Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — electricity bill issue

E6/2A city heart kharar ground floor, Mohali, Punjab, 140301

This is my first electricity bill.

And i have consumed only 233units and my bill is 2790
Which is close to 12/- per unit

There is an issue in calculation I have raised the complaint but there is no action taken.

Feeling helpless because no one is ready to listen

I found only this way out to fix this.

How can it be 12/-
