Dear Sir, I am Gagandeep vadhera r/o D2/442 chotta haripura, chadaayi wali gali, neat titli pardhan, islamabad, amritsar. We are facing problem of very low voltage in our area. No AC works in such low voltage and we have to bear heat in such hot season. I talked to lineman twice after lodgimg complaint at 1912 complaint no. But all in vain. we pay the proper bill and well on time and are still facing such problem. Kindly resolve the problem at the earliest Thanking you Gagan mob [protected]

    Dear Sir, i paid my electricity bill Rs-990/-online on 15/03/2015.Transaction id is-BILL DESK/BPNB[protected]/00471.But reciept was not generated.i complaint them.they did not care for my request.then i paid again same bill on 23/03/2015.because it was the due date of the bill.transaction id BILL DESK/BPNB[protected]/00474.I recieved the reciept for this payment.they did not refund my money back paid by me on 15/03/2015.i think they can adjust the amount in next bill but they did not.i have been requested them so many times.but they did not care. i hope you help me to collect my money back. thank you very much. your, s Darshan Singh mobile-[protected]

      Respected sir I am Dr.Pushpinder paul singh living in Amritsar. 69 A kot Mahana singh tarn taran road asr 143001. I am very much disappointed in sevice provider of our area. A lineman named Dilbaag singh. I complained at customers complaint numb [protected] around 1:30 in the morning and was given a numb to contact for information [protected]. I called at the numb at around 1:40 and was told that they will attend to mu complaint in 1 hour as they are fixing electric cables at a colony named Ganda Singh colony Then afterward i called after 1:30 hrs he disconnected the phn and the deliberately switched off the numb. I then again called the customer complaint office and he gave me another numb [protected] of a person named Manish He didint attend to any call from me or from ludhiana office till 5:15 in the morning and when he did attend he was arrogant enough to say that he attended all the calls fron tonight. After that only the lineman Dilbaag singh phn no[protected] attended my call and told me that he didnt even recieved my complaint When I persuaded him then only he accepted to come and look after my complaint We were forced to awake all night and then were left in the dark for atleast 5 hours I want to ask if they have no intension of attending to complaints why so much drama around transparency by creating a single complaint window and giving numbers thru sms I want to post written complaint but didnt find any email or address to whom to complain or call.         Respected Sir, Ours is a private colony named KHANNA COLONY on Threeke Road (near Basant City), Ludhiana. We have more than 50 residents divided into 3 lanes. Almost all the residents have paid their property dues imposed by Punjab govt. Each house is equipped with household gadgets i.e. AC, coolers, fridges, fans, etc. There is only one transformer of 200 KW which has recently been replaced. Our acute problem relates to irregular supply and fluctuation frequently. In the scorching heat and extreme hot weather, it is very difficult to live without electricity supply. The life gets paralysed during light failure. As per information got from the Lineman or other responsible person who come to repair the light failure, it has come to our notice that wires are too weak to carry load; and there is dire need of another transformer of 200 KW. Sir, in a nutshell, I would like to request you to kindly direct the concerned department to provide us electricity supply 24x7 without fluctuation. We shall be thankful to you.           This complaint is regarding the electricity pole, being put in front of my house towards the right side and on the left front, there is a ramp of the opposite house. Actually, the new pole was supposed to be put in place of the old one. They demanded the money from me but due to the financial favour provided by neighbour namely Darshan Singh to the employees of Godrej company namely Pardeep Sharma (Manager) & two of his supervisors Balwant Sharma & Lovepreet Singh, they put the pole in front of my house despite of my objection. I 'm widow lady working as a govt. employee. I have requested the employees a lot to not to put the pole in front of my house but they didn't listen to me. It has become a issue of prestige for me, I 'm quite depressed, Street is narrow & I 'm facing lot of difficulities in moving the car into the house as well as getting it out. I tried to move my car but the rear bumper collided with the pole due to the reposition of the pole.Please sort out this issue as soon as possible.             Electric supply to vallage Hargarh remains off for the whole night even the wind has stopped. Today I tried to complain at least 10 times from 8.05pm to 9.09pm and found that phone is busy/switched off.Finally it got connected. I made the request to resume as the wind has stopped. The attendent told me that they are private and are not having requsit staff.I requested him to ask the concerned officer of the sub station to resume the supply instead he put the telephone off by saying very very thanks for the telephone. It is brought out that this year no body bothers to resume the electric supply to the village the whole night even the rain/wind has stopped.It is requested that the reason for not supplying the electricity to the village be asked to avoid in future.We are moving ahead., our needs has changed. This has happened many times recently..

              1. I am Dr (Mrs) Asha Nathyal and have flat in Spangles Condous near Zirakpur with electric connection with A/C No Z74GT741479F. We were advised by PSPCL lineman to change our meter which we got done in month of Mar 15. 2. Our bill of Apr 2015 was high at Rs 2, 526.00 which was not as per the usage of electricity. Now the bill for month of May 2015 has come which is Rs 16, 375.00 including previous bal of Rs 2, 111.00 which is very steep. 3. You are requested to look into this matter on priority.

                sir i give application for meter cut at commercial division patiala on 20/05/15 but no action has been taken by department .when i send my friend fo quarry your staff' asked we have not revived any application . i have receiving copy.my house is under court case previously but now i have court order and same was attached wit application . i am also pspcl employee . its 5 days pass but we are still waiting for your response .plz do needfull ASAP

                  I am Varinder Singh facing huge issues of power load in my office located at city centre, opposite bus stand, hoshiarpur ( 146001 ). The main issue that i am facing is voltage fluctuates up and high that leads to non-working of electronic devices and thus resulting loss in my day to day business. Previously i have registered my complaint on this issue with complaint no : 1463031 on 19th May 2015 and a employee from PSPCL came to my place but no such action on the issue was taken and my complaint was marked as resolved but still i am facing the power issues .                           Sir plz note that we are facing low voltage problems all time. I already had raised a compaint and they have closed the compaint without rectiying the fault. I requested to JE Gursharn singh to set a new transformar near our home .. But they say cn't do it. Sir plz help us . our adress is vpo jhamke khurd teh & distt tarn taran.

                              I have registered first complaint on 14.4.2015 complaint no. 1284000. Line man came to see but reffered to je arun to whome i contacted on mobile he came to see & said to resolve next day. but after that he is not picking my phone then again i logged a complaint on 14/5/2015 complaint no.1436683 . again a line man reffered to je to call him but he is not picking my mobile . so what should i do now there is a huge risk as 11 kva lines are just 2 inches from my building as the pole is bent towards building . i requested so many times but i m getting no response sandeep kumar bajaj [protected]

                                    Dear Sir, I woud like to know if all the meters in PSPCL faulty? Because everytime i address the issue of very high electricity bills i am asked to challenge the meter. Till date three meters have been changed in the past one year but the issue still remains the same. The officials at the office in jalandhar have just one solution to offer " Tussi meter challenge da form fill kar ke submit kardo". I am a retired govt. Official living on my pension but all my pension goes into paying electricity bill only. Ashamed to say that the geysers were not used in winters and the Ac's havent been turned on till date this year. The SDO says this is normal. Then kindly explain to me how all the 48 houses in the locality pay only rs 4000/- @3 months despite using microwaves, irons, geysers and ac's.
