Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — complaint for high amount of bill

Hi my name is gurmeet kaur customer number [protected] today we got the bill amount 16830 based 1980 unit usage. This is not possible as we are just using fan and light and for one month we were not at home. Usually our bill comes around[protected] but this time its 10 times. For sure there is some issue with meter. Please let me know what is solution. We can not pay this big amount.
