My Bill account no is Z74ZK220965H it is on the name of Tripurari Sharma.
Last month our meter box which contains app 10 meters got burn, i registered a compaint and technician came and join the wires directly. we requested them to change the meter but nothing happend. Now the raised a bill of Rs. 8000 dated 25.08.2016 on average basis, my average bill is not more than Rs. 4000/-
I request the department to revise my bill and install a new meter.

I m residentof h.n 1804 m l a road RAJPURA.electricity supply is not being supply properly.at present there is fault or cut. complaint made to the complaint number[protected] but I recieved rudely reply from this number. please arrange proper arrangements and depute some responsible person who can reply the customers in decent manner.

3. The electric meter is reading excessively thus incurring monetary difficulties to us.
4. Request inspect our electric meter and replace it with new calibrated one at the earliest.

I have registered a complaint which request no. Is 5129915 on 25/8/2016 at 13:57. And get message at 6:36 pm. That your service request no. 5129915 has been marked as resolved.


But it is very strange that with out visiting to the site they flash the message .


Again i call to 1912 and told to them that all happened with this complaint. They again registered the new complaint with new request number 5133302 on 25/8/2016 at 19:20 pm.


Same time i reply to 1912 that no one visited to the site. And from 1912 i got a message that thanks for your feedback regarding complaint number 4014953 dated 14/6/2016. Its shameful that customer care does not know what to answer.


Registered so many complaint and got same answer that your complaint has been resolved . But still the problem is same.

For same complaint again registered request 5139786 on 26/08/2016.


Again registerd for same 5145576 on 26/08/2016 at 21:06.


On 26/08/2016 i got so many mobile number like lineman, noddle officer and j.e . But no one answer the call till 11:30pm. 26/8/2016.

The jumpers connecting my, elct. house connection are loose, resulting in frequent disruption in supply and sparking at night.The line men coming to attend the complaint strike the jumpers with stick and say its ok now.For maintc. you should contact field s.d.o.Pl. get the jumpers fastened properly and save from this day to day botheration. Sir I want to inform u that there was 1 transformer in our colony on which there was too too much of load due to which there were very frequent power cuts.. so in order to resolve this problem, we people from our colony contributed n got 1 more transformer for our colony... but the major issue which arose is that with the arrival of new transformer, the electricity board just stopped the functioning of the previous transformer n again the whole load of the colony came on the new transformer.. and again the frequent n long power cuts... we people spent so much of money just to solve our problem so that the load gets divided to both of the transformers but we got no benefit.. kindly take a serious action regarding this problem..

Dear sir, we are facing power problem in my home last 15 days. I have lodge the complaint at your customer care on 9th aug 15 having complaint no 491510 and also reported to your je as well as your field office at h. Singh ([protected] mr kuldeep singh) after three days gown no action taken by your field staff and complaint had been closed without any resolution as well as my feedback and nobody help me regards ajay [protected]

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is informing you that I am facing electricity related problem as my meter has been stopped on reading 9195 then I received bill 180 Rs period 19.04.2016 to 18.06.2016 and same paid on 19.06.2016.

Meanwhile, complaint lodged to SDO (electricity division Kharar) with immediate effect on dated 24.06.2016 and since 24.06.2016 to till date my meter was not repaired or replaced and still facing the same problem.

Now I received recent bill dated 18.06.2016 to 17.08.2016 with 7880 Rs without mentioning any current reading on 17.08.2016 and units, even the bill shows previous reading 9195.

Afterward, I checked my meter reading and found reading still on 9195

Please resolve my problem as i visited a lot in division office but even employees were not entertaining the problem.

A\c no. [protected], bill dated 18\07\2016, sub division - kharar

The above bill amount rupee 19090 has been paid on 25th july 2016. This was the first payment after the new installation of the electricity meter. The consumption of the electricity is 285 units since its installation where as the bill is revised to the time of rs.19090\-. Which is beyond anybody's imagination. We request you to either arrange to check the meter or rectify the mistake while claiming the bill of rs.190 90\-. We are not consuming that much of electricity in a residential accommodation. Therefore check the mistake at your end. We hope an early action will be taken shortly and our grievance will be resolved.

Dear on duty,
I would like to inform that please arrange to check and replace my electricity meter due to its reading is not acceptable, we believe in energy saving and using all cfl lamps etc., after all instead of low bill this month bill came double than last month when the consumption is the nearest same. Can you send me last bill as the last bill i have its all words wiped-out and we can’t read any reading for checking if any reading issue.
I’m very surprised and not finding any solution so kindly check my electrical meter if any fault there and replace if its not faulty please send me current tested/passing reports. Hope you understand my problem and help me.

I mr. narinder kumar s/o sh. udhey ram my connection number is z23lk341719p. i am resedence of dharamgarh road behind rathio public school lalru mandi (mohali). we all family members not use any unnecssary electricity items. but i feel that somthing went wrong with my connection every month meter shows aprox.350-400 units consume. but we use only maximum 2 fans of two lights nothing use of any special or haevy loading item. so it is a humbler request to you please help us. as soon as our better conveniaynce.

Subject: require my electrical meter shifting main meter box to my home otter wall
My name is hardev singh and my electricity account number is z74zr380885l.
My address is village: ramgarh bhudda, near zirakpur.
Sir, we are continuously facing major issue with our electricity meter box. It has been observed that, electrical meter box main both doors are damage and door lock and door govt. Seal not available in this meter box. This has installed in link road side and public has misused on this and used direct cables for theft of power supply. My electrical energy meter main out going cables were cutoff multiple times again and again by theft person and connected his cables on my meter by every night time.
So, i am very harassed and suffering with meter outgoing cables multiple time cutting.
Sir, my humble request you to please shift my electrical energy meter from main meter box to my home otter wall. So that we can stop my energy meter energy theft cases. I can arrange external meter box and also can provide cables for shifting the same.
So please send your technical staff and shifting for the same on top priority.

We face a problem due to lackness of your employees je - surinder singh and his college. We r facing power cut problem since thursday early morning (21/07/16) due to wire cut stretching. But till yet our problem as it is, however we lodge lots of complaint to 5055510. And try some these numbers-[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. But till now no person come and resolve our problem. Look into the matter or otherwise we take a serious action again ur department.
