Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — light cut

Sir, there has been no light in the area past 6 hours in khara, mohali... And this happens every time everyday there is a power cut of around 4-5 hours and no helpline number is working in the area people are facing too much problems something needs to be done. Even after paying all bills this thing is happening right now india has the capacity to provide 24 he power to all areas then why the power is being cut everyday something needs to be changed and not for my area but all the areas.
