    Incorrect bill and fast meter

    Address: FLAT NO 898, GILLCO PALMS,SECTOR-115,KHARAR, SAS NAGAR 140301

    During covid time i paid advance bill as no one came to home from pspcl for meter reading.I have paid rs. 8700-00 for 03 units on 06/08/2020. Now i have been served the bill of rs 28290-00 for 3073 units from 14/10/2021 to 01/02/2022(111 days) showing previous reading zero. Whereas old meter changed to smart meter on 06/07/2021 and meter reading should taken from 06/07/21. From 06/07/2021 to 01/02/2022 i have paid three bills for rs 4365,...

    Please refer complaint no. 33283974 DTD 21 Dec 21 regarding temp connection Z74ZT006620A security refund. I had completed all the formalities for refund at Zirakpur office to Ms Rashmi. I was assured that it 3800/- will be adjusted in your next permanent bill. After that Nov 21 and Feb 22 bill have been generated but refund is not made. Visited Zirakpur office, no one is entertaining. Met AE he told it will be done but nothing happened. I am a armed forces Fauji and treated like this, so normal public how being treated. Please do needful

          This is to inform that PSPCL team has been cutting team with their will and wish without even discussing with the owners of the land on which trees were planted.

          This is the 2nd time they have done in last 2 weeks.

          These trees have been nurtured over the last 10 years and this pspcl team brutally cut the trees.

          On 15th January thye cut 8 trees and today 25th January they have cut another 6 trees.

          Request you to please look into it with urgency before they further continue this unwanted environment impacting activity

                There was some mistake at your end while taking reading
                Please rectify it and send the revised bill. I am getting reminders from pspcl to pay the bill. However i am waiting for complaint resolution.
                Kindly resolve my issue at the earliest and issue me revised bill with correct readings.

                    My adress Aerocity A block Mohali. My home power supply is disconnected from yesterday. i raised complaint they have marked resolved in system but actually the issue is not resolved even they havent visted to my adress for verfiying the fault.
                    i submitted the feedback issue not resolved and reopened it but again they marked it as resolved without resolving my power supply fault.Now i am not able to repopen that complaint.

                    so again i register the new request with number[protected]. Again the status is work in progress and no one came. i am in issue from last two days. I request you to please help i[censored] can.

                      Since this morning I am chasing the PSPCL Zirakpur, because yesterday my main wire coming to meter from Pillar broken down, and I am calling the number [protected] they logged the complaint but just saying line man will come in next 1hr or 2hr since morning, till now I have not get any resolution and I am sitting without light since yesterday. No line man giving us good answer since morning, 1 line man come near to my house I requested him...

                        I am resident of decent enclave, Ludhiana. We raised complaint at 11 am today via the company application as the power went off. Ticket was resolved automatically after few hrs without any resolution for us. We went to the electricity office and they told us they have no complaint. They gave us phone number of the guy who will come and resolve this. He told us he'll be at our place in 2 hrs. We called him again after 3 hrs and he told us that he has orders from above to prioritise other requests even when our request was raised before theirs.

                          Dear Concern,

                          There was a transformer installed outside the boundary wall of house no 6234 & 6207 which was illegally transferred near house no 6241.

                          There is enough load on the transformer and during summers the locals had to suffer long power cuts, once leakage form transformer spoiled few cars parked near it

                          The complaint was raised to the JE of electricity board Mr. Amritpal SIngh Mobile no. [protected], Its been 9 months since the transformer is lying on Road and hundreds of complains have been made to the employees of Bajwa Developers as well Hardeep Singh [protected] and Varinder Pal Singh [protected] every time the request is ignored. The wires from the transformer as naked and can result to murder of innocent and transformer is also lying on road in case a kid go near to it he can be killed. Who will take the responsibility of it. If no action is taken it will be responsibility of either PSPCL or Bajwa Developers limited. Also request to shift back the transformer back to its original location and an enquiry has to be made why it was transferred to a new location without any reason

I had made the request in SAP portal and made payment of Rs. 11348 with document number[protected] transaction id WICI[protected] dt.[protected]. now when I go to next step for submitting document it shows
                                'Kindly Complete the payment First, and then Upload the Documents', please either rectify the same or refund the amount/adjust the same in bill. I will be thankful to you.
