Payment has been debited from my account Dated 11/02/2016 and Credited To your A/C No.[protected] But receipt for the same has not been generated yet. Please Look into the matter reply me in revert mail.

i hereby disappointed with the service of pspcl punjab. the department is not carefull and do their work properly. i suffered every time when bills are issued. they are very careless about online service. we have loss alot of money everytime because i have my own billing institute.

My account no is F14BP670271P . My last month bill not update . So I not pay my bill on due date . I complete on give site but my problem was not solved . All given no site was switch off. I feel very hrassment . Plz my problems solve. Thanks

Dear Sir,

Our Village Majra Rahaun 2 KM away from Khanna city. Whole village suffer from the fault in power supply from 06/02/2016 11:45 pm. Villagers done All types of complaints in complaint center Rahaun, Complaint to SDO and complaint on suvidha Center 1912. problem is pending till now. Till now nobody visit in village to see the problem. It is fold handed request from all village please look into the matter and resolve the problem.

Dear sir,

We have electricity connection with A/C no.[protected] at phase 5 focal point on Reliance Jio Infocom Ltd .from last 6 month so that pcpcl charded late fee fine in every month we complaint many time to SDO & XEN, RA for this .But no response .This month we ask many time for bill in focal point office as per office bill not genrate we download from pspcl website our but last date of bill after 2 days .So plz arrange to provide bill on time.Nither we will take help of cosume court.

Change the connection from rural line to urban line, because rural line is very long length line, jis karan eh line vich kharabi aundi rehndi a & aksar hi khraab rehndi a, but urban line also start same point, if our line connected with main point, so problwem is solved.

Dear Sir, an electric pole and Distribution Point for electric meters has been installed right in front of my house at Village Butt under your PSPCL office at Bundala (Amritsar). The construction of house is under progress and no action has been taken by said office(Bundala) to shift Pole and Box, in spite of repeated personal and tele calls. That a elect pole bearing a no cables is broken from middle and lying tilted and may lead to serious accident, I have brought to the notice of Xen model town ldh but in vain.you are again requested in public interest to change the pole immediately to avoid any mishappening. Dear sir/ma'm, My name is Manish Nazran from shiv puri, Ludhiana (141008).Plz give an attention to this phenomena. As from last few months our electricity bill is sending wrongly or lumsum. As the bill was just 6, 400 in the month of september and when i recieve the next bill after two months it was such redicullous as the amount of bill was 44, 000 and after 2 months the bill raised to 47, 000 surprisingly. And recently i recieved an another bill of rs. 80, 000. When i got that bill i immidiately went to the electricity officer who edited back it to 47, 000 rs. But still sir/ma'm i am under the debt of 47, 000 rs.Without any reason. I has having a Domestic meter which runs under only a T.V., Refrigerator, tubelight and fan only. So how a huge amount of electricity could be consumed. Sir/ma'm i am service man and can't afford that amount which i have not consumed. It is humble request. Please take an action so that i could get the exact or genuine bill. Please Help! Thankyou..

Electricity Theft Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to bring to your notice that there is some theft of electricity has been noticed in #1706/1 STREET No. 10-c, Chimney Road Near Chimny Shimlapuri Ludhiana . That person is running a commercial coching Centre in his house he is using domestic electricity he did not have commercial electric meter he is misusing the domestic electricity.They are using lot of electricity appliances including air conditioners, in-spite of this, their meter reading always noted very less and very less electricity bill amount.This is happening in their house since 3-4 years. I have doubt that with the help of a local electrician they have fixed some kind of switch inside their home which they are using to stop electricity meter and use electricity without any fear of any kind of checking and bill amount. PHOTO OF THAT INSTITUTION ARE ATTACHED WITH THAT MAIL I request you to kindly send some of your lineman or your staff person to get the surprise checking done in their home as early as possible to avoid more electricity theft.
