, they changed our meter and give rs5750 around bill and said your meter was stop for some time so it is normal. Can somebody provide me any detail of this thing that how much units we used and on what bases you gave us that bill. If meter was not working then what is our fault in this. I just want clear aspects which satisfy me or show me how many units we used on which bases i get bill of this amount.

          I hope you understand my situation and help me solve this and help me to get rid of this extra bill. I will be happy to pay bill which i used. Ask for refund if possible

            My account no. Is [protected]. Before shifting of meter it was working proper. But after the meter is shifted to the other box, it is running very fast. We have checked after 7 months, its consumption is double. Like in 1.5 years its consumption is 6400 units and after 7 months the units are 13000. It can't be possible in any way, meter is very fast going. Please do needful in this matter as early as possible. We have complaint so many time to our local authorities but in vain. We will not pay so much money as it is fake.

              With reference to the consumption o[censored]nits is high, there are our consumption o[censored]nits is approx. 5 to 6 units according to last month's senario but right now i am paying more for this high rate o[censored]nits consumption. Now my consumption o[censored]nit is 30 units but that is very high. I am using only 2 fans, 3 lights and one refrigerator only and using water motor for some time. Please resolve my problem asap and either you can change replace my meter with new.

                I, nce ravi kumar (Indian air froce), is facing problems in building my house as there are electrical wires going very near by my house, the distance is less then 1 feet from the wall of my house. I have attached the pics for your reference. I am a resident of sujanpur punjab india and the organisation who is providing power in our state is pspcl punjab state power corporation limited.

                Sir i rquest you to help in thish matter as these wires carry very high voltage current which is very dangerous and nobady is agreeing to work further and my work has been stopped due to this. My address is as follows

                Its regarding the house in Garhshankar, District : Hoshiarpur. House is located in ward no.6 near Hanuman temple. Belongs to Satish Khanna Son of Gardhari lal khanna. Their meter is still inside of the house just because they are relative of ex m.p avinash rai khanna. Please send someone as soon as possible to catch them.

                    Dear all,
                    Would like to get an urgent action over my problem as we have been facing the same since a long time. This complaint is regarding pspcl.
                    I'm a resident of jalandhar based in danishmandan (Jalandhar west area)
                    In my house there are two meters one is for ground floor, other for the 1st floor
                    We live on ground floor area, our connection id is [protected]
                    Connection is by the name of some of our relatives, we are not in talking terms now.
                    Now the issue is from past 1-2 years we have been getting bills of too much amts, as we are only two persons at home who use electricity, we don't use ac, gysers or any such gadgets because of which our bill should over flow.
                    My mother is a widow, she can't afford to pay so much unnecessary amt,.
                    I have attached pictures of bill history, we have already been told by engineers and sdo to clear whole amt and then they will by therself come and get meter check and new meter installed. We have paid so much amt till date but now its height this is a sort of mental harrasment where a person can't afford to pay this much amount and she is forced to pay it, what pspcl will do they will come and disconnect the electricity they don't care if the person is only working hand or widow, all they want is their money.
                    The second connection in our house they get avg bill of rs 4-5k per month they use acs, gysers, other appliancies also.
                    We don't have our property papers with us because of which we are not able to get the meter changed.
                    Power to you, its only the consumer forum which will do the justice.
                    The voice of general public is always unheard. Both o[censored]s are alone fighting for our life, there are alots of trouble in life but never showed till date we were paying it by keeping quiet, kindly help
                    I want this to be enquired and sorted, i currently live in delhi came here to switch my job, my mother lives in jalandhar in the same house, i don't want her to be in undue tensions beacuse its my time to pay off to her efforts she did for me.
                    Kindly help us get out of this trouble.

But he is making fake commitments of coming soon and then he even stop picking the phn by 4:30. I request you to enquire about him that what he was doing in between the given time as per my enquiry there was no other complaint in the area. Why these people harass the public even public have faith on them.

                        I had paid amount of 3956 account no. Z74bs222816w on the 13th september, 2017 (Wednesday) for bill no. 9190, issued on 18-aug-2017, through net banking. The amount was duly deducted from my amount (The proof of which i have), but there was no confirmation from pscl for the bill payment. I am still unable to fetch the updated status /receipt of my account.

                        Kindly look into the matter and confirm asap.

                                Complaint is against punjab state power corporation. We have paid all previous electricity bills for account [protected], still the bill is 1080 where as the meter reading is same as of previous month which has been verified. They are exploiting the customers. When my father enquired about this, they told that we will have to pay excess amount and they can't do anything. I need help in resolving this issue.

                                  Despite going to the office multiple times, our meter has not been checked. Everytime somebody comes to take the meter reading, he has told us that our meter needs to get checked. But on going to the office, nobody has resolved our issue. Our bills come out to be very high. We humbly request you to send someone to check our meter. My son has paid frequent visits to papal office but to no avail. Kindly do the needful so as to avoid legal action.

                                      Electricity wire of our house has six joints and all wire damaged. Because of that we are facing light fluctuation problem. We have discussed this case with local department many times. It is approximately six months gone but no solution provided by your local department.
