Dear sir /mam, sub - (unstable low voltage ) . my self Jatinder pal, am belong to Hoshiarpur, in my ward people are facing too many problem from unstable low voltage last 6-7 months ... unstable voltage cause many electronics device are also burnt like computer, fan, charger etc. My computer's repairing business at Tulsi nagar name of Computers World. so some times my computers shut down or not working due to low voltage. please resolve this issue as soon as possible . regards Jatinder Pal Tulsi nagar Hoshiarpur Punjab. Sir I m Pankaj from kitchlu nagar ludhiana. I made a complaint on [protected] at 10 pm with a request that in my area of kitchlu nagar f block there is some problem of electricity. And concerned official lodged my complaint with no.no.1831717. But whole night my complaint was not resolved. rather I received a message at about 3 am that your complaint has been resolved. I immediately called on center control Room but they did not pick my phone. Then I made a call to abovementioned no.[protected] but no satisfactory reply.reply . kindly lodge my complaint and take necessary steps. [protected] is my cell number.

Myself Pardeep Kumar Mahajan having sap a/c No.[protected], the bill for the month of May-june 2015 is Rs. 540/-. But my mistake we have paid two time Rs. 1080/- ( 540+540) against transaction id DHDF[protected] and DHDF[protected] thru hdfc netbanking on dated 05th july-15. Sir. Sir, it is for your kind information that i called 1912 (helpline number) on[protected] at 9:18 and 9:20 pm to check my electricity connenction but no one visit us or call us for attending my electricity problem even 20 hour passed, Even i called higher officers number [protected], [protected], [protected] but no one visit to attend the call. As it is hard to survive in summer days without electicity. My complaint number is 1769975.

Dear sir. Our house is located near shiv mandir but our main electricity line is connected with transformer located at far away distance. All our near by houses including all our neighbours all connected with other transfer line while our only house is connected with different transfer line which is creating a lot of problem for us. As lot of time electricity supply is available in all near by houses except our house.We are requesting to kindly connect our main line to them same transfer line to which our neighbours are connected. Sir, PSPCL has appointed L&T for installing new poles and laying new wires for power spply in our area. Some 21 days ago L&T started installing new poles and wires. They dig the pot holes for installing new poles just near the old poles. As the new pot holes were too close to the existing poles the grip of the old poles got loosen, so the high voltage wires got loosen and they are now hanging at a dangerous height from the ground level and at they same time are just 2 feet away from our gate.When I invited the attention of L&T on duty officer they assured me that these wires will get removed on the next day as it is already very late and this work can not be done at night time. Now it is already more then 21 days that we are living in this dangerous situation. I have filed a complaint with PSPCL also wide complaint no.1839663 dated 15.06.2015 regarding this dangerous situation and nobody came on the next day i contacted Mr.Harjeet Singh of L&T they asked me to contact Mr.Gurpreet Singh and the actual site was shown to him. He admitted that the situation is not only dangerous but is alarming and it should be solved on the top priority. I have been receiving false electricity bills of my 3bhk flat of Rs 3 Lacs and above. Earlier i used to receive correct bills, but due to negligence of electricity office of zirakpur, mohali I am being harassed and receiving these illogical bills. I have visited so many times to solve my problem, but everytime they give me assurance that this will not happen in future. I am a government employee and I have to take leaves to visit the concerned office and it costs me a lot. I have been paying the bill based upon the difference in the units. But this time, water has gone above the head. For the last two months they were showing me the negative bills and now they are telling to deposit a hefty amount which is not according to the actual units consumed. Many times we have approach to customer care center on 1912. But no response. I have paid on line payment of Rs 4110/-through My ICICI Bank account on 20.06.2015 as per given detail:- Account no. The electric bill in r/o A/c no. G42GT420016M (SDO BSNL Navshera) issued by pspcl for period[protected] to[protected] bill date[protected] is incorrect. In this bill the previous bill amount 19960/- and surcharge158/- and 100/- i.e. total 20218/- is added but the previous amount 19960/- is paid by BSNL Department on dated 1-6-2015 vide r/n 16 at PSPCL office Dorangla. Moreover For the last six months we are getting incorrect bill every time for the above said A/c no and always we have to visit pspcl office for correction of bill. You are requested to look into matter and take necessary action for the solution.

Respect Sir I am living in farm house and I have filled security in Pspcl on 21May 2015 for domestic use to take my connection from nearby line from my house just 20 to 30 meters away which is also govt line but Joint engineer Hardeep Singh abohar UP mandal 2 made forces me to take it from 328 meter long wire and to pay 52440 Rs more He sent me a registered letter letter with memo no 627 dated 10.6.15 pspcl abohar 2. please enquire into the matter and help me to take it from nearby line. the above meter is intalled in the name of vinod kumar shrma s/o late sh jamna datt sharma oppositr baba panna sha, main bazar, dinanagar. at my shop. all the meters were shifted in our visinity in to multipal met6er box some time back, but due to diffrence among the users and cotractor few meters were not shifted. today the staff of the pspcl dinanagr has terminated our connection without any intimation to us. we have been requesting them to restore the supply since mornig but till now nothing has been done . kindly instruct your officers to restor our power supply. thanking you vinod sharma[protected]

Hello, I've been trying to make a payment online for number W32MT071551M and have failed in doing so because every time I try to make a payment and write my regd. Meter number, it shows that your bill has not been updated and please lodge a complaint. Please quarantine this problem as soon as possible because my last date of submission is 23-06-15 and it is already 17-06-15

Dear Sir, I am sumit narang from ludhiana punjab and responsible citizen of your state and i always pay my bills of time and also serving community by giving them education in very small scale institute and working very hard to earn livelihood. i belongs to very poor family whatever i earned by doing day night hardwork i am the only working hand of my family i have so many hopes from you but unfortunately the hopes u gave us not coming true this time i got electricity bill of double amount with unnecessary charges where i am getting bill of 2000 rs for two months this time i got it 5600 without any clear description on the bill i have two meters other meter is not using by me even single unit that also i got 580 rs which is really putting load on me an my earning i am earning 8000 per month and this amount is really unbearable by me and i am really upset and depressed coz of this. i called electricity helpline they clearly say that we are not aware and able to help on this regard and u can call our senior he will help u on this matter and i found no one is senior then you . i am giving my 100% to making future of students whether u can visit to my place and see some students are doing free study just coz of lack of money. i am ready to pay the bill with accurate charges but unable to pay the charges which is extra imposed by the electricity board i had checked other person bills they only get bill of 140 rs of 1 kilowatt and i got 580 for half killo watt is this fare. i would like to request you kindly resolve this matter and deduct the unnecessary extra charges which is in my bill. i would be very grateful to u for as this is nothing for you sir but really worth for me and my family. kindly check my bill details alongwith this email. hopefully my problem will be solved by u. I confirm having sent this text to non caring person of PSPCL who never attended another who attended was rude. This is one of the organization which is quite useless and no body is responsible at the time of need. I am from Peep India weekly News Paper trying your number from last two hours . If your number rings you don't pick. I am blunt to make complaint against you. Ph 10 light is off from 3 hrs. This is a routine matter . Not aware how long it will be off. I think there is no use even complaining.
