There is no electricity for so many days even though all the pending electricity dues are cleared.

For the last couple of years, supply line live wires have been loosening from the poles with which they have been transacted and have had started coming down to the level of entry gates of the houses.

This fact has been duly brought to the notice of the concerned authority and the concerned persons. Everytime when the issue has been raised with the concerned persons, only assurances to mend the default has been made. But no action has been taken to correct the situation. Perhaps the authorities have failed to gauge the gravity of danger n inconvenience that the matter has given rise to because of the facts that these are supply lines which are live with current.

Present status is such that at my residence opening of the main entry to the house has been totally blocked with these wires and we have forced to lift these wires with the help of ropes being tied to the verandah of the house.

Please take urgent steps to completely straighten these loose live supply lines wires to avoid any likely unpleasant situation to arise.

I am an authorized person in the firm m/s. Jai jagdamba rice mills, dehliz road, ahmedgarh (Sangrur), punjab, pspcl a/c no. U54ls0100012, currently operating as an ls consumer of pspcl.
My concern is that the meter multiplier that we pay the bill of, was always 1.00000 in our every pspcl bill, i. E., we had to pay for only what we have consumed. But, since the month of december 2014, the overall multiplier shows a reading of 2.00000 in every bill, i. E., we pay for double than what we have consumed. I went to the local pspcl ahmedgarh office only to get disappointed as they could only say that it is a computer generated bill. But what i don't understand is that why did the pspcl double the meter multiplier in the succeeding bills. Kindly help me out with this to my satisfaction.

I even sent an e-mail to the concerned authority at ranveer. [protected]@gmail.com, randhir. [protected]@yahoo.com but to no avail. Kindly sort out my concern.

Sir I have paid my bill via hdfc netbanking i had a message that the bill has been paid but recipt not genrated and bill also shown not paid but money deducted from acc my acc no is [protected]

Sir i have purchased a new house in jan 2016 in house no 198/a silver estate byepass amritsar ireceived my first bill on feb2016 of rs1500/- and next in april 2016 i received bill of rs 1500/- again this was for vacant house and this month i received electricity bill of rs 17730/- for a house that is vacant for last 6 months meter here is not working nobody lives there and i have never lit a single bulb in this house kindly see throught my complaint and do the needfull.
This just unnecessary harrassment

HI, Am KUlwinder singh, h.no.567, Shant Nagar, Dimpa Wali Gali, Rayya 143112. We are facing a problem of breakdown of main wire since 1 year. This is Happening again and again, Many nights we live in very tough conditions with our little child. PSPCL Rayya is not change this wire every time they told us to buy your own wire worth Rs5000/-. That is Exploitation of consumer.

Dear sir my name is vikas choudhary and i am a resident of new suraj nagri. st no 7 cross 13th. the j. e belongs to our area in pspcl is radhe shyam and he is also resident of new suraj nari, abohar. but he doesn't pay any attention to any issue regarding electricity. our electercity had off due to low voltage for yesterday midnight. and i had lodged complaint on 1912. nd reference no is 4525560. then i compaint on local employee no [protected]. they said that we call mr radhe shyam j. e and informed about matter. but mr. radhe shyam doesn't pay any attention. all this matter doesn't happen first time. i request you sir pls resolve this issue

My sir name is entered wrong in a/c no. z74bs310328w, i have submitted documents in this regards to sh. bijender singh mob no. [protected] at zirakpur office for correction of name many times, but still not corrected.

My name as per document submiited is : nain singh rathi

In your a/c it is written as : nain singh bethi

It is requested to correct my sir name as rathi instead of bethi as per document submitted at the time connection application.

I have online submitted my bill through billdesk.com to pspcl from my debit card today

On pspcl site i have checked for my reciept but it is showing no status
I dont know who has deducted money pspcl or billdesk.com
But my payment is through billdesk.com
I request you to help me to refund me the money if payment not occured

Actually I was paying bill online from PSPCL site .
So as I entered card details, amount is deducted from my account and deposit in account no that ended with 1013138 on 10th July 2016 . So when I go to download receipt for bill payment, it shows no record

I paid my electricity bill to pspcl through my debit card. the bill amount was 6790 but when i paid bill through my debit card, the amount deducted was 6860. but company webpage shows deduction of only 6790 rupee. i also have pdf file of same page showing deduction of rupee 6790 rupee. why that extra 70 rupee are deducted along with actual bill amount. on hard copy of electricity bill as well on company's website it is not mentioned, that extra charges have to be paid if bill have to pay online.

I have attempted to pay my latest electrical bill of rs. 7260 as per sms recieved on registered mobile number [protected].

During transaction after submitting otp i recieved message from your website saying "we are unable to process the request"
But at the same time i recieved conformaiton from my bank sms that a transaction has been done of inr 73, 282.44 at punjab state power cor (july 08, 2016; 15:01:15 hrs.). there has been mistake from my side to input the bill amount as 72600 in place of 7260.

After consulting the bank they have asked me to get an email conformation from your side that this amount will not be claimed from your side on my id kumul. [protected]@gmail.com

It is still showing unclaimed.

Can somebody from your side may please contact me @ [protected] my personal number and advice what can be done further.

I will pay the outsdanding amount for bill at the earliest once this transaction is declined from your side.

Kindly decline this payment and i shall recieve it back from the bank.

I am Gurpreet Singh from Desu Majra Colony Kharar (Mohali). I want to bring an issue in your notice that here we have been facing severe voltage issues for last 2 months. Situation becomes worse at night.

Either please install a separate transformer or find out any other way to resolve this issue. We shall be very thankful to you.

Transformer problem in our (village ladian khurd, near amrit indo canadian academy, ludhiana) from 2 july and no help from your department and your employee said no help from department and they collect money from our area, So please sort out our problem.govt.has to solve the problem because the problem occured in our whole area & if you ll not respond to my query then i ll complaint to your head ministry.

I have paid my electricity bill of Rs.10190/- through Net Banking state bank of india.my transanction id is GSBI[protected]. dated 19/06/2016 i have complained it some days ago but no action was taken in this regard.please take a action and oblige.

We have get a tubewell connection on my grandfather bihla singh s/o ghichar singh. we paid its fee on 3/5/2016 but still having no things of tubewell. because of je harmeet singh mour sub division.[protected]. he is continusely making us fool. and giving us the dates to come at his office. he is making is so panding. because of this problem...

From last night my house's electricity (in Bhagat Namdev Colony, Ajnala Dist Amritsar) is not working. Actually if it comes after some time it comes in low voltage. But from last night it disturbs us a lot. And light disturbs us everyone in the colony who belongs to the same transformer. There is some defects in transformer.
please repair or resolve it asap.
