Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — incorrect bill amount.of electricity

This is to inform that i have been living as a tenant in an apartment since 3 months. I have got the previous bills of around 500 rs. However, with the same usage, the bill has amounted to rs 5320 for this month. I want to know if it is mistake of person who took the reading or there is some other issue.
