Electric supply to vallage Hargarh remains off for the whole night even the wind has stopped. Today I tried to complain at least 10 times from 8.05pm to 9.09pm and found that phone is busy/switched off.Finally it got connected. I made the request to resume as the wind has stopped. 1. I am Dr (Mrs) Asha Nathyal and have flat in Spangles Condous near Zirakpur with electric connection with A/C No Z74GT741479F. We were advised by PSPCL lineman to change our meter which we got done in month of Mar 15. 2. Our bill of Apr 2015 was high at Rs 2, 526.00 which was not as per the usage of electricity.
