I have paid my bill online through net banking on 5/12. Due date was 6/12. Money is deducted from bank but payment not updated in PSPCL. Acct no is [protected]

HELLO SIR MY NAME IS JAGWINDER SINGH.I PAID A BILL BY TECHNICAL FALTNWRONG NUMBER AT NAME OF RAM ASRA S/O HARI RAM A/C No [protected] OF RS 20000(TWENTY THOUSAND) AT DATE 21/09/2021 AT CANT DIVISION JALANDHAR VILL SOFI, I PAID THIS BILL FROM MY HDFC BANK ACCOUNT, I COMPLAINT MANY TIME TO PSPCL LOCAL OFFICE THEY DID NOT RESOLVE MY PROBLEM AND I COMPLAINT TO PSPCL PATIALA AO BRACH THEY MAIL TO MALEROTLA SEND IUT BILL TO JALANDHAR AND RECIEVE U CHQ, BUT MALERKOTLA DIVISION DID NOT ANY RESPONCE SO PLEASE REFUND MY 20000(TWENTY THOUSAND) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE THANKS.

amount not returned to my account so far

I want to highlight issue in the meter readings for my A/C No.: [protected] (Zirakpur Division). Please refer attached photos of the bills.

I have received a new Bill Number : [protected] Issued on 22-NOV-2021 for Amount Rs 210.

Issue Details: Old Reading Date and Old Meter Reading in both the bills are the same. But in the new Bill Number : [protected] Issued on 22-NOV-2021, New Meter Reading (2875) is less than the New Meter Reading (2998) that was mentioned in Bill Number :[protected] Issued on 31-AUG-2021 and still has bill amount Rs 210.

I had raised this complaint to [protected]@pspcl.in and have sent a reminder as well.

Dear Sir,
I have received my current bill for Rs. 10600/- which includes Sundry Charges of Rs. 7984/-. My all previous bills have been paid and nothing is over due. I am failed to understand what are these charges for. Sir, i am unable to pay this much bill as i belongs to a lower caste family. Please look into this matter and send me the correct bill.

Sundary charges of 3556 was imposed for no reason.the meter is working very well, all payments are done on time and consumption was even less than previous months

My name is Tejpal Singh Mangat and I am a resident of Neelon on Chandigarh Chandigarh Ludhiana Rd. My place of residence is opposite Queens Flower Resort adjacent to Sant Kirpal Singh CBSE school. Sir/Madam I have put multiple complaints against to Ppcl over the past one year due to power fluctuate. Owing to that I have had to get my motor pump repaired twice, I lost my brand new Brothers printer and tonight my brand new refrigerator called it quits because the voltage has been at over 340 since the afternoon of 24/10/2021. I'm very distressed at my wits end. I have no clue what to do next I feel totally distraught and helpless. I was you to take punitive action for the damages that I have incurred. Please it's my request to please take a strict action against the guilty party. Every time I have complained those so called electricians simply took half baked measures. Please take action !

There is a pole in front of house number 61 of Mr Rajesh Puri, 30 feet road, White Enclave, Amritsar carrying live wires of electricity.
The pole has broken from below due to rust and is swinging in the air. There is great possibility of mishap anytime. So, before it happens, you are required to change it immediately.

Sir,

I am holder of account number [protected] . AS on 29.09.2014, I deposited Rs. 9390/- with electricity office as fee towards change of consumer name, from Mr. Gokal Chand to Parminder Singh, load extension from 2.50 t to 7 t, and applied for three phase connection . Really pathetic response from PSPCL as no action has been taken till date despite elapse of sizable period of time. I paid numerous visits to PSPCL, model town extension, Ludhiana office but of no avail.

Kindly suggest what best can be done to resolve the issue.
