Dear Sir,

I have logged a complaint against complaint no. 3625381 to PSPCL customer care tomorrow (13.5.2016). They have passed the complaint to one field officer, after some time complaint is transfer to another officer, then again transfer to another and another. But no one has been come to resolve the problem. After 7pm i have received a massage that your complaint no. 3625381 has been marked as resolved. If no one has been come to resolve the problem, then how can problem be marked as resolved. I have to spent full day and night without light tomorrow.
