Complaint: my domestic 3 phase meter has very feeble display since 16.07.2017. It was seen while crossing the lane (Seen at 2 pm). Please check it.

Acno:z74zs170337m in name of dr rameshwar jha, is showing arbitrary amount of bill history. Actually on an average the electricity consumption related to this account per month should not be more than rs 300 as much less electricity is consumed.

Resident of h. No 142, block:d-1, penta homes, zirakpur (To which the electricity meter is connected with above mentioned account number) is visiting the house at the most for two days in a month or during summer vacations for one month in the month of june when i use newly bought very efficient ac of hitachi which is of 1.5 tons with 5 star rating for one hour every day. Apart from this i use one fan and one or two tube lights. I have one refrigerator with 165 litres of samsung which is emptied and left on when i am not residing as advised by the manufactures. I leave no lights and fans on when i am not there. This practice is being followed since the year 2015.

But if bill history is checked it appears that the amount put is just arbitrary without taking any meter reading.

It's been two days we are not getting proper voltage
Called 10-12 times on 1912 but still issue is not resolved

I would like to say that i have deposited the electricity bill on 15/07/2017, contract a/c no.[protected] amount of rs. 5590/- the amount has been debited from the account but the receipt is not generated.

Sir it is very critical movement that 11000 high voltage live wire is going over my house, we are worried for them most of the times, sir at once it happened that the live wire got broken and it came on my roof its height from my terrace is only 5 feet,
We had given many times notice and signature from people but still no any action, there they people say it will take charging amount to move some any were –amount demanding -80000/- this hues amount how we public will afford for government charging.

Respected sir /mam,

This is inform u that one of my factory ms connection [protected] disconnected by electicity board because of order by pollution deparment in feb 2015 and meter disconnected after 3 months. But authority fail to disconnected connection in his records thats why bill was incorrect.
Kindly help me to solve the issue and correct the bill.

Respected sir,

I am a resident of village baghora, p. O - ghanaur, distt - patiala, which falls under the "kohlemajra feeder" of pspcl (P46). I want to bring this matter into your kind attention that a resident of my village using an "air-conditioner" illegaly at their house and they directly connect the a. C into the cable joint near the metre-box inside the boundry of their house. It is really unfortunate to say that the local eployees of pseb (Reader men) are also involved in this matter. This illegal use of a. C leads to a big loss to pspcl and a very low voltafe in the night. We are facing a lots of problems due to this as our home appliances are being damaged due to the low voltage.
If checked, the culprits can be caught red handed. Kindly look into this matter and do the appropriate action. We shall be thankful to you for this.

Regading contract no [protected] in the name of adev kumar bathinda cantt div. I recieved a bill for rs. 13030 for the above period for a reading of previous 10890 current 12634 for the units of 1744. On seeing the bill i was surprised and the saw the meter reading was 12430 on 16/07/17 at 7pm. This mistake was done by the billing person. So yourequested to correct the bill

Am attaching some photos and video which is enough instead of words to say working without any plans, my name is jasdeep am really shocked that how indian and punjab govt employees work without any plans and implement ideas with no health and safety plans, if any person lost their precious life, with these fully high voltage live wires specially in rainy weather whole house's wall was full of electric current then who is liable for that precious person's life. So please sort out my problen as soon as possible and try to remove these wires to other safe place thanks. My house number is 2134 s. It is kindly intimated that the bill of a/c no. [protected] is issued me on average basis from august 2015 on change meter. I have paid all the bill. I have requested to issue the bills as per opening and closing meter reading vide pg complaint no.[protected] and complaint no.[protected].in spite of issue the correct bill a very funny bill handed over to my children at home in my absent.

Please look into the matter please and instruction may please be issued the local office for issue a correct so that i can pay bill in time. Other wise late payment of bill it will be the responsibility of the company.

It is submitted that there are frequent power failures in the gali no 7 aman vihar, bhadson road area. Of patiala. Due to number of high and heavy elctrical appliances such as ac. Many people have installed kundi connections. The pspcl employees and line man living in the colony are helping for kundi connections. One such connection is in the shiv mandir. Where ac are connected with kundi. Some old meters are still running in the area. How its is possible, with the help of pspcl employees.

Payments which i have paid against my electricity bill's for last 03 months is not been resolved in spite of my visiting electricity office in zirakpur.

1. Bill no-82508 amount due-10710, amount paid rs-10800/- on 13-may-2017
2. Bill no-84435 amount due-13250, amount paid rs-3000/- on 07-june-2017 [after discussion & showing payment receipt of rs-10800/- in zirakpur office]

3. Now again i have received bill for rs-6140/- bill no-97534 due on 3-july-2017]

Please resolve the said issue.

Dear madam/sir,

We are residents of farmhouses in village narpur, po: chor sidhwan, teh. & distt. Gurdaspur, punjab.
We have lot of problems in our houses using different electricity equipments. Fans, coolers, water motors, refrigerator are not getting proper voltage to work properly. Measured input voltage is approximate 160volts. Usage of an ac is impossible with this voltage.
We request to make necessary step...

1. Govt Approved Country Homes Colony, Samrala Road- KHANNA has its on Street Light Meter owned & maintained by Country Homes Welfare Society (Rgtd) vide Meter no. [protected] .
2. Sir, after 11 feet way, away from this colony, there is an another illegal unapproved colony which is operating their street lights by taking electricity connection from our above said meter. (Black wire connected to our street light Suplly as shown in Enclosed photograph)
So we request you to kindly check and stop this theft and unauthorized use of electricity from our A/C.

Reference electricity bill for the month of july 17 of a/c no.:[protected]

The bill is inflated due to wrong closing reading considered in the bill.
Please ask any one to go and check even current reading which is much less than the taken in the bill.
It seems person has not actually taken reading but raised bill from home without taking physical reading.
Kindly investigate and send revised correct bill.
