Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — I didn't get receipt of paid bill

As i am consumer a32hn282266l. I have paid rs 1200/- for bill dated 10.3.16 via pspcl android app. Vide transaction no fsbi[protected]ig0brymqy3. But i did not get the receipt and bill amount is still standing as pending. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible as last date to pay without surcharge is 25.3.2016
