The complaint officer Punjab state power corporation limited, Dashmesh nagar, new defence colony, Zirakpur, punjab 140603. Sub: complaint against excess bills of z74zs170919m (Surinder kumari). Dear sir, I am getting too much excess bill since 4 months. The bill appears to be inflated as i know for certain that our consumption of electricity is not so high as to warrant such a high bill. I request you to please look in this matter seriously. Please inform us the reason why am i getting so much excess bill and when are you going to send your person to check our meter. I appreciate if this matter o[censored]nfair excess billing is resolved at the earliest. Latest 2 bills enclosed with this letter. Waiting for your immediate action. Thanking you. I have recieed bill dated from 10th may 2018 to 25th July 2018 with amount ₹3270
I paid the bill and i have the reciept.
But again i have recieved a new bill dated 10th may 2018 to 6th sept 2018 with amount 4450.
As my previous bill was paid late by 1 day so Seems my bill paid was not considered by PSPCL.
Please update my bill amount. As it must be from 26th of july to 6th of sept.
And as per that time period the amount should be.
Pics of both bills with reciept has been attached.

My meter runs very faster, without any AC in my home the bill becomes to Rs 10000 instead of Rs[protected] please resolve this issue at early. Thanking you
