This is related to online electricity bill payment. My account no is [protected] and i am unable to pay online it because mentioned amount is in negative while we have received the bill of same amount.
I am unable to avail the online services for bill payment and it is difficult to pay the bill on desk. I have been contacting concern team members of PSPCL since last couple of months but not even a single action has been taken and i must say PSPCL have very poor services.
Please look into the matter on top most priority and resolve the issue. Concern member can reach me at [protected]

      Plz take this matter very seriously.
      I have a showroom situated at Nakodar Road, Deol Nagar, Jalandhar

      Few days back the department has added high voltage wires on nakodar road, to my surprise the lowest wire is hanging just 4ft above my building.

      The wires as we all know would expand in summers and touch the building definitely.

      I would request the department to please do something about it as we all are aware of the consequences of the situation.

          I live in pathankot . laxmi gardan colony near iti pin -145001 .in our street there is no pole of electricity board thats why all the wires are hanging on the walls which main couse in current in walls and gates .the joints of the wire is not covered as well .even the people face problem in opening of our gates . traffic are also very much disturbed due to this problem . this is my humble request to the board plz do something for this .

But in the time of payment online my bill an amount of Rs.3500/- of the said bill has been shown online. You are requested to kindly rectify the bill so that the bill could be paid well in time.

                        Friday 19th - Feb - 2016, some of the officials came to my residence to cut down my meter because according to their knowledge i haven't submitted the last bill yet.

                        But My neighbor paid them the specific amount which they have asked for.
                        And they will fill the bill now according to them.

                        But i have filled the bill already the sum of Rs 539/- dated: 12 Jan 2016.

                        I was late to fill because of the poor service by your app as it was showing that bill not updated yet kindly lodge a complaint.

                        And i have launched the complaint for the same 2 weeks before the due date but still the issue wasn't solved.

                        So somehow i contacted the customer support and they said me that the company have been changed (Contact of this company is over, another company guys will handle ) something like this they said to me.

                        And one of the guy have helped me to fill the bill via desktop instead of app in a chrome browser

                        And i submitted the bill online for which i have the "Computer Generated Receipt"

                        But no reply from them yet except [protected]@payu.in which having least knowledge regarding this and tell me to contact pspcl ..!!

                          I would like to state that an electricity pole (Pdj09f05l269) in our locality nav nirman janta colony, near durga mandir, maqsudan, jalandhar has been bending down continuously from many days and seems to be at the verge of falling down.
                          If the pole falls it will severely damage nearby houses and other properties.
                          Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

You can check receipts of my bills .                                     my name is Rajpal singh from Rurka po and Tehsil-Malerkotla district Sangrur pin code 148023. my electricity meter no. is L36RK570276W. i always pay my electricity bill online at site of pspcl before due dates. You can check receipts of my bills online. But mostly pspcl office malerkotla send workers at my home to cut my meter due to non payment of bill but already i paid my bills. they miss conduct with my family members oftenly. they said that i have to pay bills at office not online. and this time today on 28 feb 2016 they are going to cut my meter but i paid my bill on Sunday 27 jan 2015 Rs 3920 that means they are going to cut my electricity although i paid bill. after lot of discussion of villagers they go back. we are requesting to them for not to cut our electricity although we paid bill. J E Amaranth sends Azadpal worker to cut my electricity. if today means Sunday they cut our electricity actually for no reason then we forcefully live near about two days and one night Minimum without electricity. so its my request to check this issue and resolve my matter. if this thing happens again then definitely i will file case in consumer court and also file cases against responsible workers. please reply me after resolving this matter. my contact number is [protected] and my email id is kang.[protected]@yahoo.com

                                        Temporary Connection TC-229 was installed at Village Bandi for Goat Farm on the name of Sunil Joseph, Which bills issued and the same were deposited but later on No bill was delivered by any employee and then Bill for Rs. 64, 514/- paid along with disconnection requests.

                                        Further for regular connection no way out is being given by the said staff posted at Sangat Mandi Office of PSPCL.

                                        We are running our Farm at Generator Set for electricity usage. Please arrange to do the needful as soon as possible.
