Myself Deepak Kumar my area electricity was gone at 10.00 pm and I registered complaint through 1912 they registered my complaint and message me reference no with contact no of line man and that contact person mobile is switched off whole night. At 3.00 am I recieve message that my request is resolved but still no electricity is here. This is totally harassment of people. The main problem of electicity . daily at night turns off into 4 to 5 days.we are not satisfied for line mens.
