Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] Complaints & Reviews

In district Kapurthala, Sub-District Phagwara, Village Bhularai Amrik colony has been suffering with long electricity cut day and night. The whole village has been facing this problem for the past 1-1/2 months. Please solve this problem.

I am receiving always excess bill from last 18 months. Inspite of extra bills I cleared my all dues on 13 June 2022 of Rs 62101/-. I astonished to see again bill of Rs 44686/- on 14 July 2022. I recieved a bill which is showing total 12449 units from 12 Feb 2021 to 14 July 2022. Which is not acceptable at all and it is totally unfair.

I have paid my electricity bill through paytm upi but it still shows bill is due
And the amount was 11113

I have paid my electricity bill online of Rs 7960/- on 23.07.22. Bill is generated in July'22. But i have not received the receipt yet and it is not updated in portal as well. My account no [protected]. Kindly find the attached screenshot for payment done online.

I Bhupinder Iqbal, Account Holder of Acc no.([protected]) PSPCL. I Reside at my permanent address of Vill-Bikraur, Tehsil-Ajnala, Distt-Amritsar and PSPCL Supply meter is also installed at my same address.Our area comes under the jurisdiction of Sub Division Ajnala.
Sir i am regular consumer of your Electricity Company and i had paid my every electricity bill on time.
On 9/11/2021 Department sends me a bill of Rs.50, 150 in which PSPCL levied unnecessary Sundry Charges of Rs.42, 928 (Bill Photocopy attached). The charges levied illegaly without any description.I had many times given complaint to the department but no any action has been taken by them. Please have a glimpse on my Complaint application and Redeem my Unnecessary charges of bill. I am very thankfull to you Sir.

Light shut down since yestarday so its very difficult for us to complete any work and due to hot weather it is extremely much more difficult for doing our any day to day routine works. so our request to sort out any serious fault in the area of Village Malko near Tower enclave phase-03 Jalandhar 144026.

I am a resident of Rampura Phul, Dist. Bathinda Punjab 151103. I received my 67 days electricity bill on 17 July 2022 at approx. 12:30 Pm. The meter reading as per meter and as per invoice is 30172. My Last Invoice dated[protected] had a reading of 29537 . So total consumption for 67 days should be 635 units. But as per PSPCL Invoice the units consumed are shown as 778 units which is a big fraud by PSPCL to defraud its consumers. It was just that i simply calculated and came to know about the error PSPCL staff did not tell me anything about this while delivering the invoice. Now On my visit to PSPCL there is an unnecessary mental harassment to get my invoice rectified. Being the Due date coming nearby I am feeling helpless to get my complaint resolved. I paid a bill of amount 2, 200, 22/- on date 8/07/2022 of account number [protected]
Amount was deducted from my account and not credited to the pspcl account so this is my issue i just want my refund because its a huge amount . Plz solve my issue i will be very thankful to you . I used phonepe application to do this transaction and transaction id is T2207082157014666063404

I paid electricity bill into a wrong account, an old account. The sum total was ₹9000 and the account number was [protected].

Flactuate voltage contineausly

The meter of flat number C-4, 1401 in Purab Apartment got burnt last night and there is no electricity in the said flat. You are therefore, requested to kindly change the meter as soon as possible.

This is inform to your good self that the residents of Gobind nagar Nayagaon are facing problems of frequent power cuts due to over loaded transformer and damaged main lines of power supply since one year
This matter has been already reported to the concerned authorities, but nothing has been done so far inspite repeated requests to the concerned authorities on daily basis
Therefore your good self is humbly requested to intervene into the matter so that the main cable lines change immediately and install one more transformer to reduce the load of over loaded transformer in order to resolve the problems of the residents immediately as without power supply studies of students of the area has already been effected and more so without power supply of the water is badly effected In order to meet the water requirements residents of the area are compelled to purchase water by paying high price to tanker suppliers

Therefore your good self is humbly requested to intervene into the matter to resolve the long pending problems of the area

On first of July 2022 I made payment Rs 2260/- as electricity bill for pspcl through pspcl website hdfc gateway, amount was deducted from my UCO bank account and but not credited to pspcl account, please arrange to refund the amount or deposit in pspcl account at the earliest

I am submitting service request for last 2-3 days regarding voltage fluctuation in my area, but all the service requesters were closed without any resolution.
We are afraid It can damage at very high level. Please help us as nobody is responding

I recently moved to focal point kirti nagar and since then facing low voltage at night daily.
I have filled complaints so many times but no action has been taken till date.

I have registered a complaint regarding no power supply from last 2 days at my complex in Jassian Road haibowal kalan Ludhiana. The officials are not responding to the timelines by when the complaint will be resolved. This is leading to heavy losses for my business. Can i get a response and timelines when this complaint can be resolved?

I have received my current bill for Rs. 20840/- which includes Sundry Charges of Rs. 8984/-. My all previous bills have been paid and nothing is over due. I am failed to understand what are these charges for. Sir, i am unable to pay this much bill as i belongs to a lower caste family. Please look into this matter and send me the correct bill.
Also, i am enclosing herewith the current bill as well as the old bill for your perusal.

Your earliest reponse in this matter will be highly appreciated.
