I am lakhvir singh son of lal singh h. No 492, sec 13 khanpur kharar in august my bill is zero and i have also concession of bill with 400 units and my account no. [protected] their are problem is my october bill is also increase compare my other bills please enqiury in my bill detail and unit readings my october units reading is 1074 these are very high please checked my bill and hrlp me... Thank you
