Punjab State Power Corporation (PSPCL) — Bill not paid amount deducted

I on 12 aug 2015 paid the bill of my contract a/c no [protected] through your online link https://wss.pspcl.in:56301/webdynpro/dispatcher/pspcl.com/quickbillpay/QuickBill...⇄ the amount of inr 8850 was deducted from my a/c but the bill was not paid and the payment was transferred to pspcl as i confirmed from the bankso kindly look into the matter
