I paid bill of rs.2050 online through pspcl's online payment option through billdesk gateway on 3rd oct'2017 at 8:50 am. The amount got deducted from my sbi account but no receipt was generated and still after 3 days i'm not able to see any genearted bill receipt. Kindly generate the receipt else refund the amount to my account before bill's due date i. E. 13/10/2017.

My self amarjit kaur. Contract no.[protected], consumer no. (W23mf090230a). I am a consumer of pspcl. Yesterday i paid my bill, online amount rs. 1230-/ through credit card. However the amount (1240.08 + 1240.08 = 2480.16) debited twice time, due to some system problem. So, please refund the amount as soon as.

Updated by lucky ji i submitted a complaint on ''Consumer Complaints'' on 05/10/2017 in the evening about 8.30 regarding more time payed the bill to pspcl . It is thought that, a fraud read the massage and called me as a officer of pspcl . He told me about the detail and took the detail of my card . After few minutes he stolen my 12000 -/ Rs. on my card balance . I blocked my card and complaint to the cards' customer care . I will submit my F.I.R. tomorrow .

what can a do for refund ? what can i do ?
what is the way i individually trace them and punish them, so they do not do this again, with others ?

Every day i received messege that complaint is resolved but i have not received my bill

How can i give pay whithout receving bill and how can you govt empolyess can give bill
Without meter reading. Then she said your compaint forwared to sdo
Due to my job i am not able to go to your office. Take my meter reading and give me bill
Please provide me solution.

Please send us new meter to fitt on pole, because current meter is not working. reading is stuck. Meter is fitted in a pole with other consumers meters, but its stuck.

They cutted our connection on sunday 24-09 nd when we did complaint abt ds in local offc they used abusive wording nd molested us. Nd afterwards they cutted the meter nd putted complaint against us in police station due to this reason they closed our account nd then told us to open the new account nd when we completed all the formalities now they are saying we did nt have new meter to issue for the new connections.
They are harassing us

I paid my bill online on september 28, 2017. However when i checked my card details, i was charged the same amount twice. When i checked under the sections "payment history and advance payment" the money had not been updated in to either.
Please resolve this by either updating the amount in my account or refunding the money.

Is [protected] on my father's name late: karam chand i received my electricity bill before 3 days according to this bill pspcl send me bill from 5 may-2017 to 29 september-2017 but i already pay my bill of 26 may-2017 to 7 august-2017. When i give complaint to meter reader he says that bill is accurate how can this possible. Please help me.

I write with reference to my earlier e mail letter dated 25th august 2017 vide which i have highlighted the problem faced by me due to the wrong connection given to my house after replacement of cable from pole to the meter.
Please note that i have incurred expenses amounting to rs 12270/- in connection with the replacement of burnt out inhouse wiring components etc.

As you are aware how electricity is necessity of today.

Sir this complaint is regarding totally damaged street light pole at near house no 853-c urban estate kapurthala back side neelkanth mandir. The owners of the house have lodged complaint many times and every time people come, inspect the pole and give assurance of repairing the same. Day before yesterday also staff of pspcl came and told that the concerned je will be intimated, but nothing has been done so far. Like this there are many electricity/street lights pole in urban estate kapurthala which are in totally depleted condition. If the poles are not repaired immediately and particularly that of 853-c the residents would be compelled to highlight the matter in newspaper and to file case in court/forum

Digital payments. Perhaps concerned officials are not conversant with the banking terminology. What is the difference between net banking payments&payments through debit cards?

This is to inform that I have a domestic connection with meter A/c No. [protected]. The department of electricity recently changed meters manual to computerized in may 2017 . In july the meter reading was 1731. & After department charged 1950 rs n now reading 2045 n also department charged 2560 rs
Plz take a strict action as soon as possible.

In our street guru Nanak Nagar near Vijay house no street lights are on during night.as there are so much cows and bulls roaming here and there. It is very difficult for the people and very unsafe also.

It's highly shameful to experience long power cuts of around 8-10 hours in today's time. I have been experiencing power cuts of such long durations which becomes very difficult for us to survive. These days are crucial for students since their exams are going on and it's isn't easy for them to study in such an atmosphere which you provide due to maybe your unplanned working. Electricity is one of our major rights which is being neglected and causes a lot of problems especially during summers. I suppose all the changes and working on wires, transformers, etc. Which is being done now could have been planned properly and donw in winters. This would have not caused us much problems unlike now. I hope you take some action against this and work after planning something resourceful so people like us don't have to suffer so much.

Could you please provide me bill. On the other hand my electricity meter also burned down from last nine months. No one lives in this house but i recievevd average 11000 bill in every cycle.
