When i receive my electricity bill, every time my bill units always show average consumption. My electricity bill never shows current units and previous units. Due to this problem, we have always paid the average bill. We don't know our monthly consumption of electricity. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

Today i was at pspcl office boota mandi.
I was standing in queue and infront of there was 1 person. He was paying his bill after his turn when i was going to pay my bill then suddenly the cashier (Vinod) closed the window and sayed that its a lunch time but 2-3minutes were left. I sayed please take my bill i am giving payment by check it will take less time for you. Then he refuses to take bill and started taking bills from inside his cabin from people standing in his cabin. When we sayed him that you are taking bills from people inside his cabin he started miss behaving.
The cashiers name is vinod at boota mandi branch.

My complaint is that there is a new wire implementation work is in progress in our area at same time also construction work is in progress at my home as well... The electricity board people hold there wire with our home front iron grill.. This cause 2 times shock catch to our constitutions people.. I m strictly informing u that if any mis happening happened bcoz of the power corporation people mistake i will file a case against u people... Although its a matter of somebodies life. So i would request u to plz take that matter in a serious note to avoid any big lose. Even i m request many times to the people who are working for wire work but nobody is taking seriously that matter... Plz look in to that matter & resolve it as soon as possible.

Pspcl to paying extra money rs - 1480 form jun-16. I did complaint but not given any action on this. Every time balachaur, office told me next time it will solve but next time same issue again showing in bill. My account no-n22tb631731f. I am facing issue very long time. Many time i return back from balachaur because there was not anyone handle to my complaint

Sir i live on abbuwal road near ardash colony there are no polls for electricity wires all wires are down on ground or its has been put on walls of residents or bamboo by residents their the wires which are on houses are opean no cover up if any child goes on terrace touch the wire who is responsible for that pspcl i have done lots of complaints to pspcl they have no answer they only say shortage of polls or give us complaint letter

Electricity meter was in the box of pspcl which caught fire in april 2017. It responsibility of the pspcl to take care of the meter box and in the event of accident it must be replaced immediately.in such situation average bill is charged but i have got excess bill rs 6940/- for 9/5/2017 to 5/6/2017. Please rectify the bill amount. And charge average bill only.

My shop is in bazar sabunian, opp. Gokal market no.1, amritsar. Its a cloth market. Several times we have lodged complaints regarding sparking and smoke from the elctric wires outside our shop, but no action has been taken yet. We have also contacted je mr. Pal singh and made him aware about the situation but he was unable to give us satisfactory reply.
These are three face wires. All joints are naked and open only at the height of 5 feets.
Kindly take action as soon as possible to avoid any mishappening.

We would like to inform you that we are facing the issue from last two as sparking is going at the main electricity where main connection is jointed. This is happening daily as light does not remain stable. It. There is lot of difficulties as summer day is prevailing this time. Even we have already open a complaint but they stated it is occurred in haryana state. Please take it seriously

Pl check abnormally high power theft at h. No. 8 (Nr. Gali no. 10), ganda singh colony, tarn taran road, amritsar. There are 6 flats in the building and 6 families are living there. The building is having 8 acs, 18 ceiling fans, 8 air coolers, 10 electric geysers, 6 washing machines all being used by 6 families living in the building. But inspite of such an abnormally high load, the overall electricity bill of the building never comes beyond rs 3000 per month. The landowner mr surbir singh has made some arrangement (Tampered) with energy meter (In connivance with local line man) so that the reading moves only as per his wish (Meter is stopped during peak load). Pl make surprise check and take suitable action to avoid revenue loss to the corporation.

My name is abhilasa shashi kapoor d/o lachman das kapoor. I was retired in 31/09/2013 from thermal plant ropar (Pspcl). But still now i didn't get any pension, gratuity and another funds. No electricity in my area from last night...

I was given application for change of name on 25th of august 2016.
I was paid full fees, submitted all supporting documents, verification was done on november 2016, but still not showing my name on files and power bills.

We have lodge the complaint with ludhiana gaspura office at mobile no [protected] and complaint no is 7257011. The whole day we were waiting no body came to resolve it on the contrary the concerned person told that it remains as it is because their is an extra load of banks. Now tell what is our fault we are also paying the bills in time the why we suffer. Kindly rectify tomorrow morning positively other wise we will contact heir authorities.

I put complaint few days back on 1912 they give me complaint number but there is no line man come to our place to fix the problem. The problem was voltage fluctuation.
I tried to talk the je of that area but he did not redress the complaint.

Builder savitry green 2 gazipur, zirakpur, mohali is charging rs 1200 per KW as connection service charges from flat owners, and they also enforcing to take minimum 8 kw load for 2BHK, which makes rs 9600,
what is the PSPCL connection service charge rate for domestic connection.
why the society flat owners are cannot be given PSPCL supply connections

There are such unnecessary power cuts during rain and when rain stops it takes around 12 hours to supply electricity.
On 4th june they stop the supply of electricity just because the india pak match and when india wins at that moment we got electricity.
Such unnecessary power cuts
On 11th may the result day for elections, they also power cut for whole day!!!
What the hell they are doing?

Dear concern

We are surviving with daily non supply of electricity at only one area at late night. The thing is when electricity department are decided to take the power cut then why should not taking all over city why they taking only in a area on daily bases. And after that when we call to the compaint center, they are talking with us like they are un edycated person who are siting on thus place. We need to know about which type of product they are using at our area transform because when we call to the compalint center they are saying always that wires breakdown and transfrm damage. Please provide a reliable response to me... Ws are in a big problem bcz from 3 days we are surviving with all night power cut issue

No electricity in our area gartholli mohalla opposite mission road pathankot.
I have mark complaint last weak on 1912 but lineman call me and asking me pls talk with je for this concern, if i have mark complaint on helpline number so why me discussed about je who has been already apointed for serve peope.

Our street fammilies already submitted complaints many time but not any sloution provided by concerns written complaint already given at neares electricity office, but no one botherd about that.

Daily we have scare about due to low voltage if damged our goods so pspcl take responsibilty for the same...

Hope you understand the isssue and provide early resloution on the same.

We the resident of sec-14 gtb nagar, kharar, mohali. Are facing regularly power break down since a week. But now there is no electricity for past three days and there is no water to drink in such a scorching weather. Please look into matter seriously and take immediate action. Moreover, arrange a new transformer in the area to avoid regular break down.

But unfortunately who deduct the receipt of our payment, he mentions wrong mater no on it, he mentioned mater no j758bd390789
We went many time to adresh nagger power corporations to amend the receipt and all but no body is ready to hearing our problems.
Some one from the power corporations he said this file is more then 3 year old you must pay again charges for change of ownership and 3pher connections.
We are really fedup from the pspc.
Please advice us what to do, where should we go and whom will be responsible to answer us.
