I fail to understand why in the subjected bill i am been charged for 5682 under Arrears Curr.Fin.Yr. header. All my previous invoices are already cleared & there is no previous outstanding pending on my side. Kindly help to correct the invoice ASAP & help to provide revised bill copy to me. I even tried to call on helpline number provided in website. But call is getting disconnected again and again when i am selection option to speak to customer care agent. In no way i can establish contact with any of the representatives of the company.
