I dont know who has deducted money...

Actually I was paying bill online from PSPCL site .
So as I entered card details, amount is deducted from my account and deposit in account no that ended with 1013138 on 10th July 2016 . So when I go to download receipt for bill payment, it shows no record

It seems that there is an issue with meter reading or someone is stealing electricity from our meter. Kindly visit the meter location and check.
