Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — i'm not getting any electricity in my factory.

From the past 2 months i m not having any electricity in my factory. After complaing about it several times i m not receiving any response from the department. Everytime they are giving different excuse. Even sdo is not doing anything in this regard. I m suffering lots of losses due to this. Kindly help me.
