Dear Sir, an electric pole and Distribution Point for electric meters has been installed right in front of my house at Village Butt under your PSPCL office at Bundala (Amritsar). The construction of house is under progress and no action has been taken by said office(Bundala) to shift Pole and Box, in spite of repeated personal and tele calls. Since same causes danger to human lives working in close by, may I request your kind intervention...

Hi sir/madam I have 3 phase connection since 40 years, after so many complaints, there is no improvement to solve the problem, wires are so damaged & unsafe, Risky for Life, Latest complaint numbers are 3047702 0n 14 th.Jan 2016, 3051851 0n 15th.Jan 2016, complaint no 3061034 on dated 17th. Jan 2016 & many more Complaints before these someone for failing & disturbing the continue the power only with our Power connection, I'm mailing you some pics about the poor & wrong joint of cables related with our Power connection, Please note this complaint & solve it as soon as possible

Sir, I am resident of Hn 727/3a/7, st no 19, Punjab Mata nagar, pakhowal road Ludhiana.my elect bill act no is w 31SN 263770x. That a elect pole bearing a no cables is broken from middle and lying tilted and may lead to serious accident, I have brought to the notice of Xen model town ldh but in vain.you are again requested in public interest to change the pole immediately to avoid any mishappening. Dear sir/ma'm, My name is Manish Nazran from shiv puri, Ludhiana (141008).Plz give an attention to this phenomena. As from last few months our electricity bill is sending wrongly or lumsum. As the bill was just 6, 400 in the month of september and when i recieve the next bill after two months it was such redicullous as the amount of bill was 44, 000 and after 2 months the bill raised to 47, 000 surprisingly. And recently i recieved an another bill of rs. 80, 000. When i got that bill i immidiately went to the electricity officer who edited back it to 47, 000 rs. But still sir/ma'm i am under the debt of 47, 000 rs.Without any reason. I has having a Domestic meter which runs under only a T.V., Refrigerator, tubelight and fan only. So how a huge amount of electricity could be consumed. Sir/ma'm i am service man and can't afford that amount which i have not consumed. It is humble request. Please take an action so that i could get the exact or genuine bill. Please Help! Thankyou..

Electricity Theft Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to bring to your notice that there is some theft of electricity has been noticed in #1706/1 STREET No. 10-c, Chimney Road Near Chimny Shimlapuri Ludhiana . That person is running a commercial coching Centre in his house he is using domestic electricity he did not have commercial electric meter he is misusing the domestic electricity.They are using lot of electricity appliances...

On[protected] I pay the Electricity Bill of rs.230 Account no. is G56KF550528Y & Consumer Name is Budh Raj Father Name Mashu Ram Amount of rs.230 was deducted from my account. The Reciept was not generated. Transaction no. is EPNB[protected] . Pls look in the matter.

Fee paid vide book no- 48253 (Date- 07/04/2015) to PSPSL at Amritsar office (Near Gandhi Gate) for increase of power electricity load from 3 kWA to 5 kWA . Even after close follow up with the concerned office still action has not being taken by PSPSL.

Sir/madam there is no clear of exam date o[censored]dc general in pspcl of 28 dec 2015. in the official notice the dates of 29th and 30th are postponed but no notice about the date of 28th december.and no admit card for this exam is download from the official website after fill the correct details till the one day befor the exam.

To The concerned official consumer no. j72gt480708p contract account nol. [protected] in the name of vijay kumar bill dated 11.12.2015. Bill received for consumption of 1056 units from 30.09.15 to 11.12.15 for Rs. 7570/- whereas online bill on sap portal shows amount of bill as Rs. 16060/-. PSPCL android app & SAP portal link to pay electricity bills is not working. What kind of service is this. the link is not working from 1 year. Totally unacceptable. Shame on PSEB Punjab Govt. deptt. Even many Account nos are still not mapped with android app. For those updated in app, many account nos payment is not possible just because bill is not updated in system.

Sir/mam. request you that my a/c no.[protected], named mr. hans raj aggarwal, adarsh nagar mandi, gurdaspur. since a year the bill having mistakes. i filled complaints regarding this issue to SDO and SE, and also submitted the complaint by registered post dt: 13/03/2015. and also submitted the written complaint against the issue to registered office, gurdaspur. but issue was not resolved till the date. kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible

With due respact a application was submitted to concerned office of civil lines office of PSPCL along with required fees for a commercial power connection on dated 3.11.2015 They promise me to give connection in a week but after a period of 24 days they didn't After several request to all the concerned employee.
