Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] Complaints & Reviews

Its complaint from govt. Elementary school village bishanpur ariyan, kapurthala, punjab. Power is not available in school from last 3 days. Its request from school staff please resolve the issue as early possible because students feel very tough without electricity and not able to study properly. School staff contact no. [protected], power problem or fault is outside the school. Village electricity is ok.

This is to inform you that three months ago my electricity meter box was damaged and after making complaint to punjab state power corporation ltd (Pspcl), the new meter was installed by them.

Now we are facing excess bill amount of electricity for the current month after the installation of new meter by pspcl. My bill seems to be incorrect or very high as compared to my previous bills. The amount has been raised from 24, 440 to 46, 170 comparison with my last bill. Even the usage is very less as compared to my last month bill and also no new appliances have been added in the house still i got the bill with the shocking amount as i was expecting the bill with small amount for the current month due to less consumption.

Therefore, requesting you to look into the matter at the earliest. Kindly tell your staff to check the meter again and rectify the bill.

Sir, i have submitted the required documents for change of name of my father in the bill in ropar sub division. I had also submitted a copy of registry of the house which i bought 2 years back and till date nothing has been done for this issue.
Jaspal singh (Previous owner's father name) still comes on the bill.

Due to non payment of bill our connection was discontinued and as now we have deposited all the bill. Je malkit is not at all working on it, while we try to talk to him his behaviour is very rude. And we tried to contact sdo kharar. His way was very casual while talking. We are suffering from the day they took the meter as we deposited bill within a week theyare not helping us to get re connection easily as we are asked to pay bribe

I am resident of sujanpur distt pathankot. I want to make you aware that pspcl bills are not upladed in internate timely. Today it is 12th sept 2017 and till date bills sept 2017 (Pspcl) are not upladed in internate. There for we feel it vety inconvenient to pay the electric bills timely. Please instruct the concerned staff to upload the bill timely.

Dear sir. My electricity bill comes on average base since last two times. Its not proper and accurate. Its status shows fail (F). Also meter reading is not clear.

On 08-sept-2017 i pay a electricity bill of pspcl pvt. Ltd. Electricity bill a/c no= k31mf740074y of rs:-11180 of bhari sub station of distt. Fgs at 11:30 am. But after 24 hours in my paytm bill still show in processing. But the amt of 11180- is already detected from bank my a/c.

Plz do the need full to confirm bill payment as the last date is
12-sept-2017 otherwise a fine of 200 is imposed to me..

Whenever i try to register my email id to my account no [protected] the otp field are not highlight, that why i can not register it. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. So kindly register my email with my email id [protected]@gmail.com at your end or resolve the problem. So that i can register it. Kindly treat it is most urgent so that we can receive the bill soft copy at the earlies.

Street lights of bhagoo majra roads are not working for last 8 months. There is no action even after repeated complaints. Electricians says that we cannot do anything as we dont have any bulbs supply to do repairing work. Its so dark in night that illegal activities can happen during night time hence you are requested to take strict action against them

My pspcl account no is p62gc6200030 (Old) & [protected] (New), my problem is that whenever i want to register my account with email id the otp are not deliver on my email id. That's why i can not register my email id. So kindly resolve it as early as possible so that the payment of electricity bills are made on time. From the past 2 months i m not having any electricity in my factory. After complaing about it several times i m not receiving any response from the department. Everytime they are giving different excuse. Even sdo is not doing anything in this regard. I m suffering lots of losses due to this. Kindly help me.

Sir, i am iqbal singh kalra from nai abadi, st no. 3, bada pull, abohar & i paid my pspcl bill online of 2563 [2520+43 (Late fees acc. To bill)] on 5th/sept/2017 which is after due date (28th/july/2017). But, it shows advance payment in my bill receipt. So, how can i know that my bill is paid or not?
Please tell me something about this.

On date 04/09/2017 at 11:45 am, i paid my bill through pspcl website. I paid rs 1410 through state bank internet banking. But due to some technical issue, bill receipt not generated and also it is not showing in "bill receipts" link at website.

I paid the bill amount Rs 910 on 07/08/2017 at the time 19:19:48 acount
number h36cd660916A Amerjit kaur.Amount was cut but transaction shows as failure.Then I do the transaction again at 19:36:10 as successful. After some time the first transaction showed as succesful.How can the payment be cut two times for the same acount.The amount of Rs.910 first transaction should be refund.

Please be infom you that i have already paid my electrical bill (X26uk620093m) on 7th august with online banking but still your officer r coming to my home to disconnect our power supply & they r informing in our village that we fail to pay bill. This is really not a procedures.
Please give them some knowledge about online system.

Hno 489 mahajan niwas, akash avneue fatehgarh churian rd amritsar is doing electricity theft through earthing meter... Their meter reading stopped between 6-7 pm to 7-8 am next day... Its a 3 phase meter which has been stopped by using earthing through submulsible... they used to stop meter at night... Please raid at night so that the culprits can be punished... Proper address... After reaching bajwa hospital when u enter slash avenue... It's 3rd left and then 2nd right... It's 6th house left side... Mahajan niwas.

Yesterday I have got first electricity bill and surprised to learn the consumption o[censored]nits against consumed electricity. I request you to please check your electricity meter.
