Sir bill no [protected] got 02 bills for same period March and April Rs 60 and Rs 70
I have already paid Rs 60 but second bill of Rs 70 again showing due.
It is not understood that two bills for same period how to handle.

    Pls find bills and receipt attached for reference and corrections and adjustment.

    For same Old meter reading units of starting date, I paid rs 800 on 23 March 2022, receipt:[protected] for bill generated.

    Now Again new Bill generated from same old meter reading and my old bill and amount paid is deleted from site..

    Meter units again calculated for same old unit readings.

    Pls look into and adjust my paid amount of rs 800 and share fresh correct bill. Both Bills and Receipt of Rs 800 attached.

      My name is Udham Singh and I live in USA. I have one vacation home in Dhakoli and my electricity account number is [protected].
      22-JAN-2022 dated bill was billed as average bill because defective meter was marked on the bill. Per regulation if meter is defective then PSPCL can issue average bill depending on the usage of the previous year's same period's bill.
      Amount of bill dated 22-JAN-2022 was Rs. 6480, Bills for the same periods in 2021 was as follow. Bill Dated 10-MAR-2021 was Rs.800 and bill dated 31-OCT-2020 was Rs.1440. As you can notice that average bill dated 22-JAN-2022 was inflated. I request the committee to resolve my bill dispute and either refund me the extra payment or show the credit in my account.

          I, Meena Sood, was sanctioned an electricity Meter No.[protected], A/c No. [protected] on 2nd Nov, 2021, circle ROPAR, Div.Kharar, Sub division Kharar City 2.
          I received an electricity bill No. [protected] dated 10th March, 2022, amounting Rs.6850/-
          Showing Old Reading :0 and New Reading :1548 deposited on 15th March, 2022 Receipt No.[protected]

          I again received an electricity bill No.[protected] dated 16th March, 2022, amounting Rs.1600/-Showing Old Reading :0 and New Reading :172 (less than the reading shown in previous bill)
          deposited on 29th March, 2022 Receipt No.[protected].
          This is further brought to your notice that the reading today on 29th March 2022 in the meter is 212 (Video Clicked with date and reading. It is not getting uploaded even in MP4 format).

          It is therefore requested that this issue may be resolved and excess amount charged may be adjusted in future bills.

            Sir, It is to bring to your notice that I am a resident of I-801, Sushma Urban Views, Dhakoli, Zirakpur, and a consumer at PSPCL bearing Account no. [protected]. Me and my wife are working people and are staying with our parents, we go to work in the morning and return late in the afternoon which means that the electricity is consumed in a minimal manner. However, we have been receiving inflated bills which is unreal. I had been paying the electricity bills regularly until the last two bills which I have put on hold. As you see that the Air Conditioners have still not come into use as the weather is not harsh yet, we are using normal home appliances i.e. a Refrigerator, TV, Ceiling fans etc. which as per my opinion shouldn't be the cause of such exaggerated electricity bills. the previous bill received was of Rs. 20, 000 which I didn't pay and decided to wait for the following bill which dropped a bomb on my head, I'm a common salaried man who is working hard to make both ends meet. Therefore, I humbly request you sir to look into the matter and bring in a resolution to my grievance.

              My self verma singh sandhey and aslo a genuine customer of PSPCL.
              Some time ago we bought a new place for which we have to cut the old electricity meter and bring a new one.
              It's been at least a month since we've been around the office but no one has started working on our file yet. Gaurav Dhingra, who has treated us badly, please take appropriate action so that we can start our new meter account.

                Incorrect bill generated, we have received 2 bill in this month, first bill received on dated 16.03.2022 for Rs. 8280/- and second bill received on dated 22.03.200 for Rs 53, 110/- second bill received with wrong meter reading and wrong amount. Also In PSPCL unable to file complaint. Getting sever error from last 2 days.

                  Onine bill generation not correct at All.
                  Every 3 months dummy bill generated online .
                  Old and new reading showing same digit and 0 consumption for our 3 bills(3 month bill)
                  Fixed basic charge bill generated which not actual bill.
                  [23/03, 1:22 pm] Later 6 months, next bill generated with actual reading (big bill among)where initial units (100 or 300) rates applied one time instead should be in each bill cycle (every 3 month bill).
                  So that actual rate rebate can be given neach bill.

                  Whatever rate applicable and bill cycle both should be correct and fare .but here they are making fool of people .

                        3. Bill No [protected] dated 29 Mar 2022 Amount 1840/-

                        All above mentioned bills have been charged with fixed charges of the month. You are requested to clarify which bill and how much amount is required to be paid by me.

                          It is to update you here that a wrong bill ([protected]) has been generated for A/C no:- [protected] as no one has come to take the reading of meter.
                          As per meter reading is only 250 units consumed while the bill has been generated for 2232 units and bill amount is Rs 11900/- which is totally wrong.

                          You are requested to kindly get it checked urgently and help us in rectification on priority basis.

                            Complaint for dangerous open wires in front of home

                            Please note in front of my house electricity pole with open wiring that are very dangerous for us. my complaint is please set all wires are systematically.
                            because open wires are very dangerous to our children's. please look into the meter very seriously & resolve on early basis.

                            Incorrect Bill for the Amount 1700rs has been sent for the account G74SP820216M . No one lives in this house for the last 4-5 years, Maximum amount we recived as a bill is 190hrs in the last 4-5 years, Usually the bill amount is b/w 70-90rs for the past many cycles.

                            Please have this corrected at the earlies.

                                I am resident of #1496, Sector-123, Prince City, Sunny Enclave, Kharar, Mohali. From last 1year, I am trying to get an Electricity connection and in return only getting excuse of ban. But there are two new transformers placed just right at front of my gate but er are not allowed to take connection. Once again people with high approaches getting facilities and common man is getting excuses. Please stop this discrimination and resolve the issue.

                                  I would like to raise the complaint regarding the incorrect electricity amount bill that I have received recently.

                                  My Previous Bill No.[protected] of 18th Nov 2021, Consumption was 1743 and Bill Amount was 3880.

                                  Now the Current Bill[protected] of 18 Feb 2022) Consumption is 1743 and Bill Amount is 8540.

                                  While consumption is same then amount should be same.

                                    On Feb 23, I Paid my electricity Bill On PSPCL's Official Website Under Account No. [protected]. Bill Was For Amount Rs 2090. I choose billdesk as my Payment gateway and make payment using UPI scan.

                                    My UPI transaction ID is :[protected].
                                    An Amount on Rs 2090, Is transferred To Account Connected to "pspcl.[protected]@hdfcbank".
                                    Now My Money is deducted from My Account, But my electricity bill is still pending. And I Am charged with late fees also..
                                    now i clueless where my money is!
                                    Please help.
